Phantom Liberty proved that curing V *is* possible, and the blue eyed dude probably has a more effective cure to V's condition that doesn't end with him becoming a normie.

>Judy (homo) and River (straight) for female V
You can sex with other characters like Meredith or random Joytoys, but they're not 'romances.'
