Would they make characters like Xolaani and Cithria champions? Jack had only one follower card and Norra released as a champion. But the other two have like 4 or 5 follower cards each. Wouldn't you lose that gradual progression from weak to strong if you made them champions because you'd have to rotate out the follower cards?

This deck is pretty fun. I'm not really sure how to play it into harder control decks or even shit like Senna/Nasus that have Undying for some board inevitability, but it's pretty fun against all the midrange and aggro decks.

Jhin would be a lot more fun if he could play targeted spells but it would probably trigger a critical mass where he's hitting synergy on every draw and getting way too much extra value on cards that weren't desighed or balanced to be hitting those synergies. You want to avoid situations where every control deck wants jhin as their second region just for access to 8 region's spells

I just played my aggro deck into someone who played multiple of them and he at one point even cleared 3 units off my board before they could swing, and he STILL lost.
I dont know how they can fix this short of cost reduction, but this shouldn't happen.
If you play counter cards in your deck and can't survive while perfectly drawing into them in those matchups, something is severely broken.

There aren't really any traditional aggro decks in the meta right now. the closest we have is a few combo or burn decks that move kind of fast, but combo is always inherently more degenerate than aggro and can get fricked over by control decks with the right combo disruption, whereas traditional aggro could punish greedy decks like Karma that right now have no real punishment.
If anything, aggro needs help. Whenever a Karma deck is at the top of the meta it indicates that Aggro isn't doing its job.

I understand where you're coming from but that's just reductionist. Many games with this deck are decided over whether an early board presence can be established and then utilized by committing even more units like Solari Sunhawk or Stagehand to go in, risking the possibility of having your lethal swing completely blown out by AoE. You have some outs via burn, but this is still dependent on having built up a board beforehand to even get into lethal range in the first place.
The reason I brought it up was because I did not use burn to finish the opponent, I was entirely rushing in with units.

Vayne's probably the most fun "combo" deck because the base deck is pretty good and you basically get infinite attacks.
Powers aren't really something I try to combo with, it's too inconsistent for that, I just look for good ones for the situation. Though -1 spell/created card cost combo's well with a ton of them and makes them feel a lot smoother.
Samira's already good, she's quick to drop and almost always levels by turn 2.
That "Deal 1 damage to the enemy nexus when you summon a unit" power is great on Gnar, it almost makes up for the fact he's shit.
He works alright with the "Units that survive damage get +1/1" power, your 1 hp units become 2 hp when you use that spell. I prefer anything to reduce the cost of his coins though, he doesn't generate them as fast/consistent as Sett does so that 1 mana really makes a difference.
I'm about ready for a balance patch. I like this meta but it feels pretty degen. Why is ashe nox so cracked all the sudden lmao. karma and aggro storm- the meta is better than I expected post rotation but it could be broader.
I think the worse card in that fricking match is maiden, if he starts with that and you can double remove it on your first turn you know damn well it’s over

By the way, for those who are not familiar with PoC and LoR’s AI in general here’s a tip:
The AI will always without fail take a trade that’s a priori beneficial for it like a positive trade for them or chumping if your creature has a high power (think 5 or above). They will always trade even units that are wincons for them as if they were mere vanillas and will fall for combat tricks and removal cast in combat even if they have no more mana to respond with their own.
And that mana waste goes on as they will always try to dump all their mana on their turn without fail, thus leaving them open to have their key creatures removed once they’re done. If you want to make sure your removal goes through try dumping some nonburst cards to pass back priority and watch them go manaless, then strike.

They're perfectly happy to pass if it's your attack round. I've also had them pass on 7ish mana with a full hand, I have no idea if they bricked or glitched but it does happen.
We're on the dead game holding pattern schedule now. 1 balance patch every 3 months, roughly halfway between each quarterly card release (each of which is 1/4 of an expansion). So about a month left before the next one, I guess.

Turns out Prize Fight doesn't proc Reputation stacks. Since PF keeps the target alive a 1 health I guess the game calculates the damage first then stops at 1. So a 2/3 unit is actually recieving 2 damage from a 5/1 with PF.

Yes, I think rotation was a good choice. What wasn't a good choice was leaving the card pool completely malnourished and not counterbalancing the SUCC with a new injection of cards. We got such a sorry amount of cards that it made rotation look unreasonable, when at it's core, it isn't.

