when i beat ORAS last week i had like 55 hours in the game, i swear the game clock keeps going even when the 3ds is closed

I usually take about 50 hours to beat a pokemon game, the Sinnoh games sometimes 60+ since they're quite long. Not everyone speeds through, only doing what's necessary to "win". Pokemon games aren't really about winning anyway, it's about the experience of catching and using pokemon, and all the sight-seeing and rose-smelling you inevitably partake in along the way. If you aren't taking your time and enjoying periodic breaks from your adventure like the game encourages then you're genuinely missing out on a big part of the experience.

No offense but I'm not really impressed. I understand that you need to use at least 1 or 2 generic mons on any given team for availability reasons, but literally no one on your team is a particularly creative pick besides maybe houndoom. If you want suggestions I think throwing in another platinum only mon would've been good, ideally one of the new evolutions. Those mons really get their best showing in Platinum IMO, something like Gliscor, Yanmega, Tangrowth, my boy lickylicky etc
i realize all of those might be the generic go to picks but its my first time playing anything beyond gen 3 so all of those were fresh and unique for me.
besides the houndoom obviously, might have been a magmortar if i learned about it existence before the elite 4.
I still remember how I made my team middle of the game and then just saw that I almost copied 1:1 cynthia.

Nice to see someone actually use a legendary in a playthrough for once. I've always done it on a first playthrough, except for SWSH and SV, which don't allow that, but they're shit so whatever.
Besides all that, it's a nice Sinnoh team, good job.
