It's definitely a roguelite - enemies, events, and factors/crisis events (stuff that happens during combat) are all randomized per run, abnormalities are randomized for each run and there's around 270 of them, recruitable characters if you've unlocked them are also random, bosses are randomized too past the first two chapters, etc. You unlock more stuff each time you die and start a new run as well.
She has a spirit that is bonded to her and follows her around and fights for her, and a lot of its moves are focused on dealing with clusters of weaker enemies whilst hitting pretty hard. In exchange, she needs the rest of the team to try and draw aggro for her.
Good, ferals and anthros coexisting in the same setting always looks moronic, devs should fully commit to one or the other, anything else is sloppy worldbuilding

Soma is basically a mix between berserking but also balancing the usage of his forms. Trying to go purely Unga with his bear form will get you killed but it's very good for up close damage, whilst his bird form is excellent for long-ranged hits and navigating the battlefield.
There's that little sidebar that lists who uses what skills, but it goes by so fast and doesn't list everything in detail that keeping up with it is kind of impossible.

Soma is basically a mix between berserking but also balancing the usage of his forms. Trying to go purely Unga with his bear form will get you killed but it's very good for up close damage, whilst his bird form is excellent for long-ranged hits and navigating the battlefield.
Is there a way to check a complete combat log? Some of the attacks and events blur together especially in later levels.
There's that little sidebar that lists who uses what skills, but it goes by so fast and doesn't list everything in detail that keeping up with it is kind of impossible.

It seems really odd, but my guess is that you're supposed to keep track of when a grid becomes crowded or cramped on your own and plan around that.
