When should I prioritize the Synchro line on Snake-Eyes? I'm practicing the deck in Solo amd so far I'm managing to end on Heatsoul and Flamberge with Masquerena in the backrow to link into Apollousa, but I still can't figure out where should I switch into Jet Synchron to move into Borreload and Formula.
You can either do the one card combo for Baronne + Amblowhale or Amblowhale + IP. If you get ashed you can go into Hiita and Selene for Baronne. The two card combo for Borreload is if you open with Ash and Wanted/Diabellstar. I don’t see a reason to play Heatsoul tbh since you get resources on your opponents turn with Flamberge.

It has good consistency and while their average board isn't that impressive, it's usually enough to seriously weaken what their opponent is able to get up, and then they win by accruing loads of advantage through their cards all plussing like crazy when a trap goes off. It's easy to play at the basest level especially with added floodgates, but is unironically difficult to master so you see a lot of people go like -4 to get one pop with Lovely. Also Shiori sex.
I put in the survey that Konami needs to give guaranteed UR for the general Master Pack if zero URs turn up in the bundle.
If you get zero UR in 30 packs their stated odds ratio is wrong. The guaranteed UR is to compensate for that. And if the odds are wrong, the transaction is invalid.
Their end board is much better than Mathmech and it recurs. It’s another case of it being a splashable engine to soak up interruptions. It’s adventure engine but with fewer drawbacks
Nah it’s good its power comes from its ability to stop people from setting up and breaking boards with their 40 hand traps. Every card is a one card combo for a full set up the moment your board is broken or play stopped and they normal summon and of their cards it’s over for you
Two card Snek Eyes coombo can set up 5-6 negates when uninterrupted with Spright Elf and Masquerena. In fact you’d run out of space on a good end board

A successful card game should have prices that show the time and money its players invest in it. The TCG does this well while the OCG cards look like toys.
I mean it's a fair thing to laugh at, there is no actual low rarity version and no foil box booster in TCG. They don't have much options otherwise if they want to play paper of it at locals though, can't use OCG stuff and the sets never have added rarities aside from starlights and CRs.
When they do like the RC people eat it up so idk why they don't do multi-rarity cards in core boosters.

It isn't just Links. The Six Sams solo gate had me realize that Konami's entire deck philosophy permanently changed as a result of trying to make decks that worked under MR4.
Gouki is insane in an MR2 setting, it can freely make any Synchro or XYZ, has tons os floating and can just kill you under Skill Drain with big bodies. But in today's meta it's a slow and oudated engine and doesn't do anything special.
The insane resource engine was to compensate for the negs in Link summoning. Once you make generic XYZs and Synchro with negation effects suddenly it doesn't matter if it's Links, XYZ or Synchro.

That’s wrong though. There is several combos depending on your hand and how your opponent interacts with it. You can play the deck linearly but you’re probably going to lose more when the extra deck has so many different extenders like hiita, dharc, selene to really push the deck to its limit.

I'm struggling to figure out what the strategy is here. Am I supposed to use everything and make 1 strong monster? He beefs his monster up to 3300 ATK and destroys it. Am I supposed to interrupt his combo somewhere? I've tried interrupting at multiple points but he still winds up better than me at the end. I can't do both because I need to tribute a Cyberse monster to interrupt the combo, and that'll leave me with nothing on the field. Are both wrong and there's a strategy I didn't think of?
You Accesscode. That's the trick. The AI will not be able to handle a high attack monster and usually throw the game from there. If it doesn't, you scoop and try again.

They literally only kill cheap decks, they never touch expensive broken deck, unless they reach tier 0 50%+ ladder representation like tear did, and even then they let them dominate for half a year and go through multiple slaps on the wrist before finally actually hitting them. The only sure fire way a deck gets killed is if it's light on URs.
They're just herding people from "overlooked" deck to "overlooked" deck and banning them one by one to waste as many resources as possible. You'll start to see it if you watch the ban lists for each event carefully.
More like they see some deck that goes against the spirit of the event is far more common then they'd like so they ban it, then people move onto the next one and so they do the same thing. Until someone makes a youtube video titled "CHEAP EASY WIN EVENT DECK ASHURA KING OTK???" and it dominates an event like how the Mother Spider OTK deck did they won't bother hitting it.

