People thinking a children's franchise made by Nintendo adhering to any canon is funny. Mario saves the princess every day for 40 years he never ages nor does his stance or personality or profession change. Sonic is still a teenager running around the world with zero ambition to his life. Link still fights green man to save fantasy land to rescue princess.
They are children's franchises, marry somebody and have sex so you stop obsessing over them.
nintendo have never given a shit about zelda lore, why should you?
The amount of cope coming from ToTK apologists is unreal. Every 3D Zelda game up until Skyward Sword was connected, I'm sorry you were too young to play the games when they came out.
>Every 3D Zelda game up until Skyward Sword was connected
ah yes, the tenuous, autistic fanmade "timeline" that Nintendo has never felt any pressing need to adhere to
You're exposing how much of a moron you are by thinking the "fan timeline" is what connects them and not the multiple references to previous Zeldas within the actual games. The fans made a timeline that tried to provide a layout and path for the connections, but the connections were still there regardless. >MM being a direct sequel to OOT >Wind Waker referencing a previous incarnation of Link never appearing which caused Hyrule to end up flooded, while also featuring a tradition wherein boys where the green clothes the hero wore. >TP featuring a previous incarnation of Link who teaches you moves and Midna, whose tribe made Majora's Mask and even use the same designs in her headpiece.
But by all means, keep digging a hole for yourself.

They're connected the way James Bond movies are
aka not really and no one cares, its just fun references
All of this arguing is moronic anyway, because not only are you wrong that this doesn't fit in any way even though literal real countries have existed multiple times with the same name but the actual makers have stated some of them aren't even real.
Some of the stories are confirmed to be just mythology and they have never clarified which ones. Some of them literally never happened and don't have to be taken into account because anyone can tell a story however they like.
In reality it really seems like what they're implying is that there is really only one timeline and some of the games are based on stories people tell in that timeline.
Seconding Robobot. Much easier to ease you in into the 2D games with its 2.5D gimmick and it has the most well integrated gimmick of the kumazaki-kirby games.
Return to Dreamland Deluxe is also no bad choice, definitely worth it if you want to play co-op.
Just don't play Star Allies. It's the worst of the modern 2D kirbies and is only carried by its postgame and fanservice so it's only really worthwhile for someone who already likes and played a lot of the games to get value out of
The reason Kirby is more consistent is that for the most part all the big events happen years before the games. There is no 1000 years jump between entries. You can piece a rough timeline of the big historical events by using simple logic. >Of course the events that describe the founding of the Ancient civilization happened before their downfall and the various crisis they solved, etc...
Then all the games happen in the same order they were released except for some spinoffs.
it sort of does but for the most part you are correct (like the dark matter trilogy but it's safe to say most of the games take place in release order save for Kirby clash deluxe which takes place after RTDL deluxe's magolor epilogue)
That's mainly because of Kumazakis guided autism actually trying to pick up all the threads of previous games and weaving them into his games each time he tries to come up with something new. The result is that instead of further complicating the lore, it ends up being unified instead
>The time between every game release is canonically part of the timeline
Congratulations on trying to sound smart and coming out as the biggest moronic that ever posted on this board
Yes, and something Nintendo themselves made canon years ago when SS came out to shit on everyone autistic enough to try to connect everything in a manner that made sense.
TotK literally involves time travel, if that's not enough of a sign you should stop caring about the timeline of this series then you do you.
Especially when you consider that TotK runs on stable timeloop rules compared to OoT's branching timelines.
It's clear Nintendo wants to get the frick away from the timeline and focus on self-contained titles that are only connected through direct sequels/prequels and anything else can be chalked up to fanservice (I.E. Zelda's speech that makes you LITERALLY STAND UP AND CLAP because SHE REFERENCED ALL THE GAMES, BRO!!!) that shouldn't be deemed relevant to the game's worldbuilding or narrative.
the Zelda timeline does not matter. it didn't matter when OoT came out, it didn't matter when they cobbled it together for Hyrule Historia, and it doesn't matter now
>Hyrule kingdom falls into ruin sometime before the Great Calalmity >space goats come down from the realm of the gods >work with surviving patches of hylians to re-establish the kingdom
What? Hyrule is never founded in SS. The game end with Zelda and Link on the surface. Hyrule Historia then mentions that Hyrule was founded by the descendants of the people from the sky with elaborating further on it. It's not hard to understand. The Zonai showed up after the residents of Skyloft populated the surface. Then they all died in an unknown events and one of the last two founded Hyrule with his wife who happen to be the descendant of SS Zelda. The only problem with TotK is that there is now two Imprisoning Wars (that's not that bothersome, you can say the first or the second war to diferentiate them), and two Ganondorfs alive at the same time (That's the real problem).
what i (a zelda lorelet) don't understand is why ganon and ganondorf coexist. if dorf was underground during botw then why was ganon there? doesn't dorf turn into ganon? i never played skyward sword so idk any of this
>The Zonai showed up after the residents of Skyloft populated the surface. Then they all died in an unknown events and one of the last two founded Hyrule with his wife who happen to be the descendant of SS Zelda.
Doesn't make sense. Nobody knew of the master sword when Ganondorf showed up. SS Link basically created the sword. Also pisses me off that Twinrova appears in one of the scenes which means that OoT must play around 370 years after the funding of Hyrule which is odd when there are no Orni around and the Gerudo are mostly a hostile faction.
Man, they really fricked the lore with this game.
Not necessarily a problem. In SS, Demise died twice and to me, this gives an opening for two imprisoning wars. The 'surface' ending of SS is the outcome we watched. Link and SS Zelda go to the surface (SS present) and their lineage will found Hyrule. This line will arguably lead to OoT.
In SS past, Demise dies much earlier. The whole situation changes. With the absence of a demon lord, not even imprisoned, the people can descend to the surface much earlier. Maybe the situation of the Zonai changed as well. I surmise that this leads to TotK past, and later, ALttP.
Fitting with Skyward Sword is easy. The game doesn't end with Hyrule founding, it ends with people going down to the surface. Even the old official timeline marks Hyrule's founding later. So you can easily say Rauru appeared some centuries later and founded Hyrule. Given that this was so early on, it's then reasonable legends that tales about the hero or the Master Sword are not widespread. This is also why putting Rauru later wouldn't work. Besides the stupidity of saying he founded Hyrule but not really, it means that despite everyone in BotW knowing ancient myths about the hero and Master Sword, nobody in the Rauru's time knows any of it. Chronologically it just doesn't work.
What's total BS to explain is TotK Ganondorf. The only thing that can actually make sense is that there are two of them as separate people but while it can work, thematically it's extremely unsatisfying. It undermines OoT Ganondorf as just some knockoff and clashes with BotW's Calamity Ganon who was clearly designed as the endpoint of OoT Ganondorf's endless reincarnation and defeat.
Yes the only explanation for Ganon is that OoT Ganondorf is some kind of copy derived from the "original" Ganondorf that was sealed in the depths all along, as in he was just some random Gerudo male that inherited his will.
And yes it really undermines the character.
Still have not finished it, but Four Swords Adventures kinda already established another Ganondorf after OoT one.
I think as easy fix would be: >Dark Tribe in cahoots with Gerudo(personal head canon is that as an all female race of physically superior warrior women they started out as some kind of chosen people of the goddesses) >both factions at odds with the "false deity" they refuse to acknowledge as successor to the 3 deities, that being Hylia. >at war with Hylia and her worshipers(original Hylians, Sheikah, the sky people from totk who built all the robots and shit) >Dark Tribe/Gerudo get ahold of the Triforce, wish for the POWER to stand up against the goddesses armies >through a type of demonic conception, a Gerudo woman becomes pregnant with whom shall be born as their chosen one, this being Demise. >Demise does shit like granting "power" to many of his followers, mutating them into moblins and lizfoes and undead n shit. >Demise sealed/destroyed by the OH Hero. >POSSIBLY, TOTK Ganondorf IS Demise, his original decayed mortal body. Skyward had you stopping his spirit from escaping in a form similar to the malaise shit Ganon took in Botw. >OR, TOTK Ganondorf is the first of many reincarnations of Demise's eternal spite, reborn/transferring power into a new reborn form born from the Gerudo, like a curse every 100 years put on the tribe who betrayed Hylia >OoT Ganondorf is just another part of this lineage, as is the one in Four Sword Adventures.
Basically, Ganondorf just becomes a reincarnated being in the same way as Link and Zelda, which works better with the Skyward sword/Demise retcon, but does kinda ruin the perception of Ganondorf from everything prior to SS.
>Basically, Ganondorf just becomes a reincarnated being in the same way as Link and Zelda, which works better with the Skyward sword/Demise retcon, but does kinda ruin the perception of Ganondorf from everything prior to SS.
Ganondrof is not a reincarnation, or incarnation, of anything to do with Demise. I swear to christ people will never bother to understand Skyward Swords ending.

Enlighten me. What did he (who shared many of Ganondorf's features) mean when he said this?

Demise is the Morgoth to Ganondorfs Sauron. One is the literal embodiment of evil itself while the other is one who follows in the higher beings footsteps due to malign influence being passed down through war, power, circumstance, desire to rule etc. (ganondorf is originally a desert king, so it’d make sense for him to fit the conqueror archetype to gain resources and naturally slot into Demise’s prophecy).

