The devs announced their next game a week after this launched. This is the third or fourth time they have started a new game before finishing the previous one, and somehow people didn't expect the pattern yet.
I think there is STAB, so moves of the same type as the Pal will hit harder and type disadvantages are way less severe than in Pokémon.
Otherwise I just use what looks cool andfeels powerful.
Let them have their runback after one month of stockthreads, because under this logic EVERYGAME is dead and god knows if playercounts were visible on console games straight up like steam there'd be way more shitposting
