Depends on your luck but in average you need at least three pities so roughly around 54k minimum

The 1gb one? It was to fix Goemommy bug where she stayed on field if you switched her out while she is performing her tornado finisher, and it also stopped the stage time until the finisher ends.

That is mainly because he is wildly power crept by EX, when he got released he was pretty damn good for a "free" unit and somehow, a bunch of whales had him after just a week of EQ being added. It took me nearly a year to grind enough buffs to unlock him.

Eh, somewhat. It got deprecated with characters who have their A6-A7 button that lets them spam their specials even faster. Like Ivy or Leona. Still useful on characters that don't have it.
It's worse than this set since it only works with awakening skills and it doesn't have the 100% atk for EX characters.
It was worth it back when it release though, and I guess you can use on non EX characters (but they are all shit when compared to EX anyway, so...).

I've tried it with full NUT A4 Ivy, A3 Goemommy and A4 Pai Chan. Only got to 11 bil damage.

I fricking hate this event, even with maxed characters it just is not fun. You have to restart so many fricking times because he decides to go one element or the other at any given time. NONE of your character abilities matter except fricking stacking shit. NPC are braindead without hyper armor which this fricker strips every hit.
All finishes get you fricked and sometimes the cpu will fire one off very rarely which insta gives him 10 stacks. Anyone who skipped good job because this shit ain't worth it.

Yes the problem is applying that shit and not having npcs fricking die before then. The person who applies the dot might not have the best damage and before then they might fricking just die since he strips off protection and npcs are stupid as frick and may have blown off their skills before then.

He can kill your entire team with 1 move before he even gets big. And then he has a move that fricking kills your entire team.
Using 3pg before you stun him makes him gain 50 percent of the counter than needs to go up for him to rape you.
This timer keeps going up while team 1 is swapping out or dying so he can also just stun you on the way in (it's a fricking fullscreen stun that keeps re-applying itself)
He changes colors randomly and always seems to start green which means your character choices are fricking limited.
When you DO break his shit with a bunch of fricking stacks he still fricking stuns you and you have to grind these shit points to lessen the stun.
All this time he is beating on your shit npcs so they will be dead by the time you get to that.
This means your dps character often also needs to be the fricker who can stun. Every fricking hit he strips all buffs and super armor making support characters completely worthless. I don't even know why you get to bring 3 characters because the best strat is to run to the other side of the map while waiting for him to get big so you don't instantly die.
Heh, didn't even know it was possible to make someone worse than sarah but this sounds atrocious. I made the right choice in not even bothering with the event, lol. All I did was put a bunch of nuts into mai and kula for the memes.
If you maxed out the nuts on your characters you can survive the finisher although if you successfully stun him, then he won't use the finisher.
I maxed out my A2 Chizuru and unawakened Pai and they can survive the first phase unless they stupidly walk into the big tornado that Goenitz summons and stays on the field for a while.
Also, Blue Akira and Pai can use their buffs so Sarah and Yellow Akira can do 100 billion on their own
I maxed out the nuts on all my characters and it still fricking kills even akira and other characters who normally can survive even the guardian's fricking laser stun aoe.

I know NM didn't want people to rush through the content in one day but they went overboard with those requirements. And it sucks because when it was added, Phantom Ruler Igniz was actually a really good unit.
Hilariously, not even turbo whales have been able to complete EQ using cost 45 units, at this point is probably impossible to do it.

I came up with a strategy that is doable, but it requires cards that are not currently obtainable. The idea is to stack up effects that automatically fill up your power bar so you can spam 3PG finishers nonstop. The clock stops during finisher animations, so this way you don't run out of time.
Pretty much any silver fighter that has access to a BS/SS or EX special card can work for this, but Yuri 98 is essential because she has a core that gives her AND both her teammates 20% power whenever she uses her finisher (3PG = 60% power btw).
If you have three copies of the Lady Choi set (or that Halloween Sacred Treasures set that has the same effect) to cover your whole team AND you're using Yuri, then all of your fighters will automatically have 60% power every time they tag in, so you can just keep tagging and spamming finishers pretty safely.
If you don't have enough copies of those sets, the next best thing is this FES AOF set combined with either that Baiken option or that Alisa/Choi option, depending on whether the fighter's ultimate is blast or strike. The next NEXT best thing is that FES set with the reporter girl on it, but that one only gives 10% power on tag in, so you'd have to make up the difference somehow. You can of course use strikers: Festival Billy is the only one that gives 20% power, then there's a bunch that give 15%. But summoning strikers leaves you momentarily open and this has cost me several attempts. You can also use Yuri's skill 3 to make up some deficit as it gives the whole team 7% power, but it wastes precious seconds every time and you can get hit out of it.

I don't get it, why the sudden spike in damage? I've had this happen as well, doing 0 dmg with jenet after getting all the buffs, then suddenly doing a few billion, and then back to 0. In the video he also suddenly did shit tons of damage, but it did not look like the 15 stacks were reached, only about 7. The inconsistency is frustrating. Even after a dozen attempts I was not able to get a good score. My A6 jacky did jack shit, and my A1 jenet, who has the rugal set, did not do much either even after getting 3 support buffs up as well as a striker mai (I am using pai poly sarah and kasumi as supports, since I do not have athena or chizuru. I do have a level 1 hotaru)
Jenet's S3 does a shitton of damage against chilled enemies so is apply the buffs, the sarah debuff, apply chill, and then blow it all with S3.
Oh yeah, the proper skill cycle to get the big damage numbers with Jenet is
S2>S1>S1>S3>Core Finisher>S2>S1>S1>S3>Finisher

It could be a skill issue, but if you can't hold a steady frame rate in this game then it's a hardware issue because any lag during gameplay will result in WAY less damage

I'm having trouble getting a really high score. I have maxed out Jacky and you'd think that'd be good enough, but it's difficult to get my debuffs on her because she kills my debuff characters almost instantly, and the grab animation is long and runs out the timer on the debuffs I do manage to get up. My best result so far was about 101B on practice, haven't actually used any tries yet.

