those are all usable and potentially or proven viable, though more than a few right at the borderline, unless you have specific objections to make
Most are either slow and frail, have no good moves, have a shitty typing, have bad stats all around, have terrible abilities, or all of that combined. Unless you're taking lower tiers into account, which fair enough, some can be used in or have a niche. But most like Castform and Linoone for example are totally unsalvageable, some of the most mediocre-to-garbage mons you can have.

castform could be used in weather thanks ti changing typing while still having above average coverage

Murkrow, Volbeat, and Illumise are all viable in doubles. Prankster, specifically with Tailwind, is just that big a deal. Surprised Gamefreak hasn't made Tailwind negative priority like Trickroom yet, the speed control on this move has been broken for a while.
