It all began with SWSh, it's unbelievable that people will defend this game just because of a couple of good character designs, compared to the pile of hot garbage present in BOTH SV and SWSH. Raids are a new thing and Game Freak always fricks up new mechanics. The main case here is that Dynamax raids were stupid and a chore, Dynamax was great in VGC but terrible in raids. SV raids work better, terastallizing is not as intrusive as Dynashit and the raids themselves have better incentives than in SWSH even if they are just as tedious.