Midrange means similar to Swordsoul where you make some basic interruptions and crack whatever the opponent has on turn 3, right? I'm not super familiar with how these terms work in Yugioh.
Even worse. It's extremely integral to many decks because it carries them to relevance single handedly. It's a custom card and with the new fire stuff it becomes even better. It will be banned soon.
Infernoble, mikanko, Any deck with warriors, the largest type group in the game. It makes otks and various locks just by being summoned and is even stronger with the new fire cards that make doing that more consistent. It's not going to stick around for long.

Warrior.dek exists because of isolde. People desperately throwing piles together just to abuse one ED monster is why it will be banned (again). The cards that directly compare to isolde are halq and Verte. Which are both banned.
None of the morons replying to you have ever played Infernoble and they don't know what they are talking about. Angelica is the actual card that makes the deck work, not Isolde. You can do full combo without even going through Isolde, though there is no reason to play the deck like that with Isolde legal. Also it's not like Isolde has any chance of getting banned when the deck is just rogue. TCG only panic banned Isolde because of the Exodia boomer.
Without Isolde you just adjust the deck to make a level 5 instead of making 2 Warriors. You replace your Connector engine with Wakaushi, which is a 1-card full combo the same way.
The biggest thing you miss from losing Isolde is the ability to access Angelica's Ring.
Obviously without Isolde the deck is worse, but it's not anywhere near unplayable.
Infernoble without isolde is “playable” but it’s garbage. The deck hasn’t topped a single time since Isolde was banned in the TCG besides some SHS schizo pile that showed up in a regional. Maybe it won’t get banned, sure, but md in the past has been more aggressive to hitting combo decks. Block dragon is banned here and still legal in the TCG for instance, and FTK tools like Bishbalkin are also banned here while legal everywhere else.
Block Dragon is banned in the TCG, although I have no idea why since droll rapes Adamancipators.

Any of shifter/droll/gamma is going to rape Adamancipator hard unless they open Ko'Aki Meiru Guardian. If block dragon is limited, ash or imperm on Gallant Granite kills them too.
Going first you setup your board then flip Summon Limit.
Even if Block Dragon is basically main deck Chaos Ruler, there's a huge power gap between a broken main deck boss and a broken ED one. Interaction with the main deck is way easier to stop than an Extra Deck summon.
iirc, the only reason Konami OCG hit block was because it's STILL being played and STILL topping, mostly in bo1 OCG events.

Shifter can be played in anything except a hard combo deck like Adamancipator (i.e. Dragon Link). It's at 3 in the TCG so you are bound to run into it and/or droll.
If you have traps but need GY, you drop shifter, drop you sets then reload turn 3.
Adamancipator literally cannot play if shifter is active, it's a stupidly linear, aggressive GY reliant combo deck, much like Tear.

Add Burner Visor. If you can summon 2 rank 4s and a rank 5, then he lets you OTK through direct attacking by equipping it to Ikura. Normally also if you can make 3 rank 4s but they banned Dugares.
I want the alt eldlich so bad, although probably wouldn't play the deck though. It's nice to know if I don't get it this time at least konami will just bring it back next year

Librarian and Feather Storm go in the same tier. They're both busted cards that only a couple decks can use. Rusty Bardiche, Cyber Slash, and Arc Rebellion deserve to share a tier with BLS link. Playing under Maxx is harder becuse modern decks are so explosive and consistent it's often a death sentence to just pass with a half-assed board, but you never know until you win or lose.
In a 40 card deck you have a 12.5% chance of drawing a one-of. You have a 23.72% chance of drawing a card you have 2 of and a 1.28% chance of drawing both. Drawing it 11% more often at the risk of drawing both 1% of the time seems like a good tradeoff to me.
And what happens is people playing infinite gas decks like braindead, lab, and rescue ace is reaction to board breaker meta, which ultimately have no counter other than better infintie gas decks, or infintie negate cooombo decks.