There are plenty of visible people in the community that like rotation, but to skirt around "lol streamers", I also like rotation. I do not miss flock, pokey, or vile feast every game. They were really oppressive cards. And for anyone b***hing about it, you can just go to Eternal which is still receiving support. Hell, the next Open is going to be Eternal, so the people doomposting about how Eternal is already forgotten and receiving no support don't have a leg to stand on.

I believe cutting a Varus for Riven is way too free not to do. And Rune Squire is just a very good card.
I believe then you have 4 flex slots. I'm currently using them on 2 All Outs, 1 Lunari Cultist, 1 Resurrection. You can do things like Unforgiving Cold for the mirror, 3/3 cultist, etc.
I would keep the Resurrection because it's a 3rd Varus and you don't run Transfusion in this list (Rune Squire has 1 health, Keeper of the Box had 2)
I feel like it's alright now, not even that good, so if someone said me that it's postnerf I would be "oh yeah I can see it, probably went from 2 cost to 3 cost or from generate every round to every other round"

Even with the Caustic Riff nerf there's no way Targon Karma is worth running over P+Z Karma, Falling Star does not make up for losing Mystic Shot, High Note, and Aftershock.
You forget about healing, I had several wins where I pushed just enough damage to be able to finish off PnZ Karma after turn 10. You wouldn't be able to do that in Targon

The point is that it gives the deck incentive to cast the spell the turn it's generated instead of holding it all game for a 0 mana surprise blowout after spending all their mana on turn 9. Honestly I don't think it's a big deal since there are so few 2 mana spells that actually have blowout potential, beyond the ones that Seraphine already runs like mystic shot. I think this was an empty gesture to gays that cry endlessly about rng and variance in card games.
the entire concept of "have a chance to pull a random card out of your ass that your opponent can't realistically play around" is the worst mistake in card games and just cranks the rng factor to 11

It feels like they accidentally made her good so decided to ruin it at the last minute.
She has some huge synergy points though, stuff like "Summon a Sapling when you get the attack token" and "When you summon a 1 cost ally grant them +2|+2" will feel fantastic. She's no Gwen but she's definitely better than some of the other SI champ options

Shard + gale is alright if enemy doesn't run stuns, you are dealing something like 60 overwhelm damage minimum and over 80 if you equip him with +5/5 weapon

I mean, that’s exactly the point of the relic. You drop him, he levels if he hasn’t yet, he stuns everything, rallies, you swing in and win. No need for shard because at best the opponent only had access to drop one creature and if you attacked before in order to maximise the value of the rally it’s likely that the opponent has already tried to blown up their mana stopping the previous attackers or building their board, which let’s ornn get in uncontested

i messed with this card in karma/set targon. Its pretty good. better than soulcleave in secret keeper. Little unicorn gives u time to play big unicorn. If i had more units that cared about their health I could make room for it. These days i just invoke traveller more often

If it doesn’t affect cost, a spell that checks wether it’s condition it’s fulfilled will do so upon resolving unless said spell said otherwise.
For example putting sump fumes on the stack without activating it’s effect would deal 2 but if while it stays on the stack you draw/generate a card it will deal 3.

An interesting case that I ran into in an old build of the game, when spells had to go off before you got credit for casting them, was that I had a Lux level/laser denied by someone killing one of my units after I had put Remembrance on the stack. I slow cast it for 6, using 6 of my mana, but then they killed something in response, lowering its mana cost to 5, then the spell went off and my Lux didn't level.
It's something that was fixed with the cast changes.

It's just relevant because current Deep decks will consistently flip mao before 10 so you're never popping off with karma before your deck blows up.
Ionia has always been a bad matchup for deep but Karma's worst matchup is Karma players so you can always steal wins off of idiots that pilot the deck into the ground.
Having a lot of celestials doesn't really matter. For the most part, the only good celestials are the expensive ones that you're using to try and close out a game, or the low cost ones you want earlygame for tempo. By the time karma's online the low cost ones no longer matter and you'll never have enough mana to play multiple big ones.
Plus Targon provides preciously few spells worth duplicating for karma so there just isn't a lot of synergy there.
Always keep in mind you have to set up your win for t3 or 4 at the latest. You can also check as you start the path wether butthole has the most broken legendary powers and if he does just restart the path after the 2nd encounter

In all honesty, I have no idea why Moe is trying to be a personality in the scene. I'm not super keyed into the competitive rankings, but I feel like Moe only has showings in ladder and his personality when on camera is basically him being super confrontational and yelling at people.

