Why did Duel Logs stop making funny videos and just kept going at annoying egirl guest of the week format? I genuinely enjoyed some of his content 1 or 2 years ago but he started becoming more and more cringe as time went on.

I've given up on trying to produce high res monster pics from the game files.
I tried reverse engineering as much as I could, but I've hit a wall.
I don't understand inverse kinematics (which is needed for proper rotations), nor how it's implemented in Spine, nor its code in the Skeleton Viewer.
It's also not clear to me how the images are placed in relation to the "bones".
This is probably the SIMPLEST way to make a still image animated.
It's essentially like stick figure animation (that's what the bones are), but with images attached to the sticks.
It uses meshes of triangles to deform the images as they move so it doesn't look as stiff.
And the inverse kinematics is to make work easier for the animators.
Sometimes when dishonest and unfair braindead gives me losing streaks, i go to my trusty PURE blue eyes deck to have some fun.

I had a kaiju but never drew it. I was using my lair of darkness deck, so the token getting summoned to his field on his turn was helpful, but I wasn't able to do it again before he destroyed lair. I also heavily misplayed several times, so whatever.
I quit right after Purrely came out and have every meta deck up until that time, including Purrely. I have 0 gems left. If I came back now, would I be fricked due to ban lists/some new meta?

SHS is better assuming you can do your combo, it's basically the best combo deck since Firewall FTKs. But it also has more glaring weaknesses and performs worse in a tournament setting. Those weaknesses like not being able to use CBTG are also why it's mostly died down in ladder.
Why play a 100% balls out combo deck where your balls can get punched when you can play a still strong but much more grindy resilient deck y'know?

I played stall Curran with ojama duo/trio to fill the board, gozen match/rivalry of warlords to prevent link summoning, messenger of peace/synchro zone to prevent attacking, and secret village of the spellcasters to stop feather dusters. It's really funny slowly burning your opponent while dismantling their ability to do anything about it with each passing turn.
Nah, 30 was the right amount. 60 won't change much about the game and you'd still get the homosexual omni negate boards but also less time to deal with them. At worst, it'll punish the morons who need to think for 10-15 seconds over every move.

Unironically skill issue. Traptrix felt way too easy, so I switched to slower stuff. 30 sec was plenty for Sera and Pingu and you don't need much more.

The bare minimum Trashtira package in UR is >3 unicorn >1 fenrir >1 Rise >1 planet >1 theosis >1 Arise
Ideally you’d want 3 Arise to abuse pots. Running anything but the minimum makes you deck extremely bricky. It’s best to run it as a complementary engine which means even more UR for the secondary engine or stun/control cards
Unicorn is a really good going first card right now cause it fricks with coombo decks and is basically a free summon + card advantage. Arise and Shangri Ira shuts down Snake Eyes but summoning him without unicorn or some kind of protection is often worse than having just Unicorn and Fenrir on the field

It's generally agreed that unless it's a card that's a generic giga staple like SP you should wait around 2 weeks or so for price drops before commiting. Giga staples tend to go up rather than down

It's a new thing they've been doing so we're in the dark too. Usually cover themes did not receive support in the following sets because the cover was already something that existed previously getting support. But lately they're pretty much new themes so they got support. It's expected that Exodia gets support as well next set.

Logging in, watching a duel and cashing in sounds like about as much work and time as most other dailies take, unless you get unlucky with opponents/draw.
I know but the loading time still takes a while, Together with having to start the game, it's probably one minute overall, and one more minute could be enough to finish the other dailies … with some luck.

Most duels don't even last as many turns and lots of monsters have some sort of destruction protection or a bounce which benefits from destruction. Nobody would play this even if it was reduced to two turns.
Impressive that after a long time without traditional yugioh anime they kept the ties between gongenzaka and super heavys, like the galaxy eyes having the colors of kites clothes, even the photon kuriboh.

Not every type (lol solfachord) and a lot of them are just paths to generic shit like masq/fleur/whatever but things like Endymion, Odd-Eyes, and after the next wave of support Z-ARC have something to them. It's just that if your opponent has a way to stop specific cards that like every pend deck uses (electrumite) then it's kinda just gg go next. Not creating that choke of needing to make extra zones would make them competitive for sure

What archetypal cards are you missing for your deck exactly? If its one or two cards, might as well craft it. If its several, you are better off pulling it with gems. And specifically talking about labrynth, ash is dangerous against the traps, so prioritise called by rather than maxx c and ash for now.
I can already see an anon arguing that Maxx c is more important against meta decks, but id posit that its better to make your deck more consistent and just take the loss against meta decks compared to making it less consistent (losing to ash) but winning more off maxx c.

i dont play labrynth personally, but id probably cut diabolica for compulse, and maybe cut toddler for farwelcome labrynth since thats searchable off labrynth archfiend.
I think the deck itself looks complete UR wise, so i think you can craft the 2 called by and remove rhino warrior.
Though disclosure, i dont play the deck, i just know how it works for the most part. If possible, some anon who actually plays labrynth needs to consider my suggestions for feedback as well.

