Fakes are ancient/future forms. They're called something like Paradox forms. They have thier own entry and it isn't clear if they have different names or not. They're basically heavily altered mons for some reason.
Convergent are mons that look like others but I think Khu got that all wrong and it's just like a pikeclone to say a diglett.
When people say "Fakes" they are mostly talking about the "Convergent" forms, aka Pokemon that are like you said, "pikaclones" to other Pokemon.

Fakes are ancient/future forms. They're called something like Paradox forms. They have thier own entry and it isn't clear if they have different names or not. They're basically heavily altered mons for some reason.
Convergent are mons that look like others but I think Khu got that all wrong and it's just like a pikeclone to say a diglett.
When people say "Fakes" they are mostly talking about the "Convergent" forms, aka Pokemon that are like you said, "pikaclones" to other Pokemon.
Never understood why that term got mixed up.