I agree, but that's a perfect example of "incarnation"

Dorf is a reincarnation of his hate or some shit and being some kind of supernatural demon Black person, thats about the same "reincarnation" as every Link and Zelda gets while still being their own person.
that game might as well be non-canon. but it was actually supposed to be set between Ocarina of Time and Link to the Past and should've been the same Ganon but they rewrote the story very late into development
It has to be at the end of the timeline. The two switch games are very self-contained and putting it at the end of the timeline allows you to excuse the ganondorf BS, the second imprisoning war, all of the nostalgia bait armor being available across Hyrule now, and shit like the main races all existing together well after they shouldn't. It being so fricking far into the future also helps explain the Sheikah tech suddenly being a thing when it never was mentioned before.
I mean the race stuff can easily be ignored as they're inconsistent with them to begin with. BotW Rito are simply not WW Rito. And while BotW and TotK proper are obviously at the far end, it's the flashbacks that are just a mess. Basically, I can't see anyway to reconcile how much older games like OoT are referenced by characters yet when Rauru would have founded his new Hyrule apparently nobody knew about any of this stuff. No Ganondorf, no Master Sword, etc. How could nobody in Rauru's time know that stuff yet characters in BotW casually mention it. The Zora have a written history of the events of OoT, right down to naming Jabu Jabu.
The Secret Stones thing is what gets me. Or the lack of 3 Goddesses. Or no Triforce outside iconography. Yeah.. it's a mess. Unless Zelda being ikesai'd back in time pulled a Back to the Future 2
Skyward sword is dogshit and it being disregarded is a good thing, and in any case, skyward sword already took a massive diarrhea dump on the established lore back when it came out
Memories happens after SS and before every other Zelda game
Weird because > Ganondorf is asleep and another Ganongdorf plays out OOT > Skyloftians for some reason see Zonai creatures as gods insetad of Hylia > Buildings get thrown into the sky, even tho everybody just came from there
Memories happen after the converging of the 3 timelines
Weird because > What happened to the old Hyrule and why was it gone? > Rauru for some reason has the same name as the light sage from OOT > They accidentally built an exact copy of the OOT temple of time
There's no right answer. I prefer the second option, because to me it seems like it can still be explained by filling plot holes with a new game that takes place around the converging of the timelines
>What happened to the old Hyrule and why was it gone?
That's not weird in any way. Places come and go and other places get named the same thing all the time. Especially when you have mythology behind said name that you think fits your circumstances and feel very self important.
No one in existence has ever done that. Totally "weird". >Rauru for some reason has the same name as the light sage from OOT
A lot of characters and places have similar names across the games. Very few few of them are the exact same character. Even Link and Zelda themselves are different characters so I don't know why you seem to have this idea that they're all the same one just because same name.
Totally "weird" that every person named John in existence is not one person, right? >They accidentally built an exact copy of the OOT temple of time
Yes, because no one has ever rebuilt or upkept a thing. All the tourist shit all over Prague not being original is totally weird.
It's not because they're seen as important to upkeep for traditional and monetary reasons. It's just "weird".
There is nothing wrong with the second option except things that only someone lacking an understanding of the world would have. A child's issues, in other words.
My theory is that there was a timeline split at the end of skyward sword, since Demise is killed both in the past and the present in it, BotW and TotK would take place in the timeline in which Demise was killed in the past while the rest of the games would take place in the one in which he was killed in the present
My take is that goat king ruled before even SS. OOT Ganondorf is simply a different Gerudo with the same name and he was the one who became Calamity Ganon.

>DEMISE is killed by Link in the past -> BotW and TotK >IMPRISONED is flattened by Link’s Triforce wish -> Minish Cap
No it doesn’t. >End of Skyward Sword - People in the sky descend to the surface and found the original Hyrule >Some people remain in the sky, and slowly evolve into the Zonai over time >Somehow, no matter the timeline, the original Hyrule falls into ruin >The Zonai come to the surface to restore Hyrule, establishing the new Hyrule (seen in BotW and TotK)
>Nintendo turns a bunch of autistic space goats into the Aryan master race of Hyrule
Due to some dialogue and other details (besides the fact that Nintendo treats botw and totk as part of a soft reboot), the zonais and "muh founders" have nothing to do with the original timeline, in fact, nor they even left no descendants at the end of the battle with Ganondorf.
No. I'm pretty sure the Zonai stuff happens after every other game in the timeline(s) and also before BotW. It would explain why rito and zora are both present in that time. Rauru and Sonia just re-established the kingdom after it fell into disarray or something.
Except it doesn't. The Hyrule in TotK is obviously not the first land settled by Hylians to bear that name. Even in Phantom Hourglass we see a "new" Hyrule being founded.
[...]

It doesn't. SS has time traveling and two outcomes.
One leads to the founding of Hyrule as you expect (OoT and branched timelines) and the other leads to the downfall timeline. BotW and TotK are on that timeline. TotK is both prequel and sequel to ALttP.
How does OoT Ganondorf get the whole Triforce? If he gets it, how does the royal family (Zelda) survive? You can make it fit, but it was always hard to tie it to a losing condition. TotK fits a lot better
Indeed, but thats the least of my concerns, I'm much more pissed about ancient Zelda being a furry and a gairu. Not only that, but her husband being a giant goat from space that looks like fricking Baphomet. Theres more, but this is by far the Zelda with the most satanic and occult symbolism, you just know some very shady people were involved. As a Zelda game it sucks, its more of a Minecraft, Roblox and Skyrim bastard child, last core Zelda game was ironically SS, how fitting it would be the one they shit on the most. I wonder if we'll ever get another core Zelda game.
Ganondorf was one guy until this game. >But FOUR SWORDS
Was a multiplayer spinoff and clearly did not understand how it worked + Dorf had only appeared in two games.
Yes he was >Wind Waker
The same guy as OoT, but took over Hyrule and lost to adult Link >Twilight Princess
The same guy as OoT, but was executed before he could take over Hyrule
That is the end of Ganondorf's appearances until ToTK.
Also de-watermarked to improve quality. Took longer because moronic troony decided to try and jpeg the shit out of the image probably because he thought it'd look more "retro."
Recover his power? This homie is lifting Hyrule Castle up constantly, reviving monsters, projecting himself as Zelda for fun, causing conditions around the kingdom worse than calamity ever did, etc... He could just drop Hyrule Castle and destroy most of the kingdom whenever. Then lift it up and do it again.
This homie is ready from the word go. Mummydorf mocks Link in the opening scene, proving he's already as powerful as he needs to be. So what the literal frick is he waiting for?
Ganondorf let his guard down once and Rauru sealed him away if you recall Mineru's flashback.
"That #pride will be your downfall, Ganondorf!"
He's being extra cautious this time round to not be caught off guard while regaining the power lost over the past 10,000+ years.
I don't care about supposedly retconning SS because SS is shit anyway
What I do care about is the feel of it, the feel/"vibe" of Zelda since SS (and already with TP, to a degree) is somehow off. Somehow everything that's supposed to be magical or divine ends up feeling sterile, mechanical and technological. The Sheikah and Zonai are a very good example of this.
I disagree on TP, it had none of that sterile bullshit. At most only the Twilight realm felt cold because of all the stonework and it's because that place is an inhospitable shithole.
Is it ever explained why they founded Hyrule, or is it just so the plot can happen? Like are the Zonai nearing extinction, so they offer the Hylians goat magic in exchange to use their land and infrastructure as a colony. Something like that.
or is it just that Ruafo was horny for Sonia and stayed on the surface for her? Does he ever display any emotion whatsoever? Cause I'm like halfway through the tear memories and this dude has less emotion than Spock's dad.
Not certain if this is true (just did the main story) but since the Zonai are implied to be extraterrestrial, the comment is that they came to the land of Hyrule to strip mine Zonaite. This created the depths and then almost all of them left afterwards. However, Rauru fell in love with Sonia and decided to stay. He does get emotional at her death.
Yeah basically this. The Zonai were already going extinct up in the clouds for whatever reason, then what few were left (which very well might just be Rauru and Mineru) came down and bred with ancient Hylians. Zelda has Zonai blood in her lineage which is why she has both time and light magic.
mention it in one the rock stones you found in the sky, tdrl, hyrule was founded for 2 reason, bc raru and zonia used their power to purify the land from monsters (the shirnes preven the respawn) and two a way to unite the hylians
I've always thought by Zelda's own logic there should be a Timeline Split from Skyward Sword as well as OOT.
There's one timeline where Link uses the Triforce to destroy Demise, then Girahim creates a new one by going into the past and freeing Demise there, then Link seals him inside the Master Sword, and the whole Ganondorf curse happens. Maybe BOTW takes place in the past one, the triforce never get discovered beyond myth, and Zonai shit happens there, it would explain why some of the TOTK cutscenes mirror OOT and TP in parts.
Skyward Sword is supposed to be a closed loop.
Imprisoned in the past does not have a sealing spike on it, which only appears after Link beats Demise and uses the MS to seal him up.
>completely undermines the only interesting part about it's story, that everyone fricking loses and dies tragically, and instead becomes lame fan servicey fan fic bullshit
Well there’s the small issue of ganondorf still existing under hyrule castle. And link will either be too old or dead within the next 100 years so no one will be able to stand against him.
I don't see how, the only real flaws AoC had were >not enough content >not enough focus on controlling bases
Overall it was far more fun to play than the original.
>people STILL cannot comprehend the idea that a Zelda game isn't directly connected to every other game in the series and a series that constantly reuses names and locations for different iterations would reuse names and locations for a different iteration.
Three Golden Goddesses > Hylia
Next of these sandbox Zeldas need too be about them and the Triforce.
Bad guys should be 6 evil sorcerers/sages trying to get their hands on the whole triforce or just the triforce of power
Agahnim, Vaati, Veren, Yuga, Twinrova, and some butthole with Majora's Mask, just to get the idea out there.
Dark Links. Dark Links everywhere. They can be the new phantom ganons
Six Dungeons the bad guys use as fortresses.
3 Temples that hold the pieces of the Triforce or whatever you need to get the Master Sword or whatever.
>The Light and Demon Dragon are just Zelda and Ganondorf respectively >There's no side adventure where you get to uncover Farosh, Naydra and Dinral's true forms as the three goddesses

Yes, trannies have mental illnesses that compel them to seek attention and stick their usernames all over OC for further attention. Glad you were able to deduce this, Sherlock.
You will never know when or where I post because I don't apply a gay username to all of my posts. If you think anonymous posts are attention-seeking, that's a matter of projection.
Only one of those is really what I'd call a "watermark" and it's a pretty inoffensive one, the rest are just signatures that are deliberately placed so they don't cover the art. Seems pretty autistic to remove them as it just hinders people who want to look up the artist.
>it just hinders people who want to look up the artist.
If their art isn't shit people will find them anyway. Throwing your signature/watermark on random shitposts is attention-seeking behavior only done by histrionic trannies.
>If their art isn't shit people will find them anyway
how are they supposed to do that without knowing their name moron

yeah it's the equivalent of somebody making edits on Ganker or drawing those shitty mspaint comics from back in the late 2000's and putting like your post number on it as a sig. it's just so out of touch with self-awareness of parodying CD-I content

Yeah, I am, I was a Ripper, but all I left was the name of the character/location and the user handle if they wished to credit me for it, regardless if I was credited or not, as long as people used what I ripped, I was content. I was too busy moving onto the next project to worry if people gave me credit or not.