Haven't played since the balance patch and made the push from D4 to masters in one evening with the Teemo Tristana Demacia deck. Champion's strength is still an absolutely fricking ridiculous card, if you draw it and have a board (hard not to have one, you're playing bandle swarm) on turn 6/7, you rip it and most decks just blow up instantly. You can steal Moe's list and just farm people since DE flavor of Teemo Tristana is much less popular than Noxus or Bilge for now. I want half the ladder to start abusing it so we can have Champion's Strength nerfed again to like 11 mana

Dude's toxic as all hell, but at least it feels like he puts in the effort and cares about the game.I prefer Moe's and Fleurant's openly abrasive and confrontational attitude to the likes of Majiin who maintains this fake ass facade of positivity, but has seemingly for all intents and purposes checked out of Runeterra stuff a while ago and does just enough content to pay the bills.
they probably will just nerf trist, this deck is basically like when elites were at their height and there were 7 or 8 or more different versions running around because of how solid the core deck is and you'd just run whatever flavor you want to counter whatever you hated most. it also helps that karma and sett keep most every other potential counter to the deck in check.

Thralls is a highroll deck. It hard mulligans for its combo pieces and afks until it can play its combo and shit on your face. If they find all the cards they want the combo can go off by turn 4 or 5. Lissandra decks don't really play to level Lissandra, or really use her as a win condition at all. She's just a body that generates a thrall. The deck is just about boosting thrall countdowns and printing 8/8s

Yes. It highrolls and wins without you being able to interact with it, or it doesn't highroll and loses. Thralls has been a meta staple in various forms for like a year now, it's only ever bad when the meta has some kind of degenerate deck that can actually kill its thralls on 5, or some balls to the wall aggressive deck that can run under it.

Anyone know the point of the trist bilgewater deck? It seems pretty close to the noxus deck except it has 3 copies of kings court in there, and I still can't figure why 3 of them plus some prize fights is somehow better than the noxus deck with might or fervor.
If you use Prize Fights mid combat it lets you get absurd amounts of value off of impact since impact activates off of combat strikes, the idea is the bandle gunners cost next to nothing so you drop a bunch of them with your Kings Court on the field and OTK them during one swing

Of course you can force the classes into the game, my point was it didn't seem like the kind of series to have those classes. Feels more like a "You can pick from specific characters and play their stories" series like FF7 but that doesn't really work for an MMO.
Also if they were those specific classes, Riot feels like the kind of company to make them but call them something else like Grim Dawn.

Remember PoC experience is skewed because of the powers and items that smooth out synergies and having access to more than 3 regions.
In constructed that kind of deck would have no trouble leveling and supporting ashe but nasus would certainly have trouble building up stacks outside of combat
Fair enough. Just figured it'd be the least skewed since my Ashe is still under level 5 with 1 star. As far as Nasus goes, I did struggle a bit with his stacks, but it seemed to compliment Ashe, which is why I'm wondering if they'd have a chance as a deck, as in whether a deck like that works in the current meta.
That’s because ashe has very good synergy with shurima debuffs and fearsomes and vulnerables have good synergy with frostbite. You can give it a shot, but if you go with it another champion may be a better choice
Hey, i’ve been looking at the possibilities of frelj shurima and castigate is pretty fricking good with a potential ashe/whatever. It’s a lot like reckoning except it’s not conditional activation so you don’t get shafted.
About shurima champs you could be using right now it’s either akshan, rene and while akshan is the best one he also needs you a more specific buildaround. Rene is meh but vulnerable works wonders with frostbite and ashe.
I’m not gonna say shurima/frostbite is any good, cause i don’t have any evidence but the synergy is certainly there.

hes pretty a pretty decent unit for midrange, it's just bilgewater isn't really the region for that and he has little in good support other than barknuckles. illoai is really better for supporting midrange decks which is pretty much why the only decks he worked in are being dropped in favor of basically the same thing but with illoai
Bilgewater does have multiple midrange strategies. The thing is jack’s kit draws him two different directions and only one of those allows him to level, which is the combo enabling role. The other is… fine? Brash is a fun keyword, fairly powerful and fits perfectly in bilgewater. But that’s it.
I don't know, boys. Targon karma feels a LOT better against tristana, which right now means it's a better deck than pnz.

After some more extensive tests it seems I was actually kinda right before and it's not as bad
Basically it does work properly (second predict will predict first card you draw, first predict will predict second card you draw) UNLESS one of second predict options is the card you picked in first predict in which case it fricks over your first predict
On first two occasions I survived till 10 it just happened to be the case above leading me to wrong conclusion
I meant if you see a card you really want first, and then on the second you see maybe 1 or 2 of the other cards, do you have to skip to prevent messing it up, since those could be the copies you saw in the first predict alongside the card you wanted
I can't say for sure since, you know, multiple copies, but as far as I can tell just seeing the same card twice doesn't matter, only seeing the same card you picked on first predict

experimenter is great, here. you empty your hand really easily. it's a jhin proc and can literally remove a blocker while drawing you 3 cards.