Transmodify is legit tech in Agents. It's more copies of Venus off of opening Earth or a Shine Ball. Personally prefer Duality over Transmodify because it's like Heavenly Dragon Circle but for Agents, and better targets than Transmodify but Transmodify is still good. I don't think you really understand how Agents work.
From what I've seen the successful Agents decks have been dropping the shine ball engine recently. Not that I'm saying you should, it's a very funny thing to use which is a large part of the appeal, but also it's very bricky.
Ever since Agents got their new support there has been people saying to drop the Shine Balls and I'll never agree with them because the deck has no problem drawing 1 Shine Ball, it's only when you draw double Balls that you get into unplayable hands and that doesn't happen that much if you just play a slightly larger deck size and more extenders. 43-45 is optimal in this deck it's the same kind of theory that Dragon Link decks were building off of because they play multiple soft bricks. Agents biggest problem funny enough isn't bricking, it's playing through interruption. Feels like every hand dies to any given handtrap in the meta especially on Earth. Especially since Orange Light got limited. Which is why I like Duality as a hard draw because you at least dodge Imperm/Veiler on that. But hey, everyone is gonna have their own opinions on the deck.

if you banish their equip monsters or the field spell they are losing most of that valuable followup, any deck that loses to shifter probably loses to evenly too
Let's say that they do the most basic 1 card SE ash normal summon combo.
They end on Amblowhale + Flamberge + Formula in the S/T.
During your turn they make Baronne with Flamberge that revives SE ash and populus, which search another SE ash and the normal spell.
Now you have to deal with Princess revive, SE Ash and the normal spell. Also Amblowhale popping your card if you try to pop their Princess. That's like 3 follow-up and 1 interruption from 1 card combo against Evenly+Droplet, which should be an auto-win against any other deck.

Unicorn is still an incredible card, if you can resolve it twice you can cripple the majority of decks and the kashtira ability to drop on an empty board is always nice going second.
I still like kashtira though I mostly play them with VS, might take the pure version out for a spin this weekend though.
Pend summons are always very cool, a lot of pend decks have an 8 scale so it does work out + you can do stuff like SS kashtira + normal your pend and boom you've already got BtP material even if your normal gets stopped.
I can see the appeal, kashtira is such a compact thing.
Yup, by pure coincidence Pends are built almost entirely around Level 7s, and Kash cards are amazing at sucking up negates/interactions immediately to clear the path for Pend plays - which are usually very fragile and die to any negation

For now most tearlament I run into range all over the place, if I were going to play them I'd probably do it with PUNK since they get to zombie vampire easily and thin the deck considerably.

When should I prioritize the Synchro line on Snake-Eyes? I'm practicing the deck in Solo amd so far I'm managing to end on Heatsoul and Flamberge with Masquerena in the backrow to link into Apollousa, but I still can't figure out where should I switch into Jet Synchron to move into Borreload and Formula.
You can either do the one card combo for Baronne + Amblowhale or Amblowhale + IP. If you get ashed you can go into Hiita and Selene for Baronne. The two card combo for Borreload is if you open with Ash and Wanted/Diabellstar. I don’t see a reason to play Heatsoul tbh since you get resources on your opponents turn with Flamberge.

its a control deck, really easy to hit master 1 with it since games are fast and you dont waste time coomboing for 10 minutes
It has good consistency and while their average board isn't that impressive, it's usually enough to seriously weaken what their opponent is able to get up, and then they win by accruing loads of advantage through their cards all plussing like crazy when a trap goes off. It's easy to play at the basest level especially with added floodgates, but is unironically difficult to master so you see a lot of people go like -4 to get one pop with Lovely. Also Shiori sex.