I want her to waste my inferior seed with her heels and feet so bad. All while looking down on me with contempt
I am not gay, but the idea of having Rauru's slick wiener in my mouth, his strong clawed hand caressing the top of my head and feeling him blow a hot load at the back of my throat gives me a boner. Why?
Why didn't they decapitate Ganons corpse? Why the frick did they just keep it under the castle and not attempt to frick him up as much as possible?
Why is ganondorf such an evil Black person in every single game anyway?
But why only the Master Sword?
What the frick makes Ganondorf so goddamn special that only the Master Sword can beat him.
Being a male Gerudo surely isn't a good enough reason.
I genuinely don't remember explanations from the previous games tbh
Because it was the Master Sword that sealed Demise, and Ganon gets his power from Demise sorta kinda. It's the "Sword of Evil's Bane," and therefore the blade strong enough to take him. Of course we know this is BS because you can beat Ganon with other weapons in a lot of games, but you need the Master Sword to "seal the deal." What I always wonder about though is how in LTTP you reforge the sword into the Golden Sword but then that shit never comes up again. I know it's a separate branch of the timeline, but it always made me wonder if they'd revisit that idea of an even stronger Master sword (and not just having to fix it/heal it)
>Zelda will find someone else, Link! She already does like 85% of the time already! When the spirit of the hero creates a lineage of his own, it leads to the creation of true Hylian ubermensch. You shouldn't really expect the kids of the current generation to go through a refresher of the story of all the previous Zelda games, just to understand the story of the latest Zelda game. And it's ultimately those kids that Nintendo are making their current games for, not the Zelda fan who has deluded himself into thinking there is a greater arc connecting all the games.

