There's a modpack that looks kind of what I'm looking for but it doesn't seem to be finished any time soon.
Nintendo's whole thing is to sell consoles, why would they port their games onto another platforms? plus they don't have to worry about giving part of their profits to whoever provides their service. Also, just look at the state of pc ports, I wouldn't trust Nintendo to put any effort into them.

The main thing to watch out for is the puzzles that require a gyroscope
