It's a bit short for $60. I got it because I'm a big Metroid fan and in retrospect that's probably the absolute upper limit for what I would have paid for it
It's about the length I expected out of a 2D Metroid. The series has never been one to overstay its welcome and the genre in general tends to lean more on replayability than length even if there are exceptions.
For what it's worth, Super Metroid is shorter than Dread and that was a $60 bucks game back in the days too so the pricetag is just your typical Nintendo price and not like Sony or Microsoft don't do the same shit too for most first party titles.
Because zoomies think that Metroid prime was the mainline games and don't realize that the 2d games came first.
