The only properly good one I've played recently is Nebel Geisterjäger, thought it also has some issues. If you're playing properly to avoid NTR and treating it as a lose mechanic (which is how I play these games) it actually becomes almost impossible to frick up because you can just dash through the dungeon and end it in like a minute with no risk of anything. I suspect that mechanic to advance time and let the girl arrive at the boss was patched in later as it seems to go against the whole point of the game which is making sure she makes it safely by working out where she is. Even if you do frick up, it seems incredibly lenient and triggering the NTR H-scenes is really RNG reliant and may not even happen. That said, it's really well put together and was far from an RPG maker asset flip.
Apart from that, can't think of much released recently that was good. Though to be honest that's true for vanilla stuff as well.

Always the same. The setup is you're a bunch of exorcists sent out to a village. It's you and your girlfriend initially, but one of your bosses comes to the village after a few days to join your team. It's apparently to supervise but actually he's trying to blackmail and steal the girl.
The game is structured that in all the dungeons you are in a parallel dimension type thing to your girlfriend (who is also with the boss there) but you both go through the same dungeon simultaneously. You beating things in a room makes her equivalent easier, if she's struggling in combat you can beat monsters in that room and it'll save her etc. But you can't see where she is. You have to work it out via various means like a map you have of the layout. The only way you can tell if she is in trouble is a heartbeat monitor or calling her. The heartbeat will go up if she's being harassed by the boss or if she's in dangerous combat. Calling her while she's being harassed will save her, but calling her while she's in dangerous combat gets in the way and could cause her to lose. If she loses she needs to rest in a room with a bed at which point the guy might take advantage. It's quite a cool gameplay mechanic.
When you go back to town after the dungeon every day, each NPC acts at night and the boss might make moves based on what happened that day and how corrupted she is. It will almost always just be him, but there's sometimes group stuff she gets forced into at the extreme levels.
There is also a vanilla pure route where you win and (one) non NTR sex scene which is repeatable and actually counters the corruption progression.
Sounds pretty cool but i can't stand it when there's only one guy.

The only properly good one I've played recently is Nebel Geisterjäger, thought it also has some issues. If you're playing properly to avoid NTR and treating it as a lose mechanic (which is how I play these games) it actually becomes almost impossible to frick up because you can just dash through the dungeon and end it in like a minute with no risk of anything. I suspect that mechanic to advance time and let the girl arrive at the boss was patched in later as it seems to go against the whole point of the game which is making sure she makes it safely by working out where she is. Even if you do frick up, it seems incredibly lenient and triggering the NTR H-scenes is really RNG reliant and may not even happen. That said, it's really well put together and was far from an RPG maker asset flip.
Apart from that, can't think of much released recently that was good. Though to be honest that's true for vanilla stuff as well.

Always the same. The setup is you're a bunch of exorcists sent out to a village. It's you and your girlfriend initially, but one of your bosses comes to the village after a few days to join your team. It's apparently to supervise but actually he's trying to blackmail and steal the girl.
The game is structured that in all the dungeons you are in a parallel dimension type thing to your girlfriend (who is also with the boss there) but you both go through the same dungeon simultaneously. You beating things in a room makes her equivalent easier, if she's struggling in combat you can beat monsters in that room and it'll save her etc. But you can't see where she is. You have to work it out via various means like a map you have of the layout. The only way you can tell if she is in trouble is a heartbeat monitor or calling her. The heartbeat will go up if she's being harassed by the boss or if she's in dangerous combat. Calling her while she's being harassed will save her, but calling her while she's in dangerous combat gets in the way and could cause her to lose. If she loses she needs to rest in a room with a bed at which point the guy might take advantage. It's quite a cool gameplay mechanic.
When you go back to town after the dungeon every day, each NPC acts at night and the boss might make moves based on what happened that day and how corrupted she is. It will almost always just be him, but there's sometimes group stuff she gets forced into at the extreme levels.
There is also a vanilla pure route where you win and (one) non NTR sex scene which is repeatable and actually counters the corruption progression.
Sounds pretty cool but i can't stand it when there's only one guy.
