I'm a millennial and I'm too old for gen4 games. ruby was the last game I played and I seethed because I believed I was going to backtrack to a previous region the entire game up until the end and I realized I had nothing more to do and never bought a pokemon game again. also the GBA->DS switch lost most millennials.
Us Zoomers literally grew up on 4th gen, me and all my friends love it, every other person ive seen online around my age remembers it fondly and its always in their top 3 gens yet i see it claimed daily on this board that zoomers hate this generation