because it looks more like some sort of high bio-techno-magic implant, also the way it only opens when casting spells and seemingly assisting in said casting somehow
My head canon is blunt tip with slightly tapering shaft. Imagine anthropomorphized caprine penis with some reptilian traits, just like their design in general.
considering the fact that he has human hands and feet (and really, the only animal parts on his body being his head) i'd imagine his penis is also like that of a human's
I thought Toriel generally split people into 3 camps >like her, would frick/waifu >hate her, she's a hypocrite, Asgore did nothing wrong >hate her, but that makes me want to frick her even harder
it did >like her, would frick/waifu
no one played the game or only played the demo >hate her, she's a hypocrite, Asgore did nothing wrong
they beat the game normally >hate her, but that makes me want to frick her even harder
they played newgame plus or saw the fanart
I don't know how they did it but they made Gerudo women even hotter than BOTW. The israeliteelry merchant, Riju, shit even some of the old ladies have that "she's old but you know she'd suck your soul out through your dick" energy.
>Nintendo does say it’s a retconed. >Nintendo has always says it’s another sequel, prequel, or a no timeline.
That’s so far what they done. They never said anything is redcon yet..
Overarching Zelda "lore" does not exist and I lol out loud any time I see a homosexual fanboy have an autism attack because a new Zelda story doesn't line up with an old one. There's a template for Zelda stories, and each game is its own adaptation of that template, nothing more.
This, but unironically. It takes 5 minutes to create a burner gmail account and then use it to create a Twitter account. Use a VPN if you're that scared of datamining
If there’s one thing I regret when I started TOTK, it was blitzing through the Great Sky Island. It’s probably only normal to want to leave the tutorial area, but I wish I spent more time navigating the place while ghost Rauru was still there to see if he appeared in any secluded spots and had something unique to say. Part of that regret probably stems from learning more about his character through the memories and how eager he was to finally meet you after waiting 10,000 years. He held so much belief and faith in someone he never met.
Architecture makes no difference to me, I love these characters because of their personalities and charm points. I just pretend it's POV of her being married to me and I forced her to eat more and get implants
>Standard profile pic (which you see EVERY TIME you approach the robot) has her with bedroom eyes and an overwhelmingly smug expression.
What's Nintendo's endgame here? Will they ever stop corrupting our youth?
I've been curious about this for a while, now that you mention it, because Mineru's dialogue prompt is the only one of the five Sages to use an otherwise totally unknown render over artwork. This is in spite of her official portrait being used in the Purah Pad. Doubt that search will ever go anywhere on the datamining side of things since it'd be unusual to keep the entire screenshotted .png in a game where everybody's only going to see a piece of it and assuming Nintendo rigged anything beyond a profile shot. Maybe we'll see when the Teraleak drops in 2048.
It's not like that pose couldn't be recreated now that the models and their shaders have been fully compiled and simulated.
Nintendo always fell back onto that lame "legends are just the same events retold" excuse, this is just them hammering it into peoples' heads harder than ever before.
I honestly feel like there isn't a single redeeming thing about TOTK's gameplay. Every single discussion thread I see is either loreshit that has nothing to do with the gameplay, or waifushit (https://boards.Ganker.org/v/thread/642655402)
Why does nobody care about the gameplay anymore? Why do people only want movies?
>I guess you didn't see it so it never happened right?
You're not disavowing the posters who spam waifushit (like the thread I linked to) so as far as Im concerned, your post didn't happen.
You want to know how bad it is? Ive been a huuuuuuge zelda gay since the 80s and a huuuuuge lore gay since link to the past, and i still cant force myself to play through this shit game just at the very least to see the lore bits.
Probably because most of us have beaten it by now. We're still pissed, but since we're not actively playing it anymore, there's less of an impulse to complain. But yeah, it's too bad that there weren't many new enemies, all the temples were extremely short, both the sky and depths are extremely repetitive, and the combat mechanics are exactly the same
Hell, you could argue that combat's been even more simplified and dumbed down since the endgame meta boils down to "achieve easy bullet time, then use your 5x Savage Lynel Bows in tandem with eyeballs for faraway targets and Gibdo Guts for targets close enough to chain land multiple crits on."
If a game is bad people talk about waifus. If a game is good then it gets endless hate campaigns against it and anytime its discussed genuinely its about gameplay. Overwatch, Genshin, the FF7 remake (or most remakes in general) and most Mario or TLOZ games? Waifugayging all day.
I just finished the game today. It was fun.. Samurai Ganondorf was an nice final test of the combat, and the demon dragon was a better set piece ending than pig Ganon. Its a shame Beneath Hyrule Castle wasn't a full dungeon.
Overall the game was very strange. In a lot of ways it felt less polished than Breath of the Wild (the weapon fusion mechanics, the sages particular the mech, most things you build with the ultrahand, the story in general). I don't know how they managed to spend 12 years on this and end up feeling like a first draft. Whatever, it was good. Solid 8.8/10.
But I'm not doing in the fight. If I suppopsedly "did it wrong" I should be dead on the spot. Why is Draganon incapable of hitting me, let alone killing me? What kind of poor final boss is this?
Eh. I agree it's not as good as OoT/WW, but it has the benefit that it ties the sky/diving and Light Dragon into the gameplay. A good ending brings together and pays off all the major parts of a game.
>but it has the benefit that it ties the sky/diving and Light Dragon into the gameplay
Except it doesn't. It's a glorified movie where you're almost incapable of dying. In a VIDEO GAME, what's even the point of playing it if there's no risk?
>dive past missiles to hit the weak points >not gameplay
Look, the gameplay is flawed (if you dive past all the missiles they don't track you) but to pretend there's no gameplay is just wrong.
Just because you can walk forward in TLOU and advance down a hallway, doesn't make it gameplay. It's a glorified loading screen masquerading as gameplay. Maybe in the vaguest sense you could call it that, since you're TECHNICALLY pressing a button, but is that a level you want to sink to?
Right, you're either trolling or you haven't played the game (or both). If you just push forward you fly straight into the attacks.
This webm
I hate movie games, so a fight like this is boring to me.
flew far off to the side to avoid them anyway. Is it a problem that you can break the fight by going to the side and coming in at an angle? Yes. It doesn't make it a movie game. You can sit outside the arena and shoot bosses in demon's souls but it doesn't make it a movie.
Then it doesn't need a cutscene to tell you that you had fun. That's an extrinsic reward, which goes against TOTK's design philosophy. It'd be like getting an actual reward for collecting all 1000 koroks. You've missed the point.
>Why does the idea of a timeline make people seethe so hard nowadays?
Because the 'connections' between all these games (barring sequels) are adequately explained by the title itself: The LEGEND of Zelda
Cognitive dissonance. Before BotW the timeline was easy to follow if a bit contrived in some places (like FSA's placement). Now it seems like Zelda is going to start becoming more like Final Fantasy where every other game is set in a totally new continuity.
Zelda fans want to believe their series has deep complex lore but they also want to fully embrace whatever Nintendo puts out. With TotK being completely incompatible with the old timeline, they now have to say "the timeline doesn't matter, stop using your brain reeeee" whenever talking about post-BotW games. But if they're talking about pre-BotW games, suddenly the timeline matters again.
It's because botw/totk gays haven't played other zelda games and because of that feel left out when talking about the timeline, they dont care about lore they only care about bing bing woohoo
>Rauru and Sonia and some extra generations with Hylian gave us a “Zelda”. >Mineru and some one who did the indeed gave us “Link”, who either slept or time travel to the future. >All with Sheikah all being Sci-Fi with Mechas and motorbikes.
That’s the only way that I think it happen.
So why the frick did the Hylians just up and forget how to make stuff like the Zonai cars and lasers and live in shitty wooden houses and ride horses like it's 1300AD? Some technology is so good it's never going to go away, even real-world shitholes like Africa still have Guns, Smartphones and Cars in regular use because they're THAT good.
Apparently not, Link and a select few characters like Midna or Impa are pretty much the only semi-competent characters in the entire series, everybody is either inconsequential or unbelievably moronic. Especially Rauru, how the frick did he fail against Ganondorf when he had actual divine intervention come to the past and tell him how to not fail? What an butthole, his pride in thinking he was right fricked over the kingdom for thousands of years.
Nta, but he's essentially saying their society has progressed countless eons past what they "believed" was a technologically illiterate past only to one day discover something made thousands of years ago but with a mechanical foundation and properties similar to that of a rudimentary piece of modern tech, essentially proving their ancient ancestors were far more advanced than previously thought, if only less sophisticated.
tldr somehow the Greeks invented an analogue computer that was centuries ahead of the technology of that era. Only one was found and there are no records of the ancient Greeks being this advanced.
Exactly, shouldn't that stuff be MORE in use by the Hylians than less? Like even with just people running around we sure as hell need guns as technology. Being that Hyrule has at best human-sized goblins and flammable slimes to deal with along with other humans (Yiga) and at worst shit like the Hinoxes that can easily rip apart trees or the Lynels that are absurdly strong you would think every Hylian would be equipped to the brim with armaments. In fact Ganon himself barely needs to do dick all considering fricking GIBDOS are what paralyzed the Gerudo. If shit like a few dozen basic bokoblins wrecked Lurelin village completely imagine what 3-4 enemy camp could do if they were corralled together. Shit makes no sense.
Did you miss the part where they WERE armed to the teeth with hyper advanced technology and weapons, only for Calamity Ganon to kick the entire kingdom back to the bronze age?
Technology can conceivably be lost in the span of tens of thousands of years. The advancements of the last few centuries have barely begun to be put to that kind of test.
>even real-world shitholes like Africa still have Guns, Smartphones and Cars in regular use because they're THAT good.
And they know how to make absolutely none of it. If we disappeared tomorrow, all they would have are hunks of steel waiting to rust into oblivion. How many people do you think actually know how to create a CPU? How many tools that were needed to build the tools that were etc until making the tools used in production of current technology have been lost in the last 70 years, simply because the precursors were no longer needed or profitable? Even the level of blacksmithing needed to produce a steam engine circa 1900 is effectively gone, how many people today do you think you could find that have enough smithing expertise to even attempt re-engineering the techniques required?
>3 goddesses come and make world >either they make Hylia or the first people wish her into existence with the Triforce seeking knowledge and wisdom to guide them after the goddesses piss off into the unknown >some people dont like obeying this new b***h, piss off and become dark magician tribe >Zonai are one of the races allied with Hylia building robots and shit, Sheikah are goddesses secret police >dark tribe steals Triforce and makes with for power to fight back, get their own god in form of Demise the goddess killer >big ass war between sides >at some point Zonai say frick this war and piss off high into the sky till it blows over >at some point another wish is made on Triforce to end the war and the OG Hero is formed >Demise gets fricked and sealed, Hylia sacrifices self or whatever to have herself and the hero reincarnated or they just are because they are supernatural beings made from Triforce. Agrees with Zonai and uses last of power to also frick off into the sky, Sheikah guard the world below and adopt Zonai tech over centuries >Skyward sword happens >everyone returns down to earth >Zonai also come back down at some point and help form Hyrule >first incarnation of Demise's spite takes form in some desert Black person samurai who gets sealed beneath the ground >long ass time later another incarnation of demon frickers spite comes riding out of the desert until he also gets sealed, this time in sacred realm >Four Swords Adventure it happens again >super frick all ass long time later the first incarnation breaks free in a way like awakening Zelda 2 sleeping zelda b***h
I love how timelinetards have to create some convoluted explanation in order to make TOTK Hyrule founding work after SS.
The truth of the matter is that BOTW and TOTK are obvious reboots of the series. Because if they'r enot, then that literally means multiple Ganondorfs existed simultaneously, sometimes only physically separated from eachother by a few hundred meters whenever the 2nd Ganondorf was in Hyrule Castle.
Seriously, just get it in your thick skulls that BOTW and TOTK are reboots.
>then that literally means multiple Ganondorfs existed simultaneously
1. A Ganondorf in TotK was born after SS.
2. A Ganondorf in OoT is born somewhat before OoT.
3. A Ganondorf in FSA is born somewhat before FSA, before he got the Trident of Darkness and because a Ganon.
I ain't buying this game.
Can someone explain what the hell happens with the story? What I got from this thread is there's two ganons, and zelda fricks a goat.