If you wait a lil - like two weeks - they are gonna introduce new starter decks in like two weeks, it's way easier to change those a bit to get something more meta and you'll have variety to try some decks and choose what you like.
For example you are going to get like 2/3rds of Teemo Trist Gnar
You should have enough, iirc a completely new deck costs around 20k-30k, but you should have quite a few of the cards already and wildcards will make up for a lot the remaining.
gnar is less likely to draw the teemo spell, that's pretty much it. unless you're talking about the differences between the demacia/bilgewater/noxus versions

you win through combinations of darkness doing nexus damage (veigar, ixtali), and your minions getting to hit the nexus, after your removal clears the way (this usually involves a senna)
as far as that list I posted, the Dess & Ada should be a rekindler
and yes, generating darkness is the archetype's main source of card advantage (while ionia/pnz get to simply spam card draw)

This deck is pretty fun. I'm not really sure how to play it into harder control decks or even shit like Senna/Nasus that have Undying for some board inevitability, but it's pretty fun against all the midrange and aggro decks.

Jhin would be a lot more fun if he could play targeted spells but it would probably trigger a critical mass where he's hitting synergy on every draw and getting way too much extra value on cards that weren't desighed or balanced to be hitting those synergies. You want to avoid situations where every control deck wants jhin as their second region just for access to 8 region's spells
And you also want to avoid crippling the design of every new slow spell just because of jhin

I just played my aggro deck into someone who played multiple of them and he at one point even cleared 3 units off my board before they could swing, and he STILL lost.
I dont know how they can fix this short of cost reduction, but this shouldn't happen.

There aren't really any traditional aggro decks in the meta right now. the closest we have is a few combo or burn decks that move kind of fast, but combo is always inherently more degenerate than aggro and can get fricked over by control decks with the right combo disruption, whereas traditional aggro could punish greedy decks like Karma that right now have no real punishment.
If anything, aggro needs help. Whenever a Karma deck is at the top of the meta it indicates that Aggro isn't doing its job.

I understand where you're coming from but that's just reductionist. Many games with this deck are decided over whether an early board presence can be established and then utilized by committing even more units like Solari Sunhawk or Stagehand to go in, risking the possibility of having your lethal swing completely blown out by AoE. You have some outs via burn, but this is still dependent on having built up a board beforehand to even get into lethal range in the first place.
The reason I brought it up was because I did not use burn to finish the opponent, I was entirely rushing in with units.

Vayne's probably the most fun "combo" deck because the base deck is pretty good and you basically get infinite attacks.
Powers aren't really something I try to combo with, it's too inconsistent for that, I just look for good ones for the situation. Though -1 spell/created card cost combo's well with a ton of them and makes them feel a lot smoother.
Spellslinger spells are great for Samira. I'm looking forward to accidentally killing myself by playing too many cards.
Samira's already good, she's quick to drop and almost always levels by turn 2.
That "Deal 1 damage to the enemy nexus when you summon a unit" power is great on Gnar, it almost makes up for the fact he's shit.
I haven't unlocked Gnar yet. Currently working on Jack. I'm hoping to grab the power that lowers the enemy's attack based on your damage done to them.
He works alright with the "Units that survive damage get +1/1" power, your 1 hp units become 2 hp when you use that spell. I prefer anything to reduce the cost of his coins though, he doesn't generate them as fast/consistent as Sett does so that 1 mana really makes a difference.
I'm about ready for a balance patch. I like this meta but it feels pretty degen. Why is ashe nox so cracked all the sudden lmao. karma and aggro storm- the meta is better than I expected post rotation but it could be broader.

By the way, for those who are not familiar with PoC and LoR’s AI in general here’s a tip:
The AI will always without fail take a trade that’s a priori beneficial for it like a positive trade for them or chumping if your creature has a high power (think 5 or above). They will always trade even units that are wincons for them as if they were mere vanillas and will fall for combat tricks and removal cast in combat even if they have no more mana to respond with their own.
And that mana waste goes on as they will always try to dump all their mana on their turn without fail, thus leaving them open to have their key creatures removed once they’re done. If you want to make sure your removal goes through try dumping some nonburst cards to pass back priority and watch them go manaless, then strike.

