EGO depends on the person. Red Mist EGO was fricking trash but she was able to bring it out to it full potential. The EGOs the lads used in Lobotomy Corp never reached their full potential because they only knew how to basically use them like kids would with sticks. There is many factors to an EGO's power.

You would need to do a lot of syllabic work to get it to sound anything like the PM characters because KR doesn't flop over to EN nicely.

He's very strong, he's got good damage, nothing crazy like Heathcliff raping you by attacking 5 times but he still does a lot. Clash wise, he's got one very bad skill and but his other ones win the clashes consistently, I think the best part about him is his durabilty, he's the tankiest unit in the game so far and his skills heal him on top of that, he's god tier in boss fights. Expect to see many Banesault solo videos in the near future.
Meursault is pretty nice in the third floor of the dungeon mostly because the enemies in the human fights are weak to blunt damage. He isn't a damage dealer tho so I would recommend taking normal Heathcliff too. Where Meursault shines is in the final boss of the dungeon where you can us Chains of Others to debuff the boss with 4 attack down.
I had a bunch of people telling me to make sure I alternated upgrading the two lower layer departments in Lobotomy Corp. Someone explained that if you don't do that, you can't do both suppressions without resetting to day 1. How does that work out? Why can I not finish one department, reset to day 41 and then do the other?
Also, I managed to beat the Hokma suppression which was cool. Couldn't see the final meltdown counter on meltdown level 9 and it ended up being Queen of Hatred so I finished my last set of works while she was rampaging around killing a bunch of my agents.
Sephirah Meltdowns can only occur if you have a department fully maxed. If you don't evenly max them out, then one of the departments will max at Day 45, which won't allow you to get the mission on Day 46 as you are locked into the endgame.
Yes I understand that, but I had heard that if you frick it up you have to do a hard reset back to day 1. As long as you can reach one suppression you can just mem-repo after finishing it and then do the other one.
I am assuming that the one anon who said you can get locked into a day 1 reset was either mistaken or completely full of shit.
Because if your first 5 level ups are all extraction, then you can only do the suppression on day 42 and the records department will be level 1. After that, you will mem repo back to day 41 and records will still be level 1, which means that you won't get records level 5 until day 45. And you can't do suppressions on day 45+ so you're locked until you reset all the way to day 1.
If you level them separately, on day 41 you have a department on level 3 and the other on 2, which allows you to do one suppression and then mem repo back and level the other in time before day 46.

It seems like she'd be most useful with meursault, she only applies nails for 1 turn while he can apply it for 3 turns or 2 turns, and she only gets fanatic bonus against nailed enemies

She is pretty strong, I have her without Meursault after 40 rolls because im a lucklet, but she does seem to be intended to play alongside him, she has been consistently second best damage on Mirror Dungeons, and probably an staple of bleed comps

Not entirely, if you have all the IDs for a character then don't see a reason not to dump some in threads if you need it. At the end of each season half of the egoshards for each character get converted to threads regardless
theres no reason to dump any shards unless you are super desperate for threads, and even then should wait anyway for the dungeon to drop that gives them

Charge is currently trash outside of rip space. Why it decays or requires HEADS HITS at all, I have no idea. Meursault literally can't use 2/3 of his charge effects in abno battles because his skill pool can't generate them before you even factor in decay.
Those shards will be useful when they get a 000, neither of them have one.
Dumb question, but can you stack the monthly supplies lunacy? For example, can I stack two of the 7 dollar ones, to get double the log in lunacy every day? This seems like the best way to buy lunacy from a raw cash to gacha bucks level. I went a little too hard on the N corp banner get back about...5 10 pulls on it.

Since K Corp let them in to do so it's probably fine.
It's more that large-scale collateral property damage in dense areas is against the rules. So you're not gonna deploy Rhinos in K Corp's terminal.
Also weapons that cause a lot of collateral damage are made prohibitive to access.
Localized events are mostly fine.

Kurokumo but only if they're uptie III and leveled. Also, burn and bleed will activate a passive on the boss that heals them, so be careful with that. It was bugged and didn't work earlier but I think it's been fixed.
My ticket got me nothing but Blade Lineage Sinclair which I already had. Fortunately my pain was somewhat alleviated by getting both of the new identities in one try.
I think her damage potential is greater, but she's not as good at clashing. Also getting charge on heads hit only on her gloom skill fricking sucks.
That being said, Mind Whip is incredibly fun and destroys shit as long as you're using it properly.

I'm getting filtered by the Nothing There N(igger)-Corp abnormalities. What the frick is the strategy for them? They keep staggering half my team in the first turn.
What about when they're attacking with a counter coin in their second slot? I keep deflecting the main attack then they just throw it all back at me right after.
I want them to add numerical indicators for stagger thresholds. Especially when tremor shifts them around and it can determine whether I bother clashing the boss or all-in my fast hitters to hit the stagger first.
Ultimately at the end of the day there is nothing stopping you from having all IDs all tieup and all maxed level. Likewise for EGOs and their tieups. The only real choice in the matter is if you want to "save" for characters you personally like more and focus on them first or get whatever and have early supply of egoshards to make your early days of progression a ton easier but at the cost of possibly being unfocus with a jack of all trade but master of none type of account.

