Most i've ever cried while playing a vidya
Black Souls 1+2 and Lisa: The Painful. Can't think of anything else really. There's NieR I guess, but I don't consider it an RPG.
Witcher 3 and Cyberpunk 2077 had some poignant scenes like everything involving the Baron, Geralt finding Ciri, and Don't Fear The Reaper+Temperance endings but such scenes are rather rare in both games, especially in Cyberpunk.

The only tears OP will be crying is tears of boredom.
This is a great thread for finding out which games are super shitty and have terrible fans.
Just finished FFX and it had me tearing up a little bit, but P3 really did me in a couple times.

I've cried to the endings of FF7 Crisis Core, Xenoblade 2, Terranigma, and Persona 3.
the side stories in Lost Odyssey are almost guaranteed tear material

Tower of Time being the last offended. There's a rather poignant part at the end when the parties involved agree to leave something unsaid in the face of what is about to happen.
cried? no I haven't been able to cry since i was a teen. not in an edgy way just don't really cry when I feel down.tides of numenera has made me incredibly sad when rhin left the party to go back home but it was the right decision. the ending was also pretty melancholy, and tybir's quest was just suffering for the poor guy.
