            They're all shuffled semi-randomly, none of them have real buildup, you fight them all in featureless boxes and they all have two phases. The game has degenerated into pure roll-souls at this point because DaS2 scared them off of trying anything new.

            Still released with broken covenants and degenerated into fightclubs. Allowing people to summon in so many of their friends just ruined online further.

            DaS1 does everything better than DaS3 once you look past the GFWL and Xinput shit that is derived from Fromslopware being incompetent.

    high wall undead settlement cathedral irithyll lothric castle and archdragon peak are good levels. i prefer archdragon peak to farum azula for sure.
    and the dlc has all great level design.

      actually, this is something i love about DS3, i cannot explain why that is the case. i just love the footstep sounds in ds3. i wish i could put them in other games. walk around in circles just to hear it

          Im kind of biased because i usually only play Max NG Dark Souls 3, on Max NG deacons are a complete piece of shit and it becomes a DPS race against the curse build up even with Lorians UGS.

    Nah. Worst world design sure because of the linearity and the fact that Firelink Shrine isnt connected to anything. The actual levels are fine for the most part. Still too many swamps and questionable enemy placements.

        hitting the head is a cool concept, but in practice on midir its still pretty mediocre. Kalameet still hasnt been topped as far as fromsoft dragon fights go.