There's a cute girl of indeterminate morphology with vague traits of many animals such as goats, rabbits, and foxes, who has a hot voice. That's pretty much the only important part and you can stop reading there. To continue, her brother is fricking Zelda's ancestor. You get to ride around on penis robots of your own design, or stick two magic box fans on a plank of wood when you're done messing around and want to fly to your next destination.
Since timelines don't mean mean shit with this series anymore, I choose to headcanon that the Hylian royal family are descendants of Rauru. Meanwhile the Sheikah are descendants of Mineru, who tasked themselves with the support and protection of their cousin lineage, and were the keepers of what remained of zonai technology.
It’s a fictional video game. Get over it.
People get more upset over some video game canon being out of order more than bureaucrats erasing their actual history
>The three goddess came from the sky >The Hylians came from the sky >The minish came from the sky >The goat people came from the sky
Is the sky basically "the wizard did" of this universe?
I mean, it's not really that different than our own universe. from worship of celestial bodies, to deities and angels that live "above" us, to those in the modern age who think humanity has its origins in extraterrestrial life. It's common for humanity, when unable to find explanations for their surroundings in the world around them, to attribute them from being not of this world.
how come no one ever brings up the fact that Rauru is actually seen in OoT and he isnt a fricking goat man? this is the clearest fricking evidence that there is no fricking timeline, nintendo doesnt care, and people who argue about it otherwise are moronic.
In Ocarina of Time Rauru exists and is seen in cutscenes. he is stated to be the founder of hyrule. he is a hylian male with a white beard. not a goat man.
timeline autists have to come up with hundreds of bullshit excuses to get their moron theories to work when the simplest explanation is that literally is no timeline at all. you people are delusional
Normal people play the games or they buy them for their children (yes anyone who played Oot as a kid should have kids by now) and move on. moronic autists with nothing else going for them in their lives delve into the “lore” of crap like Zelda or Fromsoftware. Genetic deadends who aren't even worth fussing over.
The Link, Zelda, and Ganon are NOT the same people throughout all of the games, but reincarnations of the same aspect of the Legend of Zelda. Rauru has reincarnated into many forms throughout history. What do you think Kaepora Gaebora was?
Ganon is supposed to be the same person across all games except for four swords adventure which suffered from a rewrite making him a reincarnation in that game
>No visible children >No mention of children >If they exist Rauru didn't even let them go to their little tea party in that one memory >Both of them die >Zelda has no physical traces of Zonai heritage and is pale white
How is she from their bloodline again?
>It's taken this long for Zelda fans to realize Nintendo doesn't give a frick about the timeline >Not when Wind Waker and TP were clearly contradictory >Not when the first official one released and there were glaring errors like them not realizing Oracles Link is different to LttP/LA Link >Not when the first one released and they had to split the timeline three fricking ways to explain the plotholes between games and it still barely comes together
Zelda was never meant to have an overarching timeline.
The only timelines that exist are direct sequels.
>Oracles Link is different to LttP/LA Link
This one swapped like twice. >>Not when Wind Waker and TP were clearly contradictory
Only WW, and it's because Aonuma doesn't give a frick about OoT.
>Not when Wind Waker and TP were clearly contradictory
developer interviews from the time these games came out confirms that these games were both sequels to Ocarina of Time with Wind Waker being set after adult link kills ganon and Twilight Princess being set after link goes back in time and prevents ganon from taking over. that is 2 branching timelines >Not when the first official one released and there were glaring errors like them not realizing Oracles Link is different to LttP/LA Link
it's like whoever made the timeline didn't even play those games. zelda clearly does not recognise link in those games which means it can not be the same link as Link to the Past. perhaps the dialogue is different in the Japanese version? not sure >Not when the first one released and they had to split the timeline three fricking ways to explain the plotholes between games and it still barely comes together
the downfall timeline is just moronic and it's clear that it was never intended. every game can fit in 2 timelines if it wasn't for Twilight Princess
If these goat fricks actually do become a big part of the lore and creation myth of the series from now on I'm done with it till they reboot it again and leave all the BOTW shit in the trash where it belongs.
why are so many morons arguing that this disintegration of lore and coherent story is a GOOD thing? are they so mindbroken and deep in the maze like the consumer rats they are?
how can you say that continuity does not matter?
how can you care so little for a franchise you supposedly love so much?
is this the endgame of the new consumer human with no real care except for the goldfish memory of the one second of what it sees infont of it?
Why not have a fricking AI make the rest of ALL established sequels and new games now? it will give you so much to CONSOOOOM and you will be happy
For the record i enjoy new developments in lore, if they are done in ways that FITS THE SETTING
>first season of show takes is good >second season takes place 1k years after the first season, making fundamental changes in the entire plot due to "new" developments that has no reason to exist save for the whims of some homosexual with connections with the writers
>Gerudo had a proper region with multiple villages back in Rauru's time >Ganondorf for some reason razed his own country >in a million trillion years the best they have ever managed to rebuild is one hut next to an oasis 50 metres off of the capital
All we know of the current Link's lineage is that he's from a family tree full of respected knights, and basically got assigned his spot as a royal guard through nepotism before anyone even knew he was "the chosen one" who could wield the master sword
well rauru and sonia died and we don't see them have any children, you can decide whether they had children off screen or not and if they did whether or not those children/decedents actually kept their monarchy or were replaced by another pure hylian monarchy
>Sonia and Rauru point out Zelda has Hylia's light power and time magic like they do and that's enough for them to believe she's their blood. >but because the game didn't show their child that means there was a pure hylian revolution and the goddesses were like "oh okay" and copypasted all the powers to that bloodline instead >What do you mean that wasn't shown on screen either? That's clearly much more logical than the answer the game spells out for you.
He looks like he fricks Hylian women
such is the nature of things
De-watermarked to make it not shit
Good job. Can't have humanity turn into clout-whoring.
His mouth looks sexier ingame.
Yeah, the ugly ones
*enjoys Hylian wiener
He was pretty pissed off about that, wasn't he?
society has fallen
He was so impressed he kneeled
how is it a retcon
It shits on the founding of Hyrule story established by Skyward Sword.
>MM being a direct sequel to OOT
>Wind Waker referencing a previous incarnation of Link never appearing which caused Hyrule to end up flooded, while also featuring a tradition wherein boys where the green clothes the hero wore.
In reality it really seems like what they're implying is that there is really only one timeline and some of the games are based on stories people tell in that timeline.
you want to know the funniest part? Kirby has more consistent lore then Zelda, hell it even did the whole ancient magic tech thing better too.
I've only played like 2 kirby games (canvas curse and Forgotten Land). What should I play next? I really liked Forgotten Land.
depends on what your in the mood for, I would highly suggest playing them in release order but really there's no wrong choice
Planet Robobot is really fun and will serve as a nice segue between Forgotten Land and more traditional 2D kirby.
If you have any bros to bro out with, Epic Yarn is an unironically fantastic co-op game
Triple Deluxe is the best kirby game.
that's not super star
>There is no 1000 years jump between entries
Kumazaki is just that good.
This, LOL. It doesn't even have an official timeline either
it sort of does but for the most part you are correct (like the dark matter trilogy but it's safe to say most of the games take place in release order save for Kirby clash deluxe which takes place after RTDL deluxe's magolor epilogue)
That's mainly because of Kumazakis guided autism actually trying to pick up all the threads of previous games and weaving them into his games each time he tries to come up with something new. The result is that instead of further complicating the lore, it ends up being unified instead
True. Be entertained but let it stop there
Boswer canonically remembers Super Mario Bros. Though.
>The time between every game release is canonically part of the timeline
Congratulations on trying to sound smart and coming out as the biggest moronic that ever posted on this board
there is no evidence that the hyrule we see in botw/totk is the exact same hyrule from ss.
>It's a different timeline/universe!
This is the laziest crutch ever.
Sooo... like the timeline split ik OOT? Is this a case of "it's ok when OoT does it"?
the Zelda timeline does not matter. it didn't matter when OoT came out, it didn't matter when they cobbled it together for Hyrule Historia, and it doesn't matter now
it's not a different timeline, it's extremely far in the future after hyrule collapsed and is then refounded
>Hyrule kingdom falls into ruin sometime before the Great Calalmity
>space goats come down from the realm of the gods
>work with surviving patches of hylians to re-establish the kingdom
It's a different timeline.
False, the master Sowrd (Fi) actually speaks to Zelda in ToTK, so we know fore sure the events of SS happened
Not sure how the zonai desceding and found Hyrule as a kingdom retcons SS
The only problem with TotK is that there is now two Imprisoning Wars (that's not that bothersome, you can say the first or the second war to diferentiate them), and two Ganondorfs alive at the same time (That's the real problem).
>two Gannondorfs
Kinda like two Zelda’s in Zelda II haha
Whack
what i (a zelda lorelet) don't understand is why ganon and ganondorf coexist. if dorf was underground during botw then why was ganon there? doesn't dorf turn into ganon? i never played skyward sword so idk any of this
the answer is the lore never mattered and is just window dressing to give the games an epic feel
Before TOTK the assumption was just that Calamity Ganon is the product of millenias of ressurection culminating to become a force of nature
If i wanted to make sense of it i'd call TOTK Ganondorf the origin of "evil" which fed this cycle, like smoke coming out of a burning chasm
Twinrova reincarnated :^)
>Twinrova reincarnated
Probably. I mean, they visibly die in OoT but show up again in Oracles.
It works much better if Rauru's era was before even SS
Every single Zelda game being connected in a web of multiple timelines was always a bad idea.
Yeah Zelda II really fricked everything
To be fair, no one in MCs time knows of the Sword either
That's why it's at the end
Yes the only explanation for Ganon is that OoT Ganondorf is some kind of copy derived from the "original" Ganondorf that was sealed in the depths all along, as in he was just some random Gerudo male that inherited his will.
And yes it really undermines the character.
Still have not finished it, but Four Swords Adventures kinda already established another Ganondorf after OoT one.
I think as easy fix would be:
>Dark Tribe in cahoots with Gerudo(personal head canon is that as an all female race of physically superior warrior women they started out as some kind of chosen people of the goddesses)
>both factions at odds with the "false deity" they refuse to acknowledge as successor to the 3 deities, that being Hylia.
>at war with Hylia and her worshipers(original Hylians, Sheikah, the sky people from totk who built all the robots and shit)
>Dark Tribe/Gerudo get ahold of the Triforce, wish for the POWER to stand up against the goddesses armies
>through a type of demonic conception, a Gerudo woman becomes pregnant with whom shall be born as their chosen one, this being Demise.
>OR, TOTK Ganondorf is the first of many reincarnations of Demise's eternal spite, reborn/transferring power into a new reborn form born from the Gerudo, like a curse every 100 years put on the tribe who betrayed Hylia
>OoT Ganondorf is just another part of this lineage, as is the one in Four Sword Adventures.
The calamity, Botw and ToTk are thousands of years apart, no other games happened in the meantime
There is no timeline. Touch grass.
I don't wanna. I wanna have fun speculating about meaningless bullshit.
Hyrule wasn't founded in SS but that's irrelevant because the past of TotK takes place at the end of the timeline anyway.
They don't found Hyrule in SS
>no place has ever reused a name
moron. There is no retcon here whatsoever.
Skyward sword is dogshit and it being disregarded is a good thing, and in any case, skyward sword already took a massive diarrhea dump on the established lore back when it came out
Here are the options:
Memories happens after SS and before every other Zelda game
Weird because
> Ganondorf is asleep and another Ganongdorf plays out OOT
> Skyloftians for some reason see Zonai creatures as gods insetad of Hylia
> Buildings get thrown into the sky, even tho everybody just came from there
Memories happen after the converging of the 3 timelines
Weird because
> What happened to the old Hyrule and why was it gone?
> Rauru for some reason has the same name as the light sage from OOT
> They accidentally built an exact copy of the OOT temple of time
There's no right answer.
Her ankle looks swollen
Doesen't Gangnamdorf reincarnates same way Zelda and Link?
Not as far as I can remember. He either escapes the dark realm or is resurrected by black magic
Who gives a frick?
Who cares, homie?
>DEMISE is killed by Link in the past -> BotW and TotK
>IMPRISONED is flattened by Link’s Triforce wish -> Minish Cap
Skyward Sword itself has time travel and thus two timelines bud
You guys sound like 6 year olds when you say shit like this.
What six year olds are you taking to?
No it doesn’t.
>End of Skyward Sword - People in the sky descend to the surface and found the original Hyrule
