Literally the only version of Pokemon as an anime that I was able to watch. I was there watching the first episode as it premiered in my country, when I was 10yo fan of the games back in 1999, and it was still too childish and boring to me. I was literally 10 and it made me cringe. Not saying SM is good, but at least it was watchable.
