This.
Most people don't have long enough attention spans to actually finish games. And with BG3 being multiplayer, I guarantee most pretty much start from the beginning whenever they make a new session.
you would most likely die to an automatic drone strike supervised (not even executed) by some homosexual from an air conditioned office without either of you seeing a second of actual combat
NTA but if you actually let them draft you instead of mag dumoping the closest CO the moment you get your hand on a gun, you're moronic and deserve the drone strike.
Masculinity is worthless in modern warfare, but you're free to pose like an alpha male to dissuade whoever is gonna be watching you through a thermal imaging drone from blowing you up to smithereens.
>you'll get droned!
no, I'll be flying them since I have good hand/eye coordination from a lifetime of vidya, steam achievements are my proof

This. The homosexuals that beg for dick and getting rammed in the ass and love dressing in pink dresses that fit their lanky bodies are 100% as capable as anyone, chud.
Essence of masculinity is a mental fortitude and control. When you will be crying like b***h ass girl calling for momy chad will be getting away from the incoming barrage.
Majority of people who play games are wagecucks that can only play a few hours on the weekends. Also a lot of normal gays play a game for a few hours and never touch it again or just don't play it at all, I know 4 of them.
Cause you have to realize that maybe 80% of the vidya community dont actually play games to completion. Thats why never ending live service games got popular and single players are now an after thought. I could bet a grand that out of the 30 million that bought BOTW, maybe a million actually beat it. That's why I wish nintendos next consoles comes with achievements or some shit.
>out of the 30 million that bought BOTW, maybe a million actually beat it.
unironically true. I swear there was some big zelda youtuber who at the time of botw release rated it a 10/10 and would not stop praising it. Then years later before totk release he just flat out said he never beat botw.
>1/3 of the game >10%
Lmao
But besides that, on average only ~20% of buyers finish any given game. It's super easy to check as well thanks to achievements.
I'm actually impressed it's so high. Check any other game, most people (60 - 70%) complete whatever objectives are in the first four hours, but after that? We're looking at either a steady drop to sub-10% or in the case of smaller, more niche games, a continuous ~40%
>less than 40% people completed 5th story mission(each takes around 15 minutes)
I really wonder why, it is pretty much as long as it takes to finish nautiloid part in bg3
Because this game is a masterpiece. 10 out of 10. certified gold. certified platinum. I played it for 17 minutes than a went back to fricking my couch and playing fortnit. Money well spent I say!
the acts in this game are so disproportionate in length. Act 1 is fricking gigantic with 3 entirely different zones, Act 2 is over in a blink, and I can't tell if Act 3 is long or short because of how unfocused and scattered it is. It's like they forgot they still had 2 more BEGs to kill before we could fight the final BBEG.
Act 3 is pretty big, on first playthrough I 100% each act and it was basically >30 hours Act 1 >20 hours Act 2 >40+ hours Act 3
Also, Act 1 has a shit ton of backtracking, Act 2 doesn't have that much but is pretty focused, and Act 3 just has so much to do I'm skeptical that they'll ever put back in the cut content because it'd feel so bloated.
For me, it's because it's took me a long while to understand I don't like games where I feel any element is completely out of my control. I don't like losing in e.g. a dialogue situation because even though I was specced completely into dexterity, I still failed the roll and that's it, no way to fix this besides reloading my previous save.
That's not to say I don't like RNG, I adore XCOM Enemy Within. But the difference between XCOM and Baldur's Gate is that I can temper the RNG into my favor in the former, to the point where I can nullify almost all negative effects at all times. I am given opportunities to recover from RNG fricking me. That's not the case in Baldur's Gate, there's always an area in which you're lacking, or you just roll poorly, and there's no turning back or mending the situation beyond reloading, and it does not sit well with me on a physical level.
because people fall for marketing, then buy one of the most niche genres just behind strategy games and drop it right after the tutorial because they never enjoyed turn base combat
For me, it's because I keep starting new characters.
This. I hate myself, i've spent 200h only in act 1&2.
even if it's weird aren't these stats relatively good?
Nope
Cope
>yet another bg3 thread desperately trying to subtley insult it
>say others are coping when theyre the ones having fun
???
Mods
probably because act 1 (30-35 hours) is longer than most games, also it's 25% of the game
People buy game
They don't like it they uninstall
rinse and repeat
This.

this is the same problem I've had with dos2. we just start up a campaign and be lucky if we make it off the island
most people are dumb and weak
which is why I'm not that worried about WW3 or a draft, I'd dominate them irl just like I do online

weird knowing that they have around 100k players every day
some people play very little, sometimes i play 40 minutes in a full day because wagie life + gym. So progress is very slow
No it isn't. It lines up perfectly. 50% is huge knowing how long act 1. Come back with new shitposting material, this one's run through.
it’s been nearly three months. time to give it up. you lost
Majority of people who play games are wagecucks that can only play a few hours on the weekends. Also a lot of normal gays play a game for a few hours and never touch it again or just don't play it at all, I know 4 of them.
it's the same with any other fricking game
why? not sure but I know 50% of people are below 100 IQ so that might be a factor

Congratulations, you now understand why so many idiots are calling it a 10/10 instead of a 7/10 at best.
>10%
>Longest and best part of the game
How could you out yourself as a pajeet that has not played the game in such few words

No wonder no one talk about how atrocious the Act 3 performance is.
I’m in it now on playstation (for like a week, this act is huge) and its fine? I’ve had no issues with bugs or anything in the 3rd act.
Because it's been patched over at least four times now.

50% is pretty high for completing 20-35 hours of a game.
For context completing the hour long tutorial of pathfinder wotr is like 60%
wotr is a clunky shit which immediately dumps Black person woman paladin onto you, I am not surprised

I can't stop myself. I keep rerolling my Durge and taking Gale and Astarion's hands.