go to MD meta site, search any card you might want to dismantle and click it, it will shows you if history of any decks have ever played it and if its not played or its played by decks you dont care about then its safe to dismantle it
one more yellow tenyi, one more brown tenyi. in fact you should probably cut 2 dogs or 2 traps and max out on the tenyis. they're useful in more situations.
Remove both the N doggies.
Add a third of the two L7 Tenyi, a Shthana, and another of the L1 Tenyi.
Add 2 of that spell I think comes with the deck, the one that revives a wyrm, has yellow art.
Add some Wyrm synchros to the ED if you have SR to spare (Baxia in particular is good), 6 of your Swordsouls summon L8 synchros and you have only one in the ED.

swordsoulless is new player/low iq bait, it's an easy to use deck that a ton of people have. of course they're going to save a ton of boring replays that make them feel like they did a good job. labgays on the other hand make people ragequit half the time, they're not going to bother saving replays of that shit or making it public
put them in your deck and click the yellow buttons. every card has half a dozen effects so your opponent will waste everything he's got on them. then play the other half of your deck normally.

Maxx "C" needs to be able to go to the Graveyard, if something like Macro Cosmos or Kashtira Ariseheart is on the field, Maxx "C" would get disabled since it wouldnt be able to go to the GY
You can't really. There's no way to get around the fact that you have at most 3 good normal summons and 3 decent normal summons while having to play 3 high levels that are bricks on their own. There's a SHS build in the future that can make Battlin Boxer Dempsey to search Razen but it's not amazing, or some consistency from Snake Eyes builds so you have an alt combo line, or you just fill the space that can't be Razen with hand traps and hope.

This is probably the SIMPLEST way to make a still image animated.
It's essentially like stick figure animation (that's what the bones are), but with images attached to the sticks.
It uses meshes of triangles to deform the images as they move so it doesn't look as stiff.
And the inverse kinematics is to make work easier for the animators.

This combo literally can be done consistently without the Sinful spoil package. (Like the D/D level 1 package and the Terrortop add red-eyed dice level modulation) You just need to dump the Rocket Salamander through the level 2 synchro instead of the counter trap if you can't access it early

Unicorn is a really good going first card right now cause it fricks with coombo decks and is basically a free summon + card advantage. Arise and Shangri Ira shuts down Snake Eyes but summoning him without unicorn or some kind of protection is often worse than having just Unicorn and Fenrir on the field

It's generally agreed that unless it's a card that's a generic giga staple like SP you should wait around 2 weeks or so for price drops before commiting. Giga staples tend to go up rather than down

What archetypal cards are you missing for your deck exactly? If its one or two cards, might as well craft it. If its several, you are better off pulling it with gems. And specifically talking about labrynth, ash is dangerous against the traps, so prioritise called by rather than maxx c and ash for now.
I can already see an anon arguing that Maxx c is more important against meta decks, but id posit that its better to make your deck more consistent and just take the loss against meta decks compared to making it less consistent (losing to ash) but winning more off maxx c.

Just try playing the game instead of worrying about preparing for playing it. You're losing gems by not getting dailies done anyway.

That is not the case anymore. The free swordsoul deck event and 2nd Aniv have filled bronze with meta decks from people making alts or returning vets who have been deranked from not playing for 6+ months.
That's somewhat true until you hit bronze 4 and the amount of them drop off a cliff. It takes like 5 wins to reach that point.
if you are using Labrynth Archfiend, put in a Jelly Cannon so you have something to search with it
craft maxx c first and pull from the selection pack with alt art ash blossom
you can always buy more of the special master pack combo for cheap UR dust, elsewise just hold tight for more gems and do the duel pass.
As for whats free for dismantling, just dust everything other than cards you will be playing

go to MD meta site, search any card you might want to dismantle and click it, it will shows you if history of any decks have ever played it and if its not played or its played by decks you dont care about then its safe to dismantle it
one more yellow tenyi, one more brown tenyi. in fact you should probably cut 2 dogs or 2 traps and max out on the tenyis. they're useful in more situations.
Remove both the N doggies.
Add a third of the two L7 Tenyi, a Shthana, and another of the L1 Tenyi.
Add 2 of that spell I think comes with the deck, the one that revives a wyrm, has yellow art.
Add some Wyrm synchros to the ED if you have SR to spare (Baxia in particular is good), 6 of your Swordsouls summon L8 synchros and you have only one in the ED.
cut fleur, cut the dogs, cut the gay lovers, cut all traps except 1 or 2 blackout, add 3 of the yellow tenyi and at least 2 of the red and brown ones.
So only new accounts can get 2 sets of the Swordsoul deck, correct?

How do I minimize bricking with VS?
You can't really. There's no way to get around the fact that you have at most 3 good normal summons and 3 decent normal summons while having to play 3 high levels that are bricks on their own. There's a SHS build in the future that can make Battlin Boxer Dempsey to search Razen but it's not amazing, or some consistency from Snake Eyes builds so you have an alt combo line, or you just fill the space that can't be Razen with hand traps and hope.
It's really easy to find whatever you want in the deck with Small World. You can also use Durandal as a Razen searcher. But the deck's just inherently a bit bricky.
Better enjoy snake eyes while you can before people start using hate decks
