You max out your gem counts every two months. Unless there's other things on the horizon you care for, there's no reason not to roll for a deck because it'll get gutted.
Purrely is probably around for the long haul if current TCG and OCG banlists are anything to go by. The only possible VS hit that could ever happen is TCBOO to 1

while true you need them to play around droll with borger by chaining into razen or to dodge imperm or veiler, so you still want to see them on your opening hand, also playing with just one of each is asking to have no grind game.
Also i'd use x2 barrages and 1 zoodiac name, you still want to see different attributes on hand as this is your main plan, i tested it and thoroughblade is not the best target it conflicts with madlove bounce, if you want to use barrage id use ramram.

Can brick but doesn't really brick often, has a strong turn 1 but backrow removal can hurt (nobody runs that shitlolmao but you will get sacked by random go-second decks like everyone else) can play turn 2 reasonably well since you can slot in going second cards and you don't need to summon from the ED to play (also makes you virtually maxx C immune)

i've been cooked by a kashtira evil eye before, pure evil eye is too weak on it's own, but mix it with some other strong archtype like kash and you might get somewhere althought don't expect to be as good as pure kash.
It's a fun petdeck but it's a Platinum-tier towers turbo with 1 destruction and is very vulnerable to disruption and the meta currently hates towers decks.

Every normal summon in Floo is good because they all continue the chain of summons, and 1 Robina is all it takes to access the entire deck.
In VS only Raizen is a good normal summon, Mad Love is just okay, and Panthera does nothing. Then all their good monsters are high level and require one of those on the field.
you can search razen in like 15 billion ways, if anything they need more midgame monsters like jiaodong but without such a harsh condition of revealing 2 fires

Every other fricking deck is Runick Stun, every deck in this format is fricking aids except for Vanquish Soul, more than two of the decks in the format can handrip you. MD is an utter embarrassment with that last banlist on top of it.

No, it's ONLY Traps, because flipping Traps requires zero skill. That's why all the bot decks have been fricking Trap decks except the Utopia one. Literal bots can play Trap decks.

I mean, I get it in that the number of pots keeps going down and I think lab can afford a turn of just setting five. The issue is he picked cooclock (which was worthless for that turn) over maxx c (which would have at least made me chose over ash'ing the maxx c or the big welcome/welcome).
The only reason I do it now is because of Kashtira. It's way better to just wait for the opponent to commit rather than have them set imperm and pass turn.
Talents is a moronic card, but talents by itself is not bad. It's when the Maxx "C" gets negated or triggers a shit ton of other effects like Unicorn on top of talents where you have to SP Maxx or die.
Also, never fricking preemptive Maxx in DP. In the event your opponent is on Purrely and you ALSO run Droll, Droll can't be used in the DP. You should only ever chain Maxx in DP but drop it preemptively in SP.

Because if the opponent passes maxx is just a -1. If they have moronic shit like Daruma Cannon or Kaiser Colosseum you can't play anyway.
SP Maxx is only high value against Kashtira and Mathmech, who both SS a lot and have moronic endboards. Against Lab, VS, Purrely you'd wish you saved it for later.

There's a few random things that get shuffled around, like the aforementioned TCG original archetypes, as well as some archetypes bring consolidated on release, getting some cards a little earlier, or Promethian Princess dropping early, but by and large MD is, and had been the OCG schedule shifted a year back. So much so, I accurately predicted Manadium and Brandon for Christmas, months ago. Because that was the reason for their launch Window in OCG. The only people who get confused by the MD schedule are TCGcucks who continue to insist MD is trying to "speed up" when if you look at MD and OCG side by side, you'll see they're still perfectly lined up.

We've deviated from the OCG schedule well before recently. And it's not just that it releases TCG exclusives before the OCG usually gets them. MD just does whatever the frick it wants and has even delayed cards for well beyond their original packs, like Maple Maiden. Even OCG's special sets don't always get released in the same order. I forgot the exact pack but something right around the time of Duelists of Pyroxene, probably one of the animation chronicles came out later than when it would in OCG but the cards from it came before when TCG would have got them. You're a dumbass patterngay, you'd fit in better in smash threads from 5 years ago than in YGO.

All of those still fell within the respective 3 month blocks of their core sets, and the exceptions being the shitdeck support that didn't even get an SR in the OCG, which wouldn't have been listed in the chart anyway.