They're perfectly happy to pass if it's your attack round. I've also had them pass on 7ish mana with a full hand, I have no idea if they bricked or glitched but it does happen.
Who the hell designed Sett's PoC deck? Every game devolves to me waiting until mana 3-4 then dropping 2-3 Bout Security and hoping I win with them.

Turns out Prize Fight doesn't proc Reputation stacks. Since PF keeps the target alive a 1 health I guess the game calculates the damage first then stops at 1. So a 2/3 unit is actually recieving 2 damage from a 5/1 with PF.

Yes, I think rotation was a good choice. What wasn't a good choice was leaving the card pool completely malnourished and not counterbalancing the SUCC with a new injection of cards. We got such a sorry amount of cards that it made rotation look unreasonable, when at it's core, it isn't.

I believe cutting a Varus for Riven is way too free not to do. And Rune Squire is just a very good card.
I believe then you have 4 flex slots. I'm currently using them on 2 All Outs, 1 Lunari Cultist, 1 Resurrection. You can do things like Unforgiving Cold for the mirror, 3/3 cultist, etc.

The point is that it gives the deck incentive to cast the spell the turn it's generated instead of holding it all game for a 0 mana surprise blowout after spending all their mana on turn 9. Honestly I don't think it's a big deal since there are so few 2 mana spells that actually have blowout potential, beyond the ones that Seraphine already runs like mystic shot. I think this was an empty gesture to gays that cry endlessly about rng and variance in card games.
the entire concept of "have a chance to pull a random card out of your ass that your opponent can't realistically play around" is the worst mistake in card games and just cranks the rng factor to 11

Very tiny adjustments to things that matter and nothing to deal with her high cost problem, if you can't drop any units then nothing can die to summon a spiderling. Basically every item after 15 looks too little to late, and since you'll probably be cutting the 5 drop and the 2 drop asap their minor buffs probably won't go far.
It feels like they accidentally made her good so decided to ruin it at the last minute.
She has some huge synergy points though, stuff like "Summon a Sapling when you get the attack token" and "When you summon a 1 cost ally grant them +2|+2" will feel fantastic. She's no Gwen but she's definitely better than some of the other SI champ options

i messed with this card in karma/set targon. Its pretty good. better than soulcleave in secret keeper. Little unicorn gives u time to play big unicorn. If i had more units that cared about their health I could make room for it. These days i just invoke traveller more often

The problem i see is that some of the big invokes have spellshield, which in addition to the thralls would be very hard to control if you’re trying to outlast them.
I think a more fast paced ionia/bandle/shurima deck could do it. A simple deny effect coupled with board pressure is a time proven strategy

here's an interesting question from a stream, if you cast pirouette, your opponent then does something, and you warning shot in response, is the piroutte plundered or not?
An interesting case that I ran into in an old build of the game, when spells had to go off before you got credit for casting them, was that I had a Lux level/laser denied by someone killing one of my units after I had put Remembrance on the stack. I slow cast it for 6, using 6 of my mana, but then they killed something in response, lowering its mana cost to 5, then the spell went off and my Lux didn't level.
It's something that was fixed with the cast changes.

Having a lot of celestials doesn't really matter. For the most part, the only good celestials are the expensive ones that you're using to try and close out a game, or the low cost ones you want earlygame for tempo. By the time karma's online the low cost ones no longer matter and you'll never have enough mana to play multiple big ones.
Plus Targon provides preciously few spells worth duplicating for karma so there just isn't a lot of synergy there.

In all honesty, I have no idea why Moe is trying to be a personality in the scene. I'm not super keyed into the competitive rankings, but I feel like Moe only has showings in ladder and his personality when on camera is basically him being super confrontational and yelling at people.

Haven't played since the balance patch and made the push from D4 to masters in one evening with the Teemo Tristana Demacia deck. Champion's strength is still an absolutely fricking ridiculous card, if you draw it and have a board (hard not to have one, you're playing bandle swarm) on turn 6/7, you rip it and most decks just blow up instantly. You can steal Moe's list and just farm people since DE flavor of Teemo Tristana is much less popular than Noxus or Bilge for now. I want half the ladder to start abusing it so we can have Champion's Strength nerfed again to like 11 mana
I was pretty negative on him originally, but he's grown on me. Dude's toxic as all hell, but at least it feels like he puts in the effort and cares about the game.I prefer Moe's and Fleurant's openly abrasive and confrontational attitude to the likes of Majiin who maintains this fake ass facade of positivity, but has seemingly for all intents and purposes checked out of Runeterra stuff a while ago and does just enough content to pay the bills.
they probably will just nerf trist, this deck is basically like when elites were at their height and there were 7 or 8 or more different versions running around because of how solid the core deck is and you'd just run whatever flavor you want to counter whatever you hated most. it also helps that karma and sett keep most every other potential counter to the deck in check.

