I would say that 350~ years makes more sense for Viconia, which isn't that old for drow. Until BG3 she has been portrayed as a young, very attractive woman in every media she appeared. There's actually a stat check during one of her romance scenes to test your stats and later down the line she challenges you to a fight to test your strenght again. Also her romance triggers the faster the more confrontations you resolve trough fighting. She has the warrior culture thing early on and softens up only after you romance her.

If you're not of her race, she will naturally assume that you're a weak primitive. You can further prove her preconceptions right by doing shit like taking side quests for druids, asking for permission, and compromising. However, if you don't fold during arguments, if you show backbone and decisiveness, she will end up falling for you. During your first sex scene in camp she will try to take the lead as top, but you can attempt to take the dominant role and be a little forceful which will impress her.

I don't know if it's worth a whole new play through by itself, but there are some interesting changes. Don't expect it to be completely different, though. I will say that playing as a gith tav is a bit disappointing when interacting with characters like Vlaakith and Voss. They just kind of ignore you and just address Laezel. While Lae'zel gets an offer of accession for killing Orpheus, Vlaakith doesn't do the same for you and just kind of ignores you. I understand it's Lae'zel's personal quest, but it does feel weird.