Two card Snek Eyes coombo can set up 5-6 negates when uninterrupted with Spright Elf and Masquerena. In fact you’d run out of space on a good end board

Gouki is insane in an MR2 setting, it can freely make any Synchro or XYZ, has tons os floating and can just kill you under Skill Drain with big bodies. But in today's meta it's a slow and oudated engine and doesn't do anything special.
The insane resource engine was to compensate for the negs in Link summoning. Once you make generic XYZs and Synchro with negation effects suddenly it doesn't matter if it's Links, XYZ or Synchro.

That’s wrong though. There is several combos depending on your hand and how your opponent interacts with it. You can play the deck linearly but you’re probably going to lose more when the extra deck has so many different extenders like hiita, dharc, selene to really push the deck to its limit.

I'm struggling to figure out what the strategy is here. Am I supposed to use everything and make 1 strong monster? He beefs his monster up to 3300 ATK and destroys it. Am I supposed to interrupt his combo somewhere? I've tried interrupting at multiple points but he still winds up better than me at the end. I can't do both because I need to tribute a Cyberse monster to interrupt the combo, and that'll leave me with nothing on the field. Are both wrong and there's a strategy I didn't think of?

You Accesscode. That's the trick. The AI will not be able to handle a high attack monster and usually throw the game from there. If it doesn't, you scoop and try again.
And just in case, I don't mean the AI will literally scoop. I mean the Ai will combo without any clear goal and end on nothing.

They literally only kill cheap decks, they never touch expensive broken deck, unless they reach tier 0 50%+ ladder representation like tear did, and even then they let them dominate for half a year and go through multiple slaps on the wrist before finally actually hitting them. The only sure fire way a deck gets killed is if it's light on URs.
Dracoslayers is one of the most expensive decks in the game though.

Warrior.dek exists because of isolde. People desperately throwing piles together just to abuse one ED monster is why it will be banned (again). The cards that directly compare to isolde are halq and Verte. Which are both banned.
Technically you can get to your end board without Isolde but you need a really good opening hand.

None of the morons replying to you have ever played Infernoble and they don't know what they are talking about. Angelica is the actual card that makes the deck work, not Isolde. You can do full combo without even going through Isolde, though there is no reason to play the deck like that with Isolde legal. Also it's not like Isolde has any chance of getting banned when the deck is just rogue. TCG only panic banned Isolde because of the Exodia boomer.

without isolde you would have to draw a way to lvl5 synchro which is so much worse
Without Isolde you just adjust the deck to make a level 5 instead of making 2 Warriors. You replace your Connector engine with Wakaushi, which is a 1-card full combo the same way.
The biggest thing you miss from losing Isolde is the ability to access Angelica's Ring.
Obviously without Isolde the deck is worse, but it's not anywhere near unplayable.
Infernoble without isolde is “playable” but it’s garbage. The deck hasn’t topped a single time since Isolde was banned in the TCG besides some SHS schizo pile that showed up in a regional. Maybe it won’t get banned, sure, but md in the past has been more aggressive to hitting combo decks. Block dragon is banned here and still legal in the TCG for instance, and FTK tools like Bishbalkin are also banned here while legal everywhere else.

Any of shifter/droll/gamma is going to rape Adamancipator hard unless they open Ko'Aki Meiru Guardian. If block dragon is limited, ash or imperm on Gallant Granite kills them too.
Going first you setup your board then flip Summon Limit.
Even if Block Dragon is basically main deck Chaos Ruler, there's a huge power gap between a broken main deck boss and a broken ED one. Interaction with the main deck is way easier to stop than an Extra Deck summon.

Shifter can be played in anything except a hard combo deck like Adamancipator (i.e. Dragon Link). It's at 3 in the TCG so you are bound to run into it and/or droll.
If you have traps but need GY, you drop shifter, drop you sets then reload turn 3.
Adamancipator literally cannot play if shifter is active, it's a stupidly linear, aggressive GY reliant combo deck, much like Tear.
You cannot play shifter in most decks. If your definition of “hard combo” is “cannot play shifter” then basically every deck in the game is “hard combo”

I think the dedicated Chaos Max otk lists run 3, not totally certain on that though.
In a 40 card deck you have a 12.5% chance of drawing a one-of. You have a 23.72% chance of drawing a card you have 2 of and a 1.28% chance of drawing both. Drawing it 11% more often at the risk of drawing both 1% of the time seems like a good tradeoff to me.

