I think he also managed to make some subtle edits to the animation bones of the RE Engine characters which allows the women's running animations to match their weight, but I don't have RE2R installed so I can't test his fat Claire mod right now.
He often tries to make the faces rounder. The problem with many games is that heads and bodies are separate to allow for the changing of outfits. Except RE Engine of course, which has the characters with full nude body models and all the clothing choices are separate mesh layers put on top of the body mesh.
Don't worry, you can do what I did. Download both seasons, watch the first season up to the Laika episode, and then stop there because you don't want to be depressed. You still get several fun episodes before that!
