>Gorilla Tactics deactivates when using Choice Band, Choice Specs, or Choice Scarf
Literally PU material.
>he thinks Fishous Rend/Gorilla Tactics will receve nerfs
Dracovish and Garmanitan are only decent in VGC, and Game Freak only nerfs buffs when it comes to doubles. Sometimes, that effects singles but in most cases it doesn't.
Heavy Duty Boots is an obvious item design concept and they buffed Rapid Spin because it fricking sucked ass and nobody was running it outside fanfic. If they balanced around fanfic they wouldn't buff that move in the first place, that was the one format it was actually decent in to begin with, moron.
Or the Aegislash nerfs.
Aegislash was broken in general. Do you not play the real game?
Not him but idk if you have used aegislash in casual play with friends, namely in gen 6. Its gameplan is super simple and you can easily steamroll casuals with it since it can just make positive trades into a KO all day
Anon, everyone was running counters for Aegislash specifically to smother its presence competitively to ensure it couldn't even exist in the environment, and it still secured a very solid foothold for itself as a relevant Pokemon in spite of that. It's fricking broken and got nerfed, play the game.

If it's broken, how did they counter it?

Not him but that's disingenuous as frick and you're a homosexual, most shit in ANY game that is considered OP or "broken" has counterplay, that doesn't mean it ceases to be powerful

You need to be 18 to post here.
>Moves like that have an explicit purpose as filler for low levels.
Not Constrict. Constrict is on like 4 mons and is outshadowed by every move ever. At least it is 100% accurate I guess :^)
Was nerfed in Gen 2 btw because lolmao
>Low distribution >Low power >Nerfed the gamebreaking in-game use it had in gen 1
Where's the part where any of that, and I mean ANY OF THAT, correlates in any way to not being a low-level filler move? You're just saying things and pretending it matters.
>they buffed Rapid Spin because it fricking sucked ass and nobody was running it
That explains why they also buffed other useless moves like Constrict. >unironically says "fanfic meta"
Oh, so you're a seething moron... That explains things.
>That explains why they also buffed other useless moves like Constrict.
No. They removed it from the game. moron.

Did they also remove entry hazards? Or did they buff those because they're mostly only useful in singles, too?
Also smogon live rent free in your head. Stay mad. moron.
>You can't just call my fictional fan construct a fictional fan construct!!!
Yes I can, and it's completely accurate to call it such. >Constrict
Moves like that have an explicit purpose as filler for low levels. Rapid Spin's purpose was to clear hazards and nobody used it because hazards fricking suck, so they buffed it. If you think you made even a remotely applicable comparison your opinion's less useful than a broken condom.

I'd say 65BP and still 2 times damage like Brine. It's still very strong but not stupidly dumb strong
>Gorilla Tactics deactivates when using Choice Band, Choice Specs, or Choice Scarf
Literally PU material.
very good fix.
You can still use Gorilla Tactis + LO for stupid damage though but at least the opponent KNOWS than whatever you do you are locked.
Unless you are using Zen Mode of course.
If you want to make it "PU aT bEst" make it also not stack with any damage-boosting item like Life Orb, Nevermelt Ice, etc
>ou council is shitting their pants right now
You're acting as if these two Pokémon aren't day 1 bans regardless unless they get severely nerfed. They're more scared of what the mechanic can do with otherwise balanced Pokémon like Rillaboom but I think we'll be fine.
Cut
the fossils made it in galar, regional forms made it in as well
>Fushious Rend now is 70 BP and only a x1.5 boost when it goes first, but not when a Pokemon is switching
Dracovish is now PU at best.
>he thinks Fishous Rend/Gorilla Tactics will receve nerfs

Aegislash wasn't broken in VGC.
Was it pretty good? Yeah.
But 4 top cut placements in 2 generations is not broken.

They are pretty good in Ubers.
In what? Sorry is that some fanfic shit?
Yeah. Gen 8 Ubers is pretty shit too, even by Smogon standards