Correct, all SS and BS units hit like wet paper now. The only easy way to beat Aigis is using Jenet and a bunch of supports.

Jesus frick. I tried following this strat youtube.com/watch?v=WdWfQlcIcZ0 since I also have maxed Jacky but I can't get anywhere near what this is getting. I don't have Chizuru or Kasumi so I replaced them with Poly Akira and Poly Sarah, and there's also some skill issue since I can't apply the buffs and swap characters nearly as fast as the guy in the video, but I think I'm able to have everything up for a couple seconds at least? Which was only enough to get 50 to 80 billion on most attempts. Once I managed to get 110 billion so I should at least be able to get the generic memory on the second week, but probably not the 1000 rubies.
I also have maxed out Poly Rugal but he's useless, the b***h takes too long to turn purple and by then Rugal is out of time, and I can't kill time with my debuffers because she kill them with the grab. That bajillion damage explosion has been useful exactly one time since I got him.
She just rapes me hard when I try to fight her. I truly do not get this fricking fight.

Is not that hard, you just need to make sure Jenet has maxed Cache nuts, your best cards (level 7 ideally), and support her with a team of buffers. You just tag every buffer, use their skills and tag them for the next until only Jenet is left. Once she's in the field, you have to use
S2-S1-S1-S3-Core Super
If you applied all the buffs correctly, you should've done at least 100 billion. Then you repeat Jenet's combo just replacing core super with her card one. Tag her out and repeat the same process, you need to be fast though, if Puncher changes elements Jenet will hit her like a wet noddle.

Finally got over 100B on Steely Puncher (143B to be exact). I never thought I could pull it off, since the best I could do before now was about 17B. The key is to look through your buffers' specials and only do the ones that benefit the entire team and can reliably connect without missing.
I have no clue which ones are even good and I have stopped caring at this point. These bosses all seem geared towards having a7 which means they won't benefit the people who need the generics in the first place.
This was how I cleared it. The key is to make sure to use Kasumi's S2, Pai's S2, Chizuru's S2, and all of Sarah's skills before tagging Jenet, then you have to use her S2 first, then S1 as many times as you can, then S3 and lastly, her core super. If all the buffs and debuffs are properly applied Jenet will do at least 100 billion just with her cannon.

You can use the old 5PG since is used mainly to buff her more and to stall for time so you can do a second round of buffs

But the most important thing is that these refund rubies will expire on 9/18, so you need to use them all till then. 5th anniversary ends somewhere around august 16th with exchange shop going up to 23rd. So all these rubies will go into the big event at the end of august-middle of september.

Nevermind, as it turns out you can't actually look for that in the character menu. You have to go to specific modes and setup teams to do it.
Yes, for some reason you get different sorting options if you access your fighters list through the team formation menu than from the actual fighters menu. This has always been slightly annoying to me.

It's not Chris, it's Chizuru+Kasumi. Every single big damage guide for every Aegis challenge uses those two for debuffs. I don't have them so I can never replicate it. Replacing with Poly Sarah, Poly Akira or Luong is just not good enough.
No, Chris is also a big factor because his Orochinagi automatically applies all the needed Darkness stacks to stun Mecha G

You decrease groggy duration by feeding the character cache nuts. But Rugal and Ivy are not in the list this time, so even if their supers could theoretically work like
sai, they can never get out of groggy state fast enough to use them. So I guess only Kula and Jenet can actually trigger the bug.

A bug has already been found, 3PGs that freeze the enemy cause Mecha G to go AFK until you use them again. Abuse this before they patch it out
But the Kula super used in the video doesn't have a freeze effect. This one does, but it doesn't cause the boss to go AFK. So it's not the freeze that's doing it.
"Freeze" as in makes the enemies immobile while the animation plays, Jenet's Pirate Boat, Ivy's ultimate and Poly Rugal self destruct also trigger the bug

Give her a different outfit, a different hairstyle and a different personality, put her at odds with Chizuru over how to fulfill their mission or something. But SNK doesn't currently have the confidence to do anything innovative, XV is a collection of the safest choices they could have possibly made. Would be nice for Netmarble to take the initiative and make a cool AS Maki.

Man, it's hard to get excited. Another Chizuru and a new tier of characters who are probably going to shit all over our EX characters that we've made a lot of progess on. A5ing characters is tough even for whales. Another thing to consider is that characters who introduce the new awakening tiers usually fall off very quickly. EX Kyo was unimpressive for a long time until they buffed him recently.
That means O.Yashiro is going to be UA or whatever the frick it's called. He is the coolest of the trio after all. Very deserved.

Which chapter matters too but with the dots you can get cd reduction and tag reduction and just keep using movement skills to play keepaway while constantly popping with with dots and strikers that have huge tick damage.

Also Christmas choi is legitimately broken damage wise for his cost. No hyper armor without cards though.

How are you supposed to clear new content? They're all tied to plugins, but you can only get plugins from the plugin plant, that itself requires plugins just to clear it. You also don't get shit if you don't clear full 5 levels of the plant with one team sharing its HP through all levels. And if you die on any level the whole plant resets. UE chars are useless in this new mode without these plugins. Their CP is only for show.
If you didn't get any good gold plugins from the boxes in the rush dungeon shop or got character dupes of UE chars, then you're fricked.
