Yes it is. The important part of that condition kit is the 3 min speed. I used base and shi don a bunch for giggles with their 10 speed conditionals and they consistently min roll their 5+ haste turns. Not to mention she will only gain 2 haste unless she has multiple skill slots AND she needs to hit her target AND it needs to have been primed with BM. This is a purely MD feelgood ID that's decorative everywhere else.

Blind Obsession + Rhino frog can give you 1-2 with one use if she's your only charge unit, or you make she has the most charge. Red eyes gives out a lot of bind instead. Yi Sang can just...give you 3 haste to the team, and 2 bind on someone with his base EGO, and really, anyone who can give bind also works.

You're dealing with a tier 4 EGO Gift abnormality event, which has one of the highest skill check requirements (34 without advantage / 17 with advantage).
Many lineups will not be able to pass that check. The system always automatically calculates which sinner and corresponding skill has the greatest chance of success at any skill check.
Every skill check is set in stone what the success values are. Obviously lower tier abnormality events where you need less than 10 with advantage will be trivial to clear by comparison.
Yeah, some IDs have such extremely unorthodox rolling values that they can often bypass every skill check (N Clair S3 at 30, TingTang Hong Lu S3 at 30, R Ishmael S3 at 26)

You want to replace BL Faust, not Cinqlair. She's the weak link of the team, and Kimsalt only needs two other BL members to hand out the maximum amount of buffs.
Who said anything about NEEDING it? It does more than just heal HP/SP, you know. Blunt/gloom hitting 5 targets is pretty useful if they're weak to either damage type.
I actually don't use bamboo at at all, and instead of BL Don, I go Cinq for that sweet gloom and bind. Captain Ish, Harpooner Heath, BL Faust, Cinq Sinclair, and maido Ryoshu fill out the rest of the team. No Bamboo hat means you can also attempt to run Rhino Meursault for his support passive, and use Blind Obsession to get the charge on Ryoshu for it. It's a free 1-2 haste on top of it's normal effects, while helping keep her poise count up.
I thought they are resetting the progress in RR3 for people who started from that day onward. These frickers just reset my RR3 where i was at the final boss. Now i have to do it all over again if i want the banner. Goddamit

Not just human fights. She dominates any fight with multiple enemies. Although it requires a turn or 2 more to setup, Once you use Blind Obsession you can brainlessly spam S2 as much as you want.

Yet another hugefrick 000 damage ID for her. But this time, she gets attack weight making her the best ID choice in any fight against multiple enemies, and she is also a poise ID, which is the best archetype atm. You do need to build around her and play properly to achieve her full potential, autopilot can frick up managing her poise.
Maid Ish is pretty good for a 00 that's also a hybrid sinking/poise ID, though she's not as good at sinking as Molar Ish and only beats Shishmael in poise teams by not breaking resonance chains with BL.
Maid Ryoushu just hits like a truck, and can do it to multiple enemies given a bit of poise management (bringing BL Don to feed her poise and count)
Man, all of these choices are fricking garbo. It's either an additional +1 coin power, +a total of +3 final power, or a 50% damage reduction. I hope MD4H changes things up a little bit.

Ricardo was a hard stat check and sinners aren't on that level obviously to do isekai tier parabolic growth and he's obviously being setup as a long term enemy. You're dealing with a tier 4 EGO Gift abnormality event, which has one of the highest skill check requirements (34 without advantage / 17 with advantage).
Many lineups will not be able to pass that check. The system always automatically calculates which sinner and corresponding skill has the greatest chance of success at any skill check.
Every skill check is set in stone what the success values are. Obviously lower tier abnormality events where you need less than 10 with advantage will be trivial to clear by comparison.
I guess this makes sense now. Considering I always ran the dungeons with N. Sinclair. No wonder almost every check was easy.
Yeah, some IDs have such extremely unorthodox rolling values that they can often bypass every skill check (N Clair S3 at 30, TingTang Hong Lu S3 at 30, R Ishmael S3 at 26)

I actually don't use bamboo at at all, and instead of BL Don, I go Cinq for that sweet gloom and bind. Captain Ish, Harpooner Heath, BL Faust, Cinq Sinclair, and maido Ryoshu fill out the rest of the team. No Bamboo hat means you can also attempt to run Rhino Meursault for his support passive, and use Blind Obsession to get the charge on Ryoshu for it. It's a free 1-2 haste on top of it's normal effects, while helping keep her poise count up.

Unluckily, there is no real poise+sinking sinergy as of yet in the game, so there is no real reason to use this ID over her 000 IDs.

But this time, she gets attack weight making her the best ID choice in any fight against multiple enemies, and she is also a poise ID, which is the best archetype atm. You do need to build around her and play properly to achieve her full potential, autopilot can frick up managing her poise.
Maid Ish is pretty good for a 00 that's also a hybrid sinking/poise ID, though she's not as good at sinking as Molar Ish and only beats Shishmael in poise teams by not breaking resonance chains with BL.
Maid Ryoushu just hits like a truck, and can do it to multiple enemies given a bit of poise management (bringing BL Don to feed her poise and count)

You can refill your enkephalin bar by spending lil bit of lunacy each day, 3 times/day is the sweet spot, 2 times/day if you don't have 200 rolls for walpurgis. This let you have mountain of threads and shards by grinding the md mines.

We win in most encounters just by the way the game is designed and successfully beat everything in the railways for example canonically. The notes love saying shit like that too but at the same time when they're cleaving through Kurokumo jobbers Ryoshu says it's easy straight up post-story cutscene even though if there a note for that they'd probably be saying how it was the sharpest thing ever and it took 1000000 lives to even land a single hit on them.
Ricardo was a hard stat check and sinners aren't on that level obviously to do isekai tier parabolic growth and he's obviously being setup as a long term enemy. They're allowed to die if it meets their goal and they likely wouldn't even try attempting half the shit they do if they knew they couldn't revive like sticking their heads into random holes.