Transmodify is legit tech in Agents. It's more copies of Venus off of opening Earth or a Shine Ball. Personally prefer Duality over Transmodify because it's like Heavenly Dragon Circle but for Agents, and better targets than Transmodify but Transmodify is still good. I don't think you really understand how Agents work.
From what I've seen the successful Agents decks have been dropping the shine ball engine recently. Not that I'm saying you should, it's a very funny thing to use which is a large part of the appeal, but also it's very bricky.
Ever since Agents got their new support there has been people saying to drop the Shine Balls and I'll never agree with them because the deck has no problem drawing 1 Shine Ball, it's only when you draw double Balls that you get into unplayable hands and that doesn't happen that much if you just play a slightly larger deck size and more extenders. 43-45 is optimal in this deck it's the same kind of theory that Dragon Link decks were building off of because they play multiple soft bricks. Agents biggest problem funny enough isn't bricking, it's playing through interruption. Feels like every hand dies to any given handtrap in the meta especially on Earth. Especially since Orange Light got limited. Which is why I like Duality as a hard draw because you at least dodge Imperm/Veiler on that. But hey, everyone is gonna have their own opinions on the deck.

if you banish their equip monsters or the field spell they are losing most of that valuable followup, any deck that loses to shifter probably loses to evenly too
Let's say that they do the most basic 1 card SE ash normal summon combo.
They end on Amblowhale + Flamberge + Formula in the S/T.
During your turn they make Baronne with Flamberge that revives SE ash and populus, which search another SE ash and the normal spell.
Now you have to deal with Princess revive, SE Ash and the normal spell. Also Amblowhale popping your card if you try to pop their Princess. That's like 3 follow-up and 1 interruption from 1 card combo against Evenly+Droplet, which should be an auto-win against any other deck.

Unicorn is still an incredible card, if you can resolve it twice you can cripple the majority of decks and the kashtira ability to drop on an empty board is always nice going second.
I still like kashtira though I mostly play them with VS, might take the pure version out for a spin this weekend though.
I play them in Pends, it's an ironic synergy considering how iconic Kash's anti-Pendulum effects are
Pend summons are always very cool, a lot of pend decks have an 8 scale so it does work out + you can do stuff like SS kashtira + normal your pend and boom you've already got BtP material even if your normal gets stopped.
I can see the appeal, kashtira is such a compact thing.
Yup, by pure coincidence Pends are built almost entirely around Level 7s, and Kash cards are amazing at sucking up negates/interactions immediately to clear the path for Pend plays - which are usually very fragile and die to any negation
Many complain about slop but I honestly prefer that kind of deck strength where you have multiple plays instead of resolving blowouts.
Once I get some more of the diabllestar I want to try playing snake eyes with VS.

Nothing in its effect would lead to the counters being removed if the equip is gone.
negateing borreload causes the equip to fall off though, so I always thought it needed the equip to work
What if we made a contact fusion monster that used monsters from the banish zone but the materials have to be a bit complicated like coordius the triphasic demon needs

Horus next month maybe, I'm looking forward to it for Therions but it will help tearlament players as well that want to run it.
For now most tearlament I run into range all over the place, if I were going to play them I'd probably do it with PUNK since they get to zombie vampire easily and thin the deck considerably.

As part of Mannadium. I saw a Mannadium player do his combo, summon Tearlaments Kashtira and then go full Tear combo, with Spright Elf just summoning the Level 2 Mannadium instead of Merrli
I guess I should have specified what archetype should you mix it with since the engine is so small with so few monsters. Maybe kashtira?

With Infernoble in particular sometimes you resolve Aqua Dolphin and look at their hand and see that they cannot physically answer your full board, yet they still let you play it out.