>Some people remain in the sky, and slowly evolve into the Zonai over time
>Somehow, no matter the timeline, the original Hyrule falls into ruin
>The Zonai come to the surface to restore Hyrule, establishing the new Hyrule (seen in BotW and TotK)
Due to some dialogue and other details (besides the fact that Nintendo treats botw and totk as part of a soft reboot), the zonais and "muh founders" have nothing to do with the original timeline, in fact, nor they even left no descendants at the end of the battle with Ganondorf.
So basically, an Inevitable Timeline. That sounds like Destiny or something that makes it sounds like it will ruin creativity.
nice reddit filename
No. I'm pretty sure the Zonai stuff happens after every other game in the timeline(s) and also before BotW. It would explain why rito and zora are both present in that time. Rauru and Sonia just re-established the kingdom after it fell into disarray or something.
Zelda started with Breath of the Wild
anon you would be shocked to see just how often nintendo gapes its anus to shit all over an established story in the name of making money.
look no further than this
Except it doesn't. The Hyrule in TotK is obviously not the first land settled by Hylians to bear that name. Even in Phantom Hourglass we see a "new" Hyrule being founded.
>timelinegays
Good.
It doesn't. SS has time traveling and two outcomes.
One leads to the founding of Hyrule as you expect (OoT and branched timelines) and the other leads to the downfall timeline. BotW and TotK are on that timeline. TotK is both prequel and sequel to ALttP.
>and the other leads to the downfall timeline
That is bullshit, OoT Link failing is the downfall timeline.
How does OoT Ganondorf get the whole Triforce? If he gets it, how does the royal family (Zelda) survive? You can make it fit, but it was always hard to tie it to a losing condition. TotK fits a lot better
There were no space goats in aLttP
Link's uncle was going to tell him about them, but then he died.
>Link there's some slammin hot goat goddess pussy that created everything
Oh noes not the heckin skyswa.
Since when has the story mattered in a Zelda game?
Good, frick Skyward Sword.
Nowhere to be seen in Skyward Sword despite also hailing from the same region.
>how is retroactive continuity a retroactive continuity ?
so how is it a retcon
unless you remember those goat people in previous games, it definitely is a retcon
Nope it takes place in the future. Xtroons aren't sending their best these days
Ganondorf was one guy until this game.
>But FOUR SWORDS
Was a multiplayer spinoff and clearly did not understand how it worked + Dorf had only appeared in two games.
No he wasn't
Yes he was
>Wind Waker
The same guy as OoT, but took over Hyrule and lost to adult Link
>Twilight Princess
The same guy as OoT, but was executed before he could take over Hyrule
That is the end of Ganondorf's appearances until ToTK.
it doesnt, because there isnt really any continuity, just similarities and references so it can be called a franchise.
>Nintendo turns a bunch of autistic space goats into the Aryan master race of Hyrule
And they also made Goatse shrines
>made over 200 shrines to constantly remind everyone everywhere that there Queen was GOATED
>shrines were each a place they fricked
Cool if true
rabbits*
Erotic weasel anthro proportions
He has an harem of human men to frick him
nintendo have never given a shit about zelda lore, why should you?
If they didn't care about the story and lore why did they write it for every single fricking game.
Age of Calamity sequel with playable Rauru, Sonia, Mineru, Ganondorf, and Tulin when?
what retcon
>There is no time, your arm is enough
>what are all those hands?
These are the crop circles of old... you must flashback on each!
Also de-watermarked to improve quality. Took longer because moronic troony decided to try and jpeg the shit out of the image probably because he thought it'd look more "retro."
>improve quality
>can see the seam from your selection still
>muh timeline
HAHAHAHA homosexual.
The fact Zelda is descended from a canon monsterfricker canonizes all bokoblin rule34
moron
here comes the cuckhold!
I self insert as the bokoblin [I am not white]
we can tell
SEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEX
What the frick is Ganondorf doing while Link is wandering Hyrule during TotK?
Being a mummy
Doesn't he wake up at the beginning?
Yes, as a mummy
Dressing up as Zelda and getting fricked by horny Bokoblins in order to ruin her reputation.
Hiding himself in the depths to recover his power and remotely creating monsters and the Zelda puppet to frick with the kingdom and slow Link down
Recover his power?
He's being extra cautious this time round to not be caught off guard while regaining the power lost over the past 10,000+ years.
how much of an absolute fricking loser do you have to be to care about zelda lore or continuity?
You are on a board filled with autists, what did you expect?
I don't care about supposedly retconning SS because SS is shit anyway
What I do care about is the feel of it, the feel/"vibe" of Zelda since SS (and already with TP, to a degree) is somehow off. Somehow everything that's supposed to be magical or divine ends up feeling sterile, mechanical and technological. The Sheikah and Zonai are a very good example of this.
technology would be indistiguishable from magic in a feudal-style setting like zelda anyway.
I disagree on TP, it had none of that sterile bullshit. At most only the Twilight realm felt cold because of all the stonework and it's because that place is an inhospitable shithole.
Big goofy goat ears!
do they enjoy ear rubs?
I want to nibble them
why does everyone want to chew on rauru
Miyamoto was right. This is gay.
Imagine proving Miyamoto right.
Yes, Dorf LARPing as Zelda was somehow gayer than him possessing her in TP.
I thought the implication was that they were breed into extinction like the neanderthals
Yeah basically this. The Zonai were already going extinct up in the clouds for whatever reason, then what few were left (which very well might just be Rauru and Mineru) came down and bred with ancient Hylians. Zelda has Zonai blood in her lineage which is why she has both time and light magic.
mention it in one the rock stones you found in the sky, tdrl, hyrule was founded for 2 reason, bc raru and zonia used their power to purify the land from monsters (the shirnes preven the respawn) and two a way to unite the hylians
>the "Nintendo doesn't give a frick about making LoZ games fit in the timeline"CHADS win again
feels good, bros
Is warlock punch canon now?
He warlock punched Sonia's womb that's for sure
I've always thought by Zelda's own logic there should be a Timeline Split from Skyward Sword as well as OOT.
There's one timeline where Link uses the Triforce to destroy Demise, then Girahim creates a new one by going into the past and freeing Demise there, then Link seals him inside the Master Sword, and the whole Ganondorf curse happens. Maybe BOTW takes place in the past one, the triforce never get discovered beyond myth, and Zonai shit happens there, it would explain why some of the TOTK cutscenes mirror OOT and TP in parts.
I swear lore autists WANT the Zelda timeline to be as convoluted as possible
Skyward Sword is supposed to be a closed loop.
Imprisoned in the past does not have a sealing spike on it, which only appears after Link beats Demise and uses the MS to seal him up.
I liked Age of Calamity's story more than TotK, at least it wasn't told entirely through fricking flashbacks.
>completely undermines the only interesting part about it's story, that everyone fricking loses and dies tragically, and instead becomes lame fan servicey fan fic bullshit
Yeah, we didn't even get any Riju x Urbosa art out of it!
Don't care, it's just a different timeline. The original doesn't stop existing and anyways I'm not comparing it to BotW but TotK.
lol I keep forgetting what an absolute pear on-model BOTW Zelda is
not canon and it was trash
Well there’s the small issue of ganondorf still existing under hyrule castle. And link will either be too old or dead within the next 100 years so no one will be able to stand against him.
something tells me they will do a sequel to AOC to address this, and it will be the worst selling title of the Hyrule Warriors series
I don't see how, the only real flaws AoC had were
>not enough content
>not enough focus on controlling bases
Overall it was far more fun to play than the original.
nono, i also liked AOC. I said that because i don't know what they could do to make the sequel that different from the first game
Still insane how much AoC sold for a musou.
>people STILL cannot comprehend the idea that a Zelda game isn't directly connected to every other game in the series and a series that constantly reuses names and locations for different iterations would reuse names and locations for a different iteration.
>Rauru when he sees a chance to fondle Ganondorf's pecs
>Rauru mere moments before giving Ganondorf's family israeliteels the world's longest slap
Frick Hylia, bring back Farore, Nayru and Din.
Especially Din
>The Light and Demon Dragon are just Zelda and Ganondorf respectively
>There's no side adventure where you get to uncover Farosh, Naydra and Dinral's true forms as the three goddesses
Removed the troony watermark, much better image now
mental illness
Yes, trannies have mental illnesses that compel them to seek attention and stick their usernames all over OC for further attention. Glad you were able to deduce this, Sherlock.
unlike you, that seek attention by removing watermarks that only you care about
You will never know when or where I post because I don't apply a gay username to all of my posts. If you think anonymous posts are attention-seeking, that's a matter of projection.
troony tyrant. You will lose the coming Civil War.
>seek attention by removing watermarks
how does anon get attention if he doesnt leave any sort of identification behind?
Only one of those is really what I'd call a "watermark" and it's a pretty inoffensive one, the rest are just signatures that are deliberately placed so they don't cover the art. Seems pretty autistic to remove them as it just hinders people who want to look up the artist.
>it just hinders people who want to look up the artist.
If their art isn't shit people will find them anyway. Throwing your signature/watermark on random shitposts is attention-seeking behavior only done by histrionic trannies.
>If their art isn't shit people will find them anyway
how are they supposed to do that without knowing their name moron
Redrawing the cdi scenes is not a style you need recognition for. It should just be a funny image.
yeah it's the equivalent of somebody making edits on Ganker or drawing those shitty mspaint comics from back in the late 2000's and putting like your post number on it as a sig. it's just so out of touch with self-awareness of parodying CD-I content
Is anyone old enough to remember all the ass pained fricking morons who would demand credit for sprite sheet rips?
Yeah, I am, I was a Ripper, but all I left was the name of the character/location and the user handle if they wished to credit me for it, regardless if I was credited or not, as long as people used what I ripped, I was content. I was too busy moving onto the next project to worry if people gave me credit or not.
>demand credit for sprite sheet rips
That was in all vectors of the internet. Game mods, mmd models, everyone wants credit for their work. And its all subject to their creators throwing tantrums and pulling their work from the internet forever
Very naisu.
flat but erotic
Flat cougars finessing younger men over the bottle has been key to many a patrician fantasy.
custom outfits already? oh yeah!
>Squishes your wiener between the heel of her foot and the insole of the high heel
Thanks for putting me in my place, goat God mom!
It's all quiet on the southern front until she's got her legs pulled up on the barstool stretcher and kicked a heel half off. Don't look now, but you might be sober enough to capture the subtle, tasteful flattening of the fur below her ankle.
I don’t understand. There is at least
>One Sheika
>Two Hylian
>Two Gerudo (One literally cooks for you)
>Three Gerudo that are shy with you.
And you guys want the literally Rabbit, that does IS DEAD, just like Mipha.
The inherent magnetism and copulatory compatibility between Zonai females and human males cannot be understated.
Ghost blowjob?
>I showed you my secret stone answer me
Secret stone?
Demon King?
I want her to waste my inferior seed with her heels and feet so bad. All while looking down on me with contempt
I am not gay, but the idea of having Rauru's slick wiener in my mouth, his strong clawed hand caressing the top of my head and feeling him blow a hot load at the back of my throat gives me a boner. Why?
>I am not gay, but [incredibly homosexual fantasy] gives me a boner. Why?
You're gay.
Anon, you’re gonna wanna sit down for this one…
Why didn't they decapitate Ganons corpse? Why the frick did they just keep it under the castle and not attempt to frick him up as much as possible?
Why is ganondorf such an evil Black person in every single game anyway?
The only thing capable of doing it was the Master Sword, but it was broken and couldn't at the moment.
I know it's a separate branch of the timeline, but it always made me wonder if they'd revisit that idea of an even stronger Master sword (and not just having to fix it/heal it)
The reforged master sword is the same as a master sword fused with something in TotK, its physically stronger but magically the same
>"Link, it's up to you to save the Zonai race, marry and breed my sister Mineru and together you will create the Hylian/Zonai hybrid gigachad race
>Zelda will find someone else, Link! She already does like 85% of the time already! When the spirit of the hero creates a lineage of his own, it leads to the creation of true Hylian ubermensch. I've seen it happen once across the ages and it was glorious! As your ancient king and soveriegn, I ORDER YOU TO SEED MY SISTER THIS FRICKING INSTANT!
>I ORDER YOU TO SEED MY SISTER
But first he must Chuck her
Well, look at Mr. Cityslicker with his fancy Zonai waifu
I found this goat waifu in an old underground factory
>retcon
Rauru and Sonia don't seem to know about the master sword, which is odd.
Just finished it
>Turns your dragon girlfriend back in to a human
>Takes back his magic arm
>While you're falling through the sky
>And you're both unconscious
Unironically, what the frick was his problem?
Yeah why did he leave Link and Zelda to fricking die?
remember
Dark times. Thankfully Link doesn’t worship a israelite on a stick anymore.
Piss off reddit
What do you mean? He's been proactively purging heretics across Hyrule.
So fricked up how Rauru just dangles his feet literal inches from Link's face before you take a wing to the Temple of Time.

