Pro tip: use Jack and a high crit build. It will make the level 30 enemies die in seconds
Well, I thought how insane the meltdown of NMA/codex types was when FO3 came out, and their stance on it still. Irrational drama queens. Crazy that a video game can even get that kind of response. All while pretending FO didn't go off the rails already after the first one lmao.
Why does this come off as you replying to yourself?
Look Fallout 3 was my first RPG too and I'm not ashamed to say that, but I can admit that it wasn't the best. The RPG was barely there, the plot was dull, and gameplay about as exciting. I replayed it for the first time in well over a decade and while the nostalgia factor was there, I ended up not exploring alot besides DC and once I was done with Point Lookout (shorter than I remember), I did a suicide run to the Capitol Building, won, and then blew myself up with a mini nuke.
>The RPG was barely there
So on par with the first two Fallouts
>the plot was dull

So better than the first two.
Look, they were my first rpgs too, and while they made me "lol xD" with all the movie references, there not that good as CRPGs when you take the nostalgia goggles off
fallout 1 and 2 both have character building and an actual stat and skill system that matters
fallout 3 is not an rpg at all
Fallout 2 was cringe and Fallout 3 was not.
>vampires
>le helpful knights in shiny armor
>sanctimonious Black radio host
>[SMART] dialogue
>obnoxious immortal children in a cave you're forced to interact with
Yeah, no. You can't call F2 cringe but pretend F3 wasn't even worse.
You lost. Fallout 2 is cringe.

Based!

...what?

Do Bots make these kinds of posts? Idk, man, what the frick do you think about it? Why are asking strangers on the internet what your own sentiments are? Are you an NPC?
I love the railway gun, maybe that's just my autism
Nah, it's good fun.
But maybe that was my 'tism too.
I don't have the heart to taint my New Vegas install with TTW.
You think there is a severe lack of quests in such a big, open world.
It's awesome.
Running into a group of 6 or 7 ranged mobs at the beginning of the game when you can't hit the broad side of a barn, there is no cover and they are unloading on you.
It's an over rated, dated game, that mask it's flaws behind being "an RPG."
>fallout 1 and 2 both have character building and an actual stat and skill system that matters
yeah, that's why every character has 9 int, 9 agility, small weapons, speech, lockpick, gifted
Yes you can optimise an RPG build what's your point
that the character building, stat and skill systems suck, when only one build is tolerable to play
