Elona is a game where you can start really fricked up as everything is designed to troll, cripple and kill you as you almost gets beaten to death by a knight in the tutorial if you try to earn some money playing a tavern piano cause your music lvl is too low.

Seconding this one. Even in the lategame if you don't play your cards right it's really easy to get a bolt to the head and end up locked in someone's prison tower and watch days pass as you lose all your fiefs.
It's why I play next to the exit. Levels up the skill, makes enough money still, and if anything goes wrong you can easily quit.

it's neat that your character is so weak and you have to really struggle to do anything but there isn't a ton of content and the most reasonable way to play is to avoid a lot of what is there because it will kill you

I did 29 quests and a lot of what I didn't do was because it wasn't translated.
I didn't kill everyone in the monastery or kill the big goblin camp because it seemed incredibly tedious and the game shits on your hard for doing it anyway.
No idea how to read that as a quantifier of how much of the game you've covered.
But yeah, the dev doesn't exactly prioritize English audience, you gotta rely on community language patch to read the latest content.
Monastery is worth it (if you're raiding it to progress Cocona questline), the goblin fort perhaps not so much, at least not until it gets its own associated quests.

I've never reached the secret island by being washed away by a wave . What happens on the illusive island ?
Nothing, you just get high while being constantly raped. If you're lucky you might build a raft inbetween all the rape, but realistically you'll die being fricked. The island is tiny, full of men, a bad, some wood for the raft, and some flowers that make you high and horny.
The island is one of the easiers captures/rapeloops to escape. Chest with most of Lona's stuff is close to bed so she can re-arm whenever you feel it and Fighter or Mage Lona can dispatch enemies easily. While Nympho gets enough horny treets to juice everyone to submission

The answer is generally - run away, then come back and cautiously lure them one by one.
Specifically for juicing, the "grab" breaks when you get attacked for damage, but doesn't break when another enemy "grabs" already ocuppied Lona. The AI decides whether to go grab or attack depending on Lona's Weak and Sexy values. So boost these numbers up with clothes or absence thereof, hairstyle, cheap piercings (golden piercings are just +Sexy with no effect on Weak).and various other conditions and afflicitions (eg. Seedbed is +Sexy, injuries are +Weak-Sexy).
Another useful trick is stun, both with the cudgel (long-lasting, but difficult to land) and stun relic (short-lasting AoE, but perhaps long enough to take care of one enemy while the rest recovers).

Monetary reward for the quest isn't that great considering the travel time there and back, you get pile of mutant meat (that you can turn into smoked mystery meat if you have enough Survival and sell for extra money), but just running Goblin dungeons repeatedly (for meat and ocassional treasure) should be more profitable.

There's a bank (house 2 tiles south of Elise).
Or you can run overweight (it burns stamina, but not too fast and if you're in region where you're farming food costantly it's easy to offset). Also being overloaded is a binary state, carrying 1 extra pound is all the same as carrying 9000, so once you commit to it you can easily stash on good soups (or cheese and smoked meat). Also since it burns stamina it gives you xp (which won't matter once you max out, but it's an easy way to "grind" early on)
Also you can rent pack horse (tile on the inner side of city gate) and stash your extra loot there - just pay close attention to hireling time, once it expires it fricks off with the stuff.

About to play it for the first time. What build should I do?
You wont find money for magic and are not familiar with the mechanics to play sex build yet, so start with tomboy trapper or warrior. After getting the hand of it and getting your first boat win, you can let go of tomboy crutch and try out other ways. Read up on reincarnations if you want to spoil yourself a bit.
Tough with Quality Weapons is perhaps most straighforward (5-10 Scu, Bloodlust, 15 Sur for Hitchiker, the rest in Con or Atk), you can lurk around delivering sneak attacks and even fight some thing head on.
Timid with Magical Weapons gives you the most options (all in on Wis) you can mix and match of staves and books in any combination, but is a bit of a glass cannon and if something gets up close you're in for a lot of pain
Nympho with Juicing can be powerful too but doesn't really take off until lvl 40, and you need to rely on hirelings and gear for early game and non-juicable kills
In any case, always mind your stamina, don't hesitate to run away when things aren't looking good, and keep in my Lisa's bag of tricks is an option, they are heavy but can solve many problems for you.
Use a bow and spam traps. Once you got a better understanding try some other builds.

I just hate the energy system, it makes the game too much of a chore to play properly given your energy pool is basically nothing and the enemy counts are pretty high compared to how much energy it takes to kill an enemy even if you don't waste any from missing.
Your character is a weakling. If you take a look at the hirables, their stamina tends to be 4 to 5 times higher than yours.
I have never gotten that far I get fed up shortly after the intro when I just can't get enough food or money to keep playing.
Which is a shame really I like the game otherwise the tone and setting are something I want to delve deeper into.
You can start using hirelings right after tutorial dungeon (dog and jones are pretty versatile).
And you can skip the tutorial dungeon.

It helps a lot if you don't try to chase the enemies. Bunker down in a good position and just time your attacks for when the enemy comes to you. This doesn't work on enemy archers, they're just a b***h to deal with. Enemies with shield are also a timing game, unless you have a weapon with a block piercing attack (the offhand dagger has this, i think). Against MEATY enemies like the orkind fatboy, you have to hit and run.

Yeah... The only mission I use hirelings for is cemetery duty with Indiana Jones. It only works because the mission is more of an endurance check than a fight. I also bring one of the two drunken bandits with me when I go hunting boars in the early game, boars are hard to kill alone.