so whats the deal with their 3rd eye?
is it biological in nature?
because it looks more like some sort of high bio-techno-magic implant, also the way it only opens when casting spells and seemingly assisting in said casting somehow
It's probably zonai tech that you see in BoTW. Kinda like the shiekah slate but an implant like you said.
>so whats the deal with their 3rd eye?
Can look directly at you when sucking.

So does a goat knot? Is it like a pig? Tell me more about goat wiener and how it would pleasure Zeldas pussy
No, it's thin but long, with a very slight s-curved shape and only a subtle tip.
>t. dairy/show goat breeder
Where are the drawgays with the skill to make this for Lost Gorondia?
I wonder what's for DINNER
What is it with game devs and goats?
They have the GOAT throats
Toriel was a nice npc so we liked her. The two zonai aren't as direct because they're dead but they are nice later on
I thought Toriel generally split people into 3 camps
>like her, would frick/waifu
>hate her, she's a hypocrite, Asgore did nothing wrong
>hate her, but that makes me want to frick her even harder
it did
>like her, would frick/waifu

>hate her, she's a hypocrite, Asgore did nothing wrong
they beat the game normally
>hate her, but that makes me want to frick her even harder
they played newgame plus or saw the fanart

Mineru and Rauru are BUNNY RABBITS.
Excuse me, the Zonai are obviously llama-dragons.

Nerds
God the israeliteelry merchant was absolute sex. I love Gerudo women so much
I don't know how they did it but they made Gerudo women even hotter than BOTW. The israeliteelry merchant, Riju, shit even some of the old ladies have that "she's old but you know she'd suck your soul out through your dick" energy.
Where is my baby girl Nat?
>series that's always retconning itself, retcons yet again
no way
>Nintendo does say it’s a retconed.
>Nintendo has always says it’s another sequel, prequel, or a no timeline.
That’s so far what they done. They never said anything is redcon yet..
How often did Rauru throw Sonia's back out?
>After you SWAB all the THROATS in Hyrule, then we can talk about mercy! Take him away!
anon we literally have a white protagonist beating the demon king, a brown big nose man from the desert
Overarching Zelda "lore" does not exist and I lol out loud any time I see a homosexual fanboy have an autism attack because a new Zelda story doesn't line up with an old one. There's a template for Zelda stories, and each game is its own adaptation of that template, nothing more.
i understand not caring about it, but pretending it doesn't exist is really strange
Then I guess Nintendo themselves are pretty strange themselves
"The first founding of hyrule" was for THIS Hyrule, the one that's 10,000 years in the future past every Zelda game, how is that hard to grasp?
Where are you frickers even getting all these Mineru pics? If you say twitter I’m gonna lose it.

Zonai nut milk
If you wanna post big tiddy Zelda girls then by all means do it, but Mineru is a small tiddy Zelda girl please respect her proportions.
i would be upset but i dint like how wide her shoulders and short her calves are of the official model.
agreed. i prefer on-model when there's something already BIG enough to adhere to (like a female character's breasts and/or tummy )

This, but unironically. It takes 5 minutes to create a burner gmail account and then use it to create a Twitter account. Use a VPN if you're that scared of datamining
Zelda lore is gay anyway
Much prefer the games being their own thing
If there’s one thing I regret when I started TOTK, it was blitzing through the Great Sky Island. It’s probably only normal to want to leave the tutorial area, but I wish I spent more time navigating the place while ghost Rauru was still there to see if he appeared in any secluded spots and had something unique to say. Part of that regret probably stems from learning more about his character through the memories and how eager he was to finally meet you after waiting 10,000 years. He held so much belief and faith in someone he never met.
Zelda! Zelda cute!
Architecture makes no difference to me, I love these characters because of their personalities and charm points. I just pretend it's POV of her being married to me and I forced her to eat more and get implants
he was my favorite character in wand of shamamalon
i haven't played totk, but the goat people are the only thing that is interesting to me about it
>after the credits scene kills best girl
This is bullshit. I should have left Ganondorf alive and lived with ghost waifu.
She was already dead. And due from gloom poisoning.

Cute neck
It's even cuter when you give it a little kiss.
Nintendo always fell back onto that lame "legends are just the same events retold" excuse, this is just them hammering it into peoples' heads harder than ever before.
yeah it blows. normally it would be cool if it led to a plot twist like a modern civilization. But you never see it. its the same mold
It absolutely blows, but Nintendo does what Nintendo wants. Always have, always will.
>"legends are just the same events retold"
i mean, isn't that what a legend kind of is?
Eeeeee he's so adorable I want to de-age Rauru and molest him in a dark room for hours
Looking really girlish there, Rauru
Not complaining a tall, though.
I like it
Then why aren't you talking about it? Why is every TOTK thread just talking about story and waifus?
I have talked about it, I guess you didn't see it so it never happened right? That's called solipsism
>I guess you didn't see it so it never happened right?
You're not disavowing the posters who spam waifushit (like the thread I linked to) so as far as Im concerned, your post didn't happen.
Why the frick would anyone disavow that? Waifu posting is based.
I don't know, FFXVI threads only post pirn and fanart, I rarely see fun combos like the gamd was supposed to make you wanna master them.
I just wonder what calamity ganon is up to
Being a weeb
calamity ganon, not the samurai wannabe ganondorf
I just finished the game today. It was fun.. Samurai Ganondorf was an nice final test of the combat, and the demon dragon was a better set piece ending than pig Ganon. Its a shame Beneath Hyrule Castle wasn't a full dungeon.
Overall the game was very strange. In a lot of ways it felt less polished than Breath of the Wild (the weapon fusion mechanics, the sages particular the mech, most things you build with the ultrahand, the story in general). I don't know how they managed to spend 12 years on this and end up feeling like a first draft. Whatever, it was good. Solid 8.8/10.
>set piece endings are good
I must disagree. Draganon was the worst fight in the entire series. I despise the concept of a "victory lap".
nah you're moronic
I hate movie games, so a fight like this is boring to me.
KINO KINO KINO
See, your problem there is you missed and had to limp to the target.
It's a lot like the Colgera fight, where if it goes right it's fast and dynamic and if it goes wrong it's slow and dull.
But I'm not doing in the fight. If I suppopsedly "did it wrong" I should be dead on the spot. Why is Draganon incapable of hitting me, let alone killing me? What kind of poor final boss is this?
Right, but there's zero challenge
>American localization
>can't name it black dragon
lol
Demon dragon sounds cooler, tho they could have gone with Dragon Ganon or something.
Should have gone with Dark Dragon to contrast the Light Dragon tbh.
The simplified Chinese character for "dragon" is so shitty compared to the og. Frick commies.
Kinoest ending in all zelda games ever
Where is the gameplay though?
>walking simulator where you just press x to watch a cutscene
>dive past missiles to hit the weak points
>not gameplay
Look, the gameplay is flawed (if you dive past all the missiles they don't track you) but to pretend there's no gameplay is just wrong.
Just because you can walk forward in TLOU and advance down a hallway, doesn't make it gameplay. It's a glorified loading screen masquerading as gameplay. Maybe in the vaguest sense you could call it that, since you're TECHNICALLY pressing a button, but is that a level you want to sink to?
Right, you're either trolling or you haven't played the game (or both). If you just push forward you fly straight into the attacks.
This webm
flew far off to the side to avoid them anyway. Is it a problem that you can break the fight by going to the side and coming in at an angle? Yes. It doesn't make it a movie game. You can sit outside the arena and shoot bosses in demon's souls but it doesn't make it a movie.
the preceding 150 hours
Then it doesn't need a cutscene to tell you that you had fun. That's an extrinsic reward, which goes against TOTK's design philosophy. It'd be like getting an actual reward for collecting all 1000 koroks. You've missed the point.
>which goes against TOTK's design philosophy
that's weird, the game developers seem to disagree
The devs are a bit hypocritical about their design philosophy, so they can't be trusted.
>limit on weapons? Good idea
>limit on regular items? Wtf no that's too videogamey, just let the player hoard an infinite amount of everything
haha dragon go booooom
rip to everyone at lookout landing below
Why does the idea of a timeline make people seethe so hard nowadays? I noticed it started to make people extremely angry after BotW came out. Why?
zoomers with short attention spans don't truly appreciate lore. they just wanna zoom zoom zoom
There is no lore. It's all cow tools.
I want to BOOP that snoot
>do you have games on your purah pad
Corporate shills running damage control.
It's because botw/totk gays haven't played other zelda games and because of that feel left out when talking about the timeline, they dont care about lore they only care about bing bing woohoo
It's not a bad idea but it's just too late for that man. Every single release just makes everything more and more nonsensical.
needs an updated version with botw, totk, and cdi
All Links should be Zonai from now on
>BOTW 3 looks great you guys!
Ratchet looks sick.
Man this new master sword hitting different.
>big ol swingin dong between the legs
How did nintendo get away with this?
thats a tail
serum
septum
>Well excuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuse me, princess.
It was me
I'm Mineru's husband
Anons, I've already jerked off to all the Mineru and Raru art out there... Why even go on
Port them into Blender and jack off to them together
So why the frick did the Hylians just up and forget how to make stuff like the Zonai cars and lasers and live in shitty wooden houses and ride horses like it's 1300AD? Some technology is so good it's never going to go away, even real-world shitholes like Africa still have Guns, Smartphones and Cars in regular use because they're THAT good.
Hylians can't wipe their ass without divine intervention
Apparently not, Link and a select few characters like Midna or Impa are pretty much the only semi-competent characters in the entire series, everybody is either inconsequential or unbelievably moronic. Especially Rauru, how the frick did he fail against Ganondorf when he had actual divine intervention come to the past and tell him how to not fail? What an butthole, his pride in thinking he was right fricked over the kingdom for thousands of years.
It was an Antikythera situation x100
I don't know what that is you're referencing
Nta, but he's essentially saying their society has progressed countless eons past what they "believed" was a technologically illiterate past only to one day discover something made thousands of years ago but with a mechanical foundation and properties similar to that of a rudimentary piece of modern tech, essentially proving their ancient ancestors were far more advanced than previously thought, if only less sophisticated.
tldr somehow the Greeks invented an analogue computer that was centuries ahead of the technology of that era. Only one was found and there are no records of the ancient Greeks being this advanced.
It would make sense if it existed before Skyward and then was forgotten when everyone evacuated to the sky.
Might have something to do with the endless monsters roaming the lands and the endless undead monsters that rise out of the ground at night.
No tech-priests to keep the rituals together.
>3 goddesses come and make world
>either they make Hylia or the first people wish her into existence with the Triforce seeking knowledge and wisdom to guide them after the goddesses piss off into the unknown
>some people dont like obeying this new b***h, piss off and become dark magician tribe
>Zonai are one of the races allied with Hylia building robots and shit, Sheikah are goddesses secret police
>dark tribe steals Triforce and makes with for power to fight back, get their own god in form of Demise the goddess killer
>big ass war between sides
>at some point Zonai say frick this war and piss off high into the sky till it blows over
>at some point another wish is made on Triforce to end the war and the OG Hero is formed
>Demise gets fricked and sealed, Hylia sacrifices self or whatever to have herself and the hero reincarnated or they just are because they are supernatural beings made from Triforce. Agrees with Zonai and uses last of power to also frick off into the sky, Sheikah guard the world below and adopt Zonai tech over centuries
>Skyward sword happens
>everyone returns down to earth
>Zonai also come back down at some point and help form Hyrule
>first incarnation of Demise's spite takes form in some desert Black person samurai who gets sealed beneath the ground
>long ass time later another incarnation of demon frickers spite comes riding out of the desert until he also gets sealed, this time in sacred realm
>Four Swords Adventure it happens again
>super frick all ass long time later the first incarnation breaks free in a way like awakening Zelda 2 sleeping zelda b***h
Have you ever considered..
he looks like Shaun Sheep
>In the gaming world, you're the loser.
3. A Ganondorf in FSA is born somewhat before FSA, before he got the Trident of Darkness and because a Ganon.
>more splits incoming
At this point, why not give every game its unique timeline, it's not that doesn't matter anymore
I ain't buying this game.
Can someone explain what the hell happens with the story? What I got from this thread is there's two ganons, and zelda fricks a goat.
Goat aliens founded Hyrule
for what purpose
well now I have to buy the game
Rabbits.
there are two ganons
zelda fricks a goat
full anal and veganal penetration are shown from many angles including extreme closeups
Have you played Breath of the Wild?
minerussy
>BotW 3 is about going back in time to rescue Mineru and fill her with half-human kids
Fund it Nintendo you cowards.
Why do chuds invest in canonicity for baby stories instead of getting married and securing a bloodline?
Why do queers invest in synthetic sex chemicals instead of accepting their male body and securing a morsel of reality?
Show us the box of free IRL Minerus with human genetic compatibility and we'll get right on that.
>2003+20
>still thinking there's a timeline
OH NO NO NO NO NO

