Kinda wanna keep talking about Meursault on warp trains. I feel like he wouldn’t take it well and would break down fast, as funny as the stoicism is. In the book, a lot of Meursault’s comfort and acceptance comes from the fact that everyone will die one day. However, what he’ll witness and experience on the warp train is intense enough to make him completely question that concept. The idea of an eventual death is no longer comforting when it seems that nobody in the train can reach it. That’s a core part of life (the end) that’s denied to you.

generally speaking:
higher base power and more coins = more chances to win a clash. Coins specially since they straight up mean more chances
in a clash, for every 5 points in atk above the enemy you get +1 base power
from chapter 3 onwards resistances become very relevant
status effects as of now are only useful in long boss fights
color matching increases damage and activates some passives. Next combat update they'll also affect power in some way
you want to build parties around color matching and EGO materials regeneration. Possibly around having EGO healers for later on

I played about halfway through Lobotomy Corp and enjoyed it, never finished it because I was retarded and didn't realize the game was above my computer's specs, and then never ended up finishing it because the fun of the experience is only really when you play it completely blind. True enough. It's not really any different than LobCorp's employees having EGO from its abnos, though, in that case. They make it a point that Gebura isn't quite as strong as she was as Kali, but she's clearly not far behind, and Binah, even in the final fight, is lagging behind an actual Arbiter (even with the excuse that she's tired from fighting the Ensemble), so she's probably still a bit subpar, but Roland is as strong as he's ever been.

My team was basic Outis, Hong, Sinclair(buff), Meursault and W Don(she didn't do much because she got unlucky with charges), all level 20-21
Beyond Meursault being so slow he mostly did unopossed attacks they all were good enough at clashing and Kromer died after 2 gaze turns
I almost lost during phase 2 thanks to chain of really unlucky coinflip loses but other than that phase 2 seemed easier
You can beat Kromer by abusing Mersault and Outis EGO. Yi Sang is decent too. Just be more patient and expect few restarts.

Different anon here: the difference between a clash in LCB and taking a shot in XCOM is that you don't get immediately fucked if you miss your shot, and have multiple opportunities to salvage the situation in the event that you were firing on an important target.

1 Gold Ticket is 1000 EXP, 1 Silver Ticket is 200 EXP, and 1 Bronze Ticket is 50 EXP.
1 Gold Ticket = 5 Silver Tickets = 20 Bronze Tickets
It takes about 37 Gold Tickets to move someone from level 1 to level 30, meaning it would take 740~ Bronze Tickets to do the same.
Unless you can get massive payouts of Bronze Tickets it simply isn't economical. I currently have 5 level 30 guys on my team and I can't recall getting anymore than 2 Bronze Tickets from regular missions, unless mission difficulty also affects your payout.

Skill issues, also some IDs are just guaranteed to be good like Tingtang and whatnot so why keep them at low lvl.

Anon you get like 60 exp per sinner on all non dungeon levels in chapter 3, and 150 on all sinners for the dungeon. Meanwhile it takes nearly 4k exp to get from level 27 to 28 and then closer and closer to 4k up until level 30.
There is no way you are maxing out to 30 in any reasonable time frame by using them in missions. I have 7 sinner IDs at level 30 and stacking hundreds of tickets because I dont want to use any of the others right now. Worrying about wasting 60 exp when chapter 4 comes out really isnt on my list.

0-4 feels the fastest of all the tutorial levels because it forcibly sets the first waves health 1 after the first round.
Ive compared times though and 1-2 is way faster even if youre spamming through the tutorial text. But you are losing out on a module by doing so
