The physics in Skyrim absolutely freak out above 60hz if you get past crashing. People dying when they enter a room because damage of objects is determined by speed so a bunch of potions fly off the shelf and kill you. Or the wagon at the start freaks out and you can't even get into the intro. 76 was also built up to be a seamless MP game and I don't think you can expect that level of craft here when we still need to load into buildings or go into space.
I just did a 50 hour play through with the ini engine tweak like a month ago dude it completely fixed all the weird issues I had. That was solved years ago...

In Baldur's Gate 3 characters can literally die any time. Literally NO character is save and the story can get one insane shift even early on.
Baldur's Gate 3 has also ONLY fun unique quests. There is literally not one quest in Baldur's Gate 3 that says "collect X amount of Y". There is always a meaning and a lot of quests are dynamic and can change in a moment. Where at one point you are an ally to discuss invasion plans, in the next moment you are maybe throwing the boss into some chasm full of spiders. It's all dynamic and you can turn the table any time you want. There is not one Bethesda moment where you read stuff like "you can't attack this target". You can attack anyone anytime you want and there is literally nothing that stops you from it.
That's cool and all, but it's still a poo poo fairy tale game for weirdos, so Starfield wins by default.
