If you're slower than the enemy pokemon then you shouldn't be able to just walk away either.
The fact we can't be certain any improvements from PLA are in SV says a lot about GameFreak. We still have no idea if overworld catching is in, and it better be, otherwise the sneaking mechanic from the last trailer has no functional use
