For Tapus, they could just make a Brazilian region and do convergents of them based on things like Curupira, Caipora and Saci.

Alt Forms for the Lake Trio would be good I think, I don't know if the Distortion World like others have suggested would be appropriate though since in Pt we saw the Lake Trio enter the distortion world and they didn't change their appearance. At first I thought you meant two separate things that evolve into Zeraora, but then I realized you meant a three-stage. Two distinct prevoes could be cool for more LC mons, though. Have one be fighting and the other electric. Maybe give them abilities and moves that complement each other or the opposite type in general for doubles like glorified Plusle and Minum, then Zeraora also has the extra layer of having move exclusivity (can only have one of two based on who it evolved from).

Legends: Arceus gave Uxie, Mesprit, and Azelf a nice new signature move in the form of Mystical Power, but that is not much compared to the other Sub-Legendary groups. Regional Forms or Convergent Species would both feel very out of place given the trio's established story. An additional member would also be too strange, since the Lake Guardians, alongside the Creation Trio, form a complete sextet that collectively are the offspring of Arceus. Personally, I think "Therian"-style form changes would be fantastic for the trio. Label them "Origin" to indicate that these three Pokemon are also seeking or channeling power from Creator Arceus in order to manifest these new visages, as well as to provide another link between them and the three dragons. Furthermore, it would provide Uxie, Mesprit, and Azelf with a much needed visual update. Maybe even add a new typing to each?

Tough call. They share a signature move, and each has a powerful Ability. All of them have designs that are consistent amongst each other, but are differentiated more so than the Incarnate Forces of Nature or the Lake Guardians. The quartet are very reflective of the region from which they hail, so adding additional members or foreign forms might also be strange. Paradoxes will likely stop being designed or developed after The Indigo Disk releases, so I doubt they would be eligible for any at this point in time. Like I said, I cannot figure out what to do for them! Game Freak might have actually done a sound job with the Tapu Quartet lol.

For Latias and Latios, I could easily see Legendary Wings-style Regional Forms or Convergent Species being done. Powerful Legendary Pokemon that are so painfully similar to Latias and Latios, yet share little to no connection with the Hoennian Legends.
Make a DLC happening in Aether Paradise and explain how much changed since Lusamine stepped down from role of president and how it now function more like natural Island, with people and Pokemon living there together.
Make whatever character you like there witness birth of Tapu of new Island and becoming first Kahuna of Aether Paradise.

Well, then it's their problem. Tapus are deeply connected to lore of Alola and you can't have new one without stuff happening in Alola. And Aether Paradise becoming "official" island is pretty legit way to tie in birth of new Tapu as every island is supposed to have it's guardian and Kahuna.
Hell, if the gossips about next Unova game happening in near future it may be good opportunity to visit Alola for a short while as both regions are supposed to be close to each other.

While I was typing my own post, I thought about there being a "fallen" or "forgotten" Tapu, who once ruled over a now sunken or wrecked major of Alola. A fifth one. Your concept is pretty neat, though, with the Aether Paradise essentially becoming the "fifth" island.
Would this new "Aether Tapu" not be yet another Steel/Fairy menace, though? lol
I mean Aether literally created a Pokémon that mimics Arceus in Type: Null/Silvally, so then creating a “fake” Tapu would not be out of place, instead of the wooden appearance of the shell, it could easily be metallic or robotic looking. No clue for what animal it would be based on but I think it could work.

They should definitely have origin forms for the Lake Trio. They probably only gave them to Dialga and Palkia since Giratina had one, but the Lake Trio is probably my least favorite one just because they're such basic, similar designs to one another. If they receive new forms, they need to give them distinct silhouettes.

Obvious one is Tao Trio full dragon fusion. Lugia and Ho-Oh should get something, although I don't know what. Maybe pure water and pure-flying power-up forms with stronger abilities (Ho-Oh retaining fire STAB as one aspect of its ability). More intermediate Zygarde forms and new Ultra Beasts would be nice.
