The vast majority of time CHARIZARD gets marketing or shilling Venusaur and Blastiose get something to.
Charizard got 2 Megas AND 2 Anime OVAs about it, the other two just appeared in the games without any pushing.
Charizard got a Gigantamax with Venusaur and Blastoise getting removed from the base game to be in a DLC (also didn't appear in the anime while Charizard was in the entire show)
^ this happened again in SV with Charizard getting a Terra while the other two were once again removed from the game
it's not even in the main games, Conquest did that too, and PMD games had Charizard in rival team while the other two dont' appear at all unless you choose their base forms as starters and evolve them

Because it's obvious to any sane, mentally sound person why there isn't. Normalgays don't give a monkey's for them, with the plethora of cuter base stage and more badass final evolutions on offer in the franchise. For a middle stage to chart, it needs to be a fricking unicorn - better-received by the world than the base or final stage and that hasn't happened once yet in the series (Pika was designed as a base stage, I remind you, as they tried to make Gorochu a thing).
