I doubt it, the nost likely explanation for this is that Atlus wasin a timed exclusivity contract that expired this year, the fact that these ports are releasing in a few months means they were readybto go for a while, from now on Persona is going to be multiplat, they'd be crazy to enter another exclusivity contract with a dying console.