The EGOs the lads used in Lobotomy Corp never reached their full potential because they only knew how to basically use them like kids would with sticks. There is many factors to an EGO's power.

A limbus mod for ruina would probably be relatively easy. And a lot faster to play through as well.
Instead of 6 waves of k corp across 3 stages, it'd only need to be a single reception. Same with the knights, they could be reduced down to only 1 or 2 receptions.

For those who tried him, what's the consensus on Meursault? How does he perform in the dungeon?
He's pretty damn good
He consistently wins Clashes and he has a lot of Yellow skills which help build up his Pursuance EGO
He's not the highest damage, but he never loses and will never die so he's pretty good.
He's very strong, he's got good damage, nothing crazy like Heathcliff raping you by attacking 5 times but he still does a lot. Clash wise, he's got one very bad skill and but his other ones win the clashes consistently, I think the best part about him is his durabilty, he's the tankiest unit in the game so far and his skills heal him on top of that, he's god tier in boss fights. Expect to see many Banesault solo videos in the near future.
Meursault is pretty nice in the third floor of the dungeon mostly because the enemies in the human fights are weak to blunt damage. He isn't a damage dealer tho so I would recommend taking normal Heathcliff too. Where Meursault shines is in the final boss of the dungeon where you can us Chains of Others to debuff the boss with 4 attack down.
I had a bunch of people telling me to make sure I alternated upgrading the two lower layer departments in Lobotomy Corp. Someone explained that if you don't do that, you can't do both suppressions without resetting to day 1. How does that work out? Why can I not finish one department, reset to day 41 and then do the other?
Also, I managed to beat the Hokma suppression which was cool. Couldn't see the final meltdown counter on meltdown level 9 and it ended up being Queen of Hatred so I finished my last set of works while she was rampaging around killing a bunch of my agents.
Sephirah Meltdowns can only occur if you have a department fully maxed. If you don't evenly max them out, then one of the departments will max at Day 45, which won't allow you to get the mission on Day 46 as you are locked into the endgame.
Yes I understand that, but I had heard that if you frick it up you have to do a hard reset back to day 1. As long as you can reach one suppression you can just mem-repo after finishing it and then do the other one.
I am assuming that the one anon who said you can get locked into a day 1 reset was either mistaken or completely full of shit.
Because if your first 5 level ups are all extraction, then you can only do the suppression on day 42 and the records department will be level 1. After that, you will mem repo back to day 41 and records will still be level 1, which means that you won't get records level 5 until day 45. And you can't do suppressions on day 45+ so you're locked until you reset all the way to day 1.
If you level them separately, on day 41 you have a department on level 3 and the other on 2, which allows you to do one suppression and then mem repo back and level the other in time before day 46.

This combined with the fact I hatr having a team without matching uniforms makes me not want to use anything else besides the base IDs. It's not a bad thing, per se, but it's also very disappointing I can't play dress up like I could with my nuggets in both previous games.

It seems like she'd be most useful with meursault, she only applies nails for 1 turn while he can apply it for 3 turns or 2 turns, and she only gets fanatic bonus against nailed enemies
She is pretty strong, I have her without Meursault after 40 rolls because im a lucklet, but she does seem to be intended to play alongside him, she has been consistently second best damage on Mirror Dungeons, and probably an staple of bleed comps
Forgot to mention, she is very good at winning clashes, consistency is there definetely

I'm planning to farm many mirror dungeons. Are there enough random shard boxes to reach 400 shards with each character or should I focus on the yellow ones?
25 boxes a week(24 after they change it next week), 3 shards max per box, 10 weeks left in the season means an upper bound of 750, spread out randomly over 12 characters.
400 shards for 12 sinners means 4800 shards.

If you get all nominable boxes it means you'll have 150-450 shards of your choosing which is potentially enough to nab you an EGO/000 ID depending on what dupes you got over the season until then.

On another note I don't like W Corp Faust because Charge seems mostly irrelevant and I also don't like Outis' single coins, I wish the RNG hadn't thrown me 200 shards and 000 for each.
Charge is currently trash outside of rip space. Why it decays or requires HEADS HITS at all, I have no idea. Meursault literally can't use 2/3 of his charge effects in abno battles because his skill pool can't generate them before you even factor in decay.
Those shards will be useful when they get a 000, neither of them have one.

Kurokumo but only if they're uptie III and leveled. Also, burn and bleed will activate a passive on the boss that heals them, so be careful with that. It was bugged and didn't work earlier but I think it's been fixed.

The first turn is the hardest since they're at their peak from how their buffs work. You can dogpile on them, but try to keep their Instinct in check.
they get mondo buffs from instinct, but lose instinct on getting hit, so hit them to keep it low
I want them to add numerical indicators for stagger thresholds. Especially when tremor shifts them around and it can determine whether I bother clashing the boss or all-in my fast hitters to hit the stagger first.

Ultimately at the end of the day there is nothing stopping you from having all IDs all tieup and all maxed level. Likewise for EGOs and their tieups. The only real choice in the matter is if you want to "save" for characters you personally like more and focus on them first or get whatever and have early supply of egoshards to make your early days of progression a ton easier but at the cost of possibly being unfocus with a jack of all trade but master of none type of account.
