you could go 2tempest cleric, and sorc X, since there is no multiclass stat req and pump out max dmg lightning bolts once per short rest, or chain lightning with items, double that dmg if you have one of your boys make them wet first
or you could stack the fire dmg items and have scorching ray casts doing 1k+
but nah, keep spamming your 8d6 fire ball like a brainlet