Thralls is a highroll deck. It hard mulligans for its combo pieces and afks until it can play its combo and shit on your face. If they find all the cards they want the combo can go off by turn 4 or 5. Lissandra decks don't really play to level Lissandra, or really use her as a win condition at all. She's just a body that generates a thrall. The deck is just about boosting thrall countdowns and printing 8/8s

Thralls has been a meta staple in various forms for like a year now, it's only ever bad when the meta has some kind of degenerate deck that can actually kill its thralls on 5, or some balls to the wall aggressive deck that can run under it.

Anyone know the point of the trist bilgewater deck? It seems pretty close to the noxus deck except it has 3 copies of kings court in there, and I still can't figure why 3 of them plus some prize fights is somehow better than the noxus deck with might or fervor.
If you use Prize Fights mid combat it lets you get absurd amounts of value off of impact since impact activates off of combat strikes, the idea is the bandle gunners cost next to nothing so you drop a bunch of them with your Kings Court on the field and OTK them during one swing

Remember PoC experience is skewed because of the powers and items that smooth out synergies and having access to more than 3 regions.
In constructed that kind of deck would have no trouble leveling and supporting ashe but nasus would certainly have trouble building up stacks outside of combat
Fair enough. Just figured it'd be the least skewed since my Ashe is still under level 5 with 1 star. As far as Nasus goes, I did struggle a bit with his stacks, but it seemed to compliment Ashe, which is why I'm wondering if they'd have a chance as a deck, as in whether a deck like that works in the current meta.
That’s because ashe has very good synergy with shurima debuffs and fearsomes and vulnerables have good synergy with frostbite. You can give it a shot, but if you go with it another champion may be a better choice

Hey, i’ve been looking at the possibilities of frelj shurima and castigate is pretty fricking good with a potential ashe/whatever. It’s a lot like reckoning except it’s not conditional activation so you don’t get shafted.
About shurima champs you could be using right now it’s either akshan, rene and while akshan is the best one he also needs you a more specific buildaround. Rene is meh but vulnerable works wonders with frostbite and ashe.
I’m not gonna say shurima/frostbite is any good, cause i don’t have any evidence but the synergy is certainly there.

At the point of the game this crap enters the field you’re better off with wildclaw for the extra power (it’s ALWAYS relevant) or mommy for flexible spots.

Back on targon’s release she was used to invoke specific invokes to tutor champs or blast off whatever was too big to handle.
She’s still decent but now targon’s removal options are a lot better and the game’s pace has made invoke’s playstyle kinda slow
at least in karma targon, I value getting a cheap blocker with some lategame potential over just running more big removal maindeck, special in this tristana meta.

hes pretty a pretty decent unit for midrange, it's just bilgewater isn't really the region for that and he has little in good support other than barknuckles. illoai is really better for supporting midrange decks which is pretty much why the only decks he worked in are being dropped in favor of basically the same thing but with illoai
Bilgewater does have multiple midrange strategies. The thing is jack’s kit draws him two different directions and only one of those allows him to level, which is the combo enabling role. The other is… fine? Brash is a fun keyword, fairly powerful and fits perfectly in bilgewater. But that’s it.

After some more extensive tests it seems I was actually kinda right before and it's not as bad
Basically it does work properly (second predict will predict first card you draw, first predict will predict second card you draw) UNLESS one of second predict options is the card you picked in first predict in which case it fricks over your first predict
On first two occasions I survived till 10 it just happened to be the case above leading me to wrong conclusion

You can just pick it second time, it'll draw her off copied time trick, first one will then draw a random card

I can't say for sure since, you know, multiple copies, but as far as I can tell just seeing the same card twice doesn't matter, only seeing the same card you picked on first predict

If you wait a lil - like two weeks - they are gonna introduce new starter decks in like two weeks, it's way easier to change those a bit to get something more meta and you'll have variety to try some decks and choose what you like.

You should have enough, iirc a completely new deck costs around 20k-30k, but you should have quite a few of the cards already and wildcards will make up for a lot the remaining.

gnar is less likely to draw the teemo spell, that's pretty much it. unless you're talking about the differences between the demacia/bilgewater/noxus versions
