Roar is a sound-based move and hits through Substitute. Alternatively hit him with a supereffective attack to break the Substitute, then use Leech Seed or Infestation.

You have to KO it in a single turn
This won't work because Sturdy keeps you at 1 HP if you would otherwise take a KO from a move at full HP. Shedinja's max HP is 1, so it sets it back to max HP again, letting Sturdy activate again and again. A Sturdy Shedinja has to be killed indirectly, or Sturdy bypassed.
Why wouldn't Mold Breaker work?
It will work, Sturdy is an ability that Mold Breaker ignores.

While I acknowledge that this mon can be annoying with Sturdy, there are many effective tools to manage it including (but not limited to)

Basically. Just need 3 hits (1 for the Sub, 1 for Sturdy, 1for the KO)
So any mon with Skill Link + a Multi-Hit that isn't Normal or Fighting Type, Loaded Dice + Multi-hit, Triple Axel or Surging Strike.
This also won't work. Study won't activate for multi-hit moves if the hit Pokemon isn't at full HP, but Shedinja has 1 HP, and so will always be at full HP. Every hit will activate Sturdy.

Won't work. Moongeist Beam only ignores abilities if called directly, and no Pokemon that can have Infiltrator can learn Moongeist Beam. Calling it via Metronome or Mimic won't break Sturdy.
So? You're ignoring the fact that it's a pure hypothetical. I've presented a solution.
Your solution just introduces more problems. Just have Lunala or Dawn Wings Necrozma use Moongeist Beam twice and it's done. No need for Infiltrator.
