I used to think that it sold on being a cool atmospheric game with a good post modern story but over time the purpose of why people got into it became clearer as that hack sold out to gacha shit. Overtime my taste in media changed and warped and soon realized how shallow this game portrayed those themes and saw the shit gameplay for what it is.

You can just play through the beginning on normal/easy and change it to a harder difficulty later if you're having trouble. But also know mashing the dodge button is usually a free win.