You know I’ve never thought to ask until now: Why do japs put random lines over genitalia instead of just blocking or blurring the whole thing
>ss ends, minish cap, totk past, who the frick know how but all retcon to botw, totk
Any Blendergays?
You stupid horny buttholes, better get Mineru at LEAST in the top 32 of Queen of Ganker this year or else...
Mineru looks old. I'm not gay but rawr.
>The three goddess came from the sky
>The Hylians came from the sky
>The minish came from the sky
>The goat people came from the sky
Is the sky basically "the wizard did" of this universe?
I mean, it's not really that different than our own universe. from worship of celestial bodies, to deities and angels that live "above" us, to those in the modern age who think humanity has its origins in extraterrestrial life. It's common for humanity, when unable to find explanations for their surroundings in the world around them, to attribute them from being not of this world.
Ooccoo too.
how come no one ever brings up the fact that Rauru is actually seen in OoT and he isnt a fricking goat man? this is the clearest fricking evidence that there is no fricking timeline, nintendo doesnt care, and people who argue about it otherwise are moronic.
Time travel is a thing. Someone went back in time and fricked a llama. Rauru is a llama now.
I don't get why timeline autists mere existence triggers people so bad.
when is OoT rauru said to be the founder of hyrule?
The Link, Zelda, and Ganon are NOT the same people throughout all of the games, but reincarnations of the same aspect of the Legend of Zelda. Rauru has reincarnated into many forms throughout history. What do you think Kaepora Gaebora was?
Ganon is supposed to be the same person across all games except for four swords adventure which suffered from a rewrite making him a reincarnation in that game
HEAR ME OUT : Zelda CDI remake
I'm not against it.
what is it about tears' time travel and the idea of hyrule being refounded that makes a select number of Ganker nighttime posters' brains melt
>multiple characters have the same name throught the zelda franchise
>Ganker, pants filling with shit: They're the same character.
>No visible children
>No mention of children
>If they exist Rauru didn't even let them go to their little tea party in that one memory
>Both of them die
>Zelda has no physical traces of Zonai heritage and is pale white
How is she from their bloodline again?
doubting it just to doubt it is autistic
their immediate son/daughter isn't actually important
How many generations was there between them? Whatever Zonai genes there were would be pretty diluted anyway.
>It's taken this long for Zelda fans to realize Nintendo doesn't give a frick about the timeline
>Not when Wind Waker and TP were clearly contradictory
>Not when the first official one released and there were glaring errors like them not realizing Oracles Link is different to LttP/LA Link
>Not when the first one released and they had to split the timeline three fricking ways to explain the plotholes between games and it still barely comes together
>Not when Wind Waker and TP were clearly contradictory
developer interviews from the time these games came out confirms that these games were both sequels to Ocarina of Time with Wind Waker being set after adult link kills ganon and Twilight Princess being set after link goes back in time and prevents ganon from taking over. that is 2 branching timelines
>Not when the first official one released and there were glaring errors like them not realizing Oracles Link is different to LttP/LA Link
it's like whoever made the timeline didn't even play those games. zelda clearly does not recognise link in those games which means it can not be the same link as Link to the Past. perhaps the dialogue is different in the Japanese version? not sure
>Not when the first one released and they had to split the timeline three fricking ways to explain the plotholes between games and it still barely comes together
the downfall timeline is just moronic and it's clear that it was never intended. every game can fit in 2 timelines if it wasn't for Twilight Princess
>pony shit
>in current year
that's kind of sad honestly.
>ancient Hylian men
>breeding slaves for female Zonai
>modern Hylian men
>breeding slaves for Gerudo
Ganondorf may have lost the physical war but he won the culture war.
Have a phone wallpaper
I JUST WONDER WHAT KAKAROT'S UP TO
>thread isn't full of people posting edits
You disappoint me, Ganker
Sorry link, I can't give edit.
If these goat fricks actually do become a big part of the lore and creation myth of the series from now on I'm done with it till they reboot it again and leave all the BOTW shit in the trash where it belongs.
Why do they have bodies like otters?
*reboot
why are so many morons arguing that this disintegration of lore and coherent story is a GOOD thing? are they so mindbroken and deep in the maze like the consumer rats they are?
how can you say that continuity does not matter?
how can you care so little for a franchise you supposedly love so much?
is this the endgame of the new consumer human with no real care except for the goldfish memory of the one second of what it sees infont of it?
Why not have a fricking AI make the rest of ALL established sequels and new games now? it will give you so much to CONSOOOOM and you will be happy
For the record i enjoy new developments in lore, if they are done in ways that FITS THE SETTING
>Black person needs all of his games to be connected like the MARVEL CINEMATIC UNIVERSE
you are the true consoomer
>first season of show takes is good
>second season takes place 1k years after the first season, making fundamental changes in the entire plot due to "new" developments that has no reason to exist save for the whims of some homosexual with connections with the writers
You are projecting your marvel bullshit onto me
didnt read
Zelda lore has always been dumb shit who cares
Goat Pussy
>Gerudo had a proper region with multiple villages back in Rauru's time
>Ganondorf for some reason razed his own country
>in a million trillion years the best they have ever managed to rebuild is one hut next to an oasis 50 metres off of the capital
Ganondorf enjoys the company of bokoblins more than the company of autistic gerudo women.
where's all the bokoblin r63
how come only green gobbos get a pass
I saw one posted here
Female or not, bokos ugly
Mobs on the other hand
I'm always confused by LoZ race. Does that mean Zelda have goat blood in her while Link is pure hylian?
All we know of the current Link's lineage is that he's from a family tree full of respected knights, and basically got assigned his spot as a royal guard through nepotism before anyone even knew he was "the chosen one" who could wield the master sword
well rauru and sonia died and we don't see them have any children, you can decide whether they had children off screen or not and if they did whether or not those children/decedents actually kept their monarchy or were replaced by another pure hylian monarchy
>Sonia and Rauru point out Zelda has Hylia's light power and time magic like they do and that's enough for them to believe she's their blood.
>but because the game didn't show their child that means there was a pure hylian revolution and the goddesses were like "oh okay" and copypasted all the powers to that bloodline instead
>What do you mean that wasn't shown on screen either? That's clearly much more logical than the answer the game spells out for you.
Mineru sex game 70% done

>Do you want to play smash brothers?
No I want to smash your brother
