Blood Omen and then the Soul Reaver games, both Vampire: The Masquerade games and, if you don't mind the jank, the first Bloodrayne game. There's also a very fun Buffy game.
If you are a zoomie disregard my post and go frick yourself.
Sell me on VtM:Redemption. Is it anything like Bloodlines?
It's a top down CRPG sort of game, I have only played the first few hours though I enjoyed it just never got around to going back to it, I think a bit after I left it timeskips forward to a more moderish setting, so you aren't a new guy like in bloodlines
for starters, it's kinda like a CRPG and you follow the story of a specific character (I won't spoil you, but it's cool) and you need to pay attention to what your enemies do and are weak to, otherwise you might dump points and money on wrong shit and get dunked really hard
the writing is also very good, in certain moments it is better than bloodlines (but bloodlines peaks much harder and more)

I was at PAX aus yesterday and played a vampire game an indie dev was making where you play as a sexy vamp girl and it was actually pretty fun. Unfortunately still years away cause he's a solo dev. Called Brides of Vampira if you want to look at the website he has for it.
I liked it a lot, despite having obvious flaws. Jonathan was likeable, and despite the combat being kinda awkward, once I got used to it, I started really liking it. Plus it's the only game set in London I've played that didn't make me wanna kill myself from how depressing everything looked. Which is odd considering the era it takes place in.
The ending is kinda eh and comes sort of out of nowhere though, but it wasn't bad.
Yeah, the moral system between saving and feeding was a great idea, the game just never fully ran with it. I beat it without too much difficulty feeding only once, which kinda made it feel a bit pointless. Not saying the game should have been just harder, but better balance between the two.
Call this pussy the Matrix because I'm in this b***h and I can't get out
The last guy who ran off on the pack got choked out by some Givenchy gloves. The last thing he ever saw was the price tag on them.

I kind of liked it but it was definitely flawed

a sequel would be cool. I think it had a lot of potential that wasn't quite realized
but I really loved the whole idea of a vampire doctor
