I was looking for an excuse and then I got here, I have yet to deal with a Midnight but dealing with one with 25% less Agents makes them seem even more scary. Felt like I am missing something here.
You are not missing anything and you should not have any issue regarding having 25% less agents, mostly because I doubt you have enough gear to properly equip all of them. Also the clock can suppress down almost every abnormality. And not to spoil anything but you will likely want to use it on day 48 and 49.

Just keep retrying the day until you get amber midnight
Then just stack all your agents on the elevators of the top layer and slowly chip away at the worms until it's over

If you get a violet midnight then restart, or for the tiph core suppression you can get to just one work away from midnight and send everyone to work at the same time. That way the ordeal begins but the day immediately ends since you go to meltdown level 10 if you do enough works
That being said, orange midnight is easy but takes time, and Green midnight is a piece of cake

That said your only real problem is going to be 2 things.

No it isn't. By that point you have a team of maxed out agents so Hod's debuff isn't that bad if you have aleph-geared employees to work on high damage abnormalities. First work safe abnormalities to find out the work types and that's it.

By the time I had gotten into the game, I unfortunately had some aspects spoiled to me. Did it help me with the final stretch of the game? Most certainly not, did it help to know that the meatball shouldn't be let out of his cage or I die before I got him? It didn't take me too long to understand why he should stay in the box in the first place.
I tried to beat LC several times (aka restarted over after long period of not playing) but even though i really got into it at my last attempt i still ended up cheating to finish it.
I love early-mid gameplay but perhaps i tried to minmax too hard and it just got too boring and grindy for me, also not too fond of "combat system", i know some people do insane shit like beating nothing there with base agent but that doesn't mean that game doesn't control like shit.
OP here, I tend to go look the wiki when I uncovered all the information about an abno but there are still things I dont understand, like Nothing There's non specified resistances.

I killed all three trees before he ran out of hearts without any problems. Clash against roland to not get murdered and use the rest of the speed dice to cut down trees, easy. Make sure to use ALL light every round to cuck him out of power in clashes. Bring lots of page draw, obviously

Too much information tracking is needed to make a game both faithful and enjoyable. Imagine rolling an average of 2X3 dices plus a shitton of modifiers just to resolve one duel. I'm lv15, beat zwei and the next fights they play with way stronger cards, I'm wondering if I should just rebuild everyone's decks or if cards will just keep getting strictly better.
Also got to fight some named goons with random invitations, am I supposed to fight them as early as I can or are they supposed to be for later?
There are several general invitations for each tier, some provide really good unique cards (try 1/2/3 urban nightmare tier books).
when you think about it library of ruina is literally just monster hunter, you kill things that give you stronger cards than the ones you have to then kill even stronger things to make even stronger cards than what you have and so on

If you have the sniper abno, kill every clerk of that department, choose a nugget to work with her and make sure that nugget will be alone in that corridor for the rest of the day. If not, mem repo. And remember get execution bullets as soon as possible, from gebura's department.
For this one do attachment work and don't let anyone into the same corridor because you don't want to infect everyone with COOF. If you have ways to remove clerks, remove them. I researched it, bought all gear and memrepod the frick out when I saw the managerial tips.

the birdening is the greatest temperance check fight in the game and the reason some say ruina needs less prudence but more temperance to finish than lobco

Any evidence for this? It's certainly possible but I don't think the game ever explicitly says or shows how she died.
the game never explicitly mentions how she dies, but it's the only possible way she could. she wasn't in any experiments like most of the upper layer sephirah which means she wasn't really at risk of dying. the only way she could've died was from binah. she murdered 99% of the facility so if lisa was still alive by this time she would've been killed. the fact that we see her as a child also means she definitely didn't survive for long. additionally, her cause of death wasn't mentioned which meant it was probably the most obvious one.

It's because of Hod's stat bonus that you should reset, it's a permanent upgrade so the earlier you have it, the better. But to get it you need to suppress Hod and having a big facility with lots of stat requirement Abnos is a bad idea

The Core Suppressions are worth, if your facility is too large, i'd recommend Day 1 reset while you farm as much gear as possible before since you keep EGO. Completing the Upper Layer Suppressions give you some really good buffs as well as Meltdown Immunity on said departments.
Hod is especifically amazing as completing it give you level 3 fresh hire Nuggets

I've only gotten two abnos done with her while yesods floor is fully realized. is she that much better?
Gebura is the only floor that's on par with Yesod as far as sheer unga potential but you need to get Argalia out of the way to unlock her full potential.
She's far more unga than Yesod.

Gebura's best strength stack is pretty high, but it requires her to both be able to kill 5 enemies and all 4 allies. It also has almost nothing in the way of bonus damage, as opposed to Yesod's absolute monstrous bonus damage stacking. Yesod can already roll high enough to say "frick you" to just about everyone in the game without requiring that he kill enemies or allies, and can further stack smoke and mark on top of that.

It is objectively kinda shit but it's shit worth experiencing if you're in the right mindset.
It's pretty... dense. The game is easy to understand but it expects you to play perfectly and have perfect luck if you want to finish the game on a first or even second run.
If you want to go far the first time you will spend hours training your Agents in a single day because you need to keep up with the incoming abnos, and the ordeals, and the missions, which lead to the suppresions.
Learning an abno is trial and error in which I recommend spending the first 20 minutes with a new abno extracting as much info as you can from them and then restart the day.
Is still pretty good, but it's a game that will require a lot of focus and micromanagement. Welcome manager, it's good to have you with us, have this.

It's a flawed masterpiece. Mainly because the gameplay can be jank. Not bad mind you, but sometimes you have to do some intense combat situations and the game really isn't made with combat in mind. Or the hitboxes can be very questionable in some situations. Or moving employees around can be a pain in the ass. Overall though, very fun game with a very good story and music on top.
Game really could've used more keyboard shortcuts. I hate how it is a computer game yet it barely uses the keyboard.

Guys im gonna start my first Amber Midnight, Ive been on this Day for the past hour and dealt with the Mountain twice, I really dont feel like losing, got any tips?
Keep your units out of the main rooms and wait for them to spawn in the control rooms. Then go in and wail on them. Keep an eye out for the Amber dusks they spawn. Make sure to move your units out of the way. A lot of kiting. Good luck.

Yes It can take some time if you got shit ego or no agents. But it's a guaranteed win, just camp Netzach and Hod departments until the big worms spawn there and just frick them up whenever they do, at some point they stop spawning worms and are just free kills