Bystials. But you play Dragon archetypes as an engine, there's a reason it's Dragon Link and not fricking just Red Eyes or Rokket or whatever. Like the closest thing there is to a playable Dragon archetype is Dragunity and that's diet DLink.
Funny enough, there are almost no good Dragon archetypes, Bystials are an engine for Abyss decks or Dragon Link, and Dragon Link is not an archetype but an amalgamation of Dragon cards. Even Galaxy-Eyes can't be considered a Dragon archetype, as it mains other types of monsters in the main deck.
Therefore, the best Dragon archetype in the game is Dragonmaids.
Bystial being usable as an engine for any deck puts it so moronicly above Dragonmaid it's not even funny. Even shit like the future Horus Bystial Resonator or any other Bystial X deck blows Dragonmaid out of the water

Anon, that card doesn't do anything if you don't Rank Up Xyz Change Dark Rebellion, and to do that you need PK RUM Force/Launch, so only Phantom Knights and Ruriraptors make it or to hard draw a RUM spell.
Only Phantom Knight makes Dark Rebellion and searches the quick play spell to can rank it up reliably. They instead chose to Rhongo. And post-Rhongo they Gryphon+Colossus lock
This is why you play meta decks. You get just as many free wins from people insta-scooping cause they don't wanna duel your deck, as you get cheese loses. So it balances out.
If you're not playing T-1, you're playing MD wrong. Anything but the top 3 decks is misery.

The real problem with Mathmech is they can +2 off Heatsoul with any Normal Summon along with having decent defensive presence in Transcode and Heatsoul. Meaning they can Ash and Belle you turn 1, then draw another Ash and Belle for use turn 2 on top of their 3 negate board.

Talking about Slifer, some Labgay with Peaceful Burial inspired me to try using Magician's Combination to keep special summon Slifer on the field, but it's pretty annoying to refresh, what other cards would do the trick?

i've been cooked by a kashtira evil eye before, pure evil eye is too weak on it's own, but mix it with some other strong archtype like kash and you might get somewhere althought don't expect to be as good as pure kash.
It's a fun petdeck but it's a Platinum-tier towers turbo with 1 destruction and is very vulnerable to disruption and the meta currently hates towers decks.

In VS only Raizen is a good normal summon, Mad Love is just okay, and Panthera does nothing. Then all their good monsters are high level and require one of those on the field.

There's a few random things that get shuffled around, like the aforementioned TCG original archetypes, as well as some archetypes bring consolidated on release, getting some cards a little earlier, or Promethian Princess dropping early, but by and large MD is, and had been the OCG schedule shifted a year back. So much so, I accurately predicted Manadium and Brandon for Christmas, months ago. Because that was the reason for their launch Window in OCG. The only people who get confused by the MD schedule are TCGcucks who continue to insist MD is trying to "speed up" when if you look at MD and OCG side by side, you'll see they're still perfectly lined up.

We've deviated from the OCG schedule well before recently. And it's not just that it releases TCG exclusives before the OCG usually gets them. MD just does whatever the frick it wants and has even delayed cards for well beyond their original packs, like Maple Maiden. Even OCG's special sets don't always get released in the same order. I forgot the exact pack but something right around the time of Duelists of Pyroxene, probably one of the animation chronicles came out later than when it would in OCG but the cards from it came before when TCG would have got them. You're a dumbass patterngay, you'd fit in better in smash threads from 5 years ago than in YGO.
All of those still fell within the respective 3 month blocks of their core sets, and the exceptions being the shitdeck support that didn't even get an SR in the OCG, which wouldn't have been listed in the chart anyway.
I'm actually going to extend this shit back to the launch of MD in the next version to show very clearly how none of this has changed at all.

Bystials. But you play Dragon archetypes as an engine, there's a reason it's Dragon Link and not fricking just Red Eyes or Rokket or whatever. Like the closest thing there is to a playable Dragon archetype is Dragunity and that's diet DLink.

Funny enough, there are almost no good Dragon archetypes, Bystials are an engine for Abyss decks or Dragon Link, and Dragon Link is not an archetype but an amalgamation of Dragon cards. Even Galaxy-Eyes can't be considered a Dragon archetype, as it mains other types of monsters in the main deck.
Therefore, the best Dragon archetype in the game is Dragonmaids.
Bystial being usable as an engine for any deck puts it so moronicly above Dragonmaid it's not even funny. Even shit like the future Horus Bystial Resonator or any other Bystial X deck blows Dragonmaid out of the water

Anon, that card doesn't do anything if you don't Rank Up Xyz Change Dark Rebellion, and to do that you need PK RUM Force/Launch, so only Phantom Knights and Ruriraptors make it or to hard draw a RUM spell.
Only Phantom Knight makes Dark Rebellion and searches the quick play spell to can rank it up reliably. They instead chose to Rhongo. And post-Rhongo they Gryphon+Colossus lock

The real problem with Mathmech is they can +2 off Heatsoul with any Normal Summon along with having decent defensive presence in Transcode and Heatsoul. Meaning they can Ash and Belle you turn 1, then draw another Ash and Belle for use turn 2 on top of their 3 negate board.
