One of the few games where the city feels like an actual city. I spent about half my playtime there. I also liked the idea of entropy talismans as opposed to regular skyrim conjuration. Great game.
It's a total conversion, i.e. a completely new game build on Skyrim's assets and engine
NTA but how exactly do you play it? Do you grab it on the store and it's separate from Skyrim? Do you actually need Skyrim to be completely unmodded before playing it? Or is it just doing it's own thing separate from it? Does it even actually require Skyrim?

This actually looks pretty cool. So I just need Skyrim SE and this right? No need to install other mods with MO2 or shit like this? Because I'm done with this
You just need Skyrim installed and then it runs standalone
Yeah you just need to have skyrim installed on steam and install enderal through steam. It will download into your library and clicking play should launch the game. No need to mess with files.
if you search for it on steam it has its own DL page that will show up as its own game.

this. it's a separate story using the skyrim engine. play it. it's free on steam.

if you just have skyrim it will work, but if you have SE there is a separate download. you don't need either because it's compatible with each. there just separate downloads
Beyond me how some nerds in their basement can make an ultimately better game - engine limitations ands system flaws included - with skyrim assets than the actual devs who made skyrim with these assets.
shit i forgot about this game, it completely blows skyrim the frick out. Incredible how good it looks, and how well it plays, it's a straight upgrade from Skyrim
The city of Ark is maybe TOO big/bloated. Its actually the imperial city we never had, but it really does require using those fast travel posts to go around.
Just ordered the book, can't wait to read it,
Honestly it's amazing how a tiny team can make such a kino and amazing game that makes Skyrim look like amateur work. Oh wait, Skyrim is amateur work
It's all well and good to say Skyrim is amateur work from a quest writing perspective (the writing itself via lore is generally fine imo), but let's not act like putting together a game that can be built open to give you something like Enderal isn't top quality in its own right.
I'd like to think ES6 is taking so long because they are doing a lot of background work on quests/lore to make things make sense so once they get into active dev it's pretty straight forward to get all the big stuff in then they just take a look at where the world looks empty and throwing bandit camps/caves around
I like how their magic works lore wise. And it was pretty cool that Father's deal never was explained in the game for sake of eldritch horror story..
Btw don't forget to read The Butcher of Ark.
better than the actual base game
I genuinely can't go back to Skyrim after this.
wish they would make a sequel
Hopefully after TES6 releases. I really like the world of Vyn.
It was actually pretty good up until the last fifth of the game
last boss is kind of a b***h. took me a while to beat him

love the undercity maze
What is Enderal? I know it's some Skyrim mod but what does it do? What does it add? I what way is the game better?
https://store.steampowered.com/app/976620/Enderal_Forgotten_Stories_Special_Edition/
there's also the version for the base legendary edition if you only have that on steam.

you need to have skyrim. it's a mod you download for free on the workshop
What about the mod thing, do I need Skyrim SE to be completely clean beforehand?
there is a download for se.
You just need Skyrim installed and then it runs standalone
Alright, thanks broskis.

I have the regular skyrim from its first release. it works
Cool, and do you have like companions that follow you during your quest? Some guy or girl that becomes a member of your party permanently?
yeah you get to have sex with them too
Yes, and they're actually interesting and relatable characters.
No idea how these German autists made such a great game for free.

>it's free
>needs to have skyrim first
Frick off Todd. I'm NOT buying your game.
It's a whole game using the assets and mechanics of skyrim, it's completely unrelated to TES.
I wonder which ending has the biggest chance of breaking the cycle. It's got to be the sacrifice ending right?
idk I just remember leaving with my psycho monster girlfriend and it just ends
Because of how story works the game had big potential for proper "True Route" NG+ where you play it with all knowledge so you can break the cycle
Beyond me how some nerds in their basement can make an ultimately better game - engine limitations ands system flaws included - with skyrim assets than the actual devs who made skyrim with these assets.
German autism

thanks follower AI
Kino game with kino story and some clever foreshadowing.
It would benefit from being real AAA game with proper dialogue system and more quests.
AAA gets the woke treatment, so I'll take shoestring budget masterpiece over billion dollar esg slop any day.

My mind was blown when I actually entered the undercity. The quest there is so creepy if you spent 50 hours in sunny lush fields beforehand.
It's pretty goofy how blatantly it rips off ME3 but it's still a fun mod.
It does Mass Effect 3 better since you genuinely never stood a chance
Is Nehrim worth playing?
I love Oblivion so I don't mind the inherent jank
yes its well done except south kingdom(maybe because my pc was shit back then and it lagged as hell)
last reveal is 10/10 and I refuse to spoil it
I did not expect the intro to be so creepy.
>Dark Chambers of our Mind
>Prophet
>Fleshless
>Echo of the Past
Song of Silence still hits me the hardest.

That sounds pretty intriguing.
Hope you don't mean the gay shit.
