I am sad Nadir got hit back into unusable status again. It's one of those cards where a semi actually does significantly impact the usability of it, it was like a light switch turned on when it was unlimited. I expect it to be taken out from most non-Dogmatika decks now.
I think I'll still keep it in my Lab deck, with the furniture semi-limited, there's still a lot of spare space to fill. I'll only take it out once it goes back to 1 or if something more consistent gets released. Also, Arias is releasing soon so that will fill the now available space nicely.

We need to talk about all these floodgates getting limited thing. When Runick Stun was all over the place, people complained about the draw engine until they hit enough runick cards.
Gozen match is limited. Rivalry is limited. Skill drain is limited. Lab has no draw engine like runick, and it has no way to search them. It can only draw them, yet nearly every lab list in the Top 100 was running some combination of them or all of them, so clearly, those cards are doing something impactful enough.
But no, let's just keep limiting shit.

It's the right idea, at least. It recognizes rainbow and unicorn are problem cards, and that SHS needs some sort of hit. It just needed to be more.

What does an extra Ecclesia do in the grind game? Extra discard fodder? Sending Garua at that point is just replacing the Nadir for what you would've drawn anyways. Lab's main deck is already really tight, I think the spot is better as an extra handtrap.

There are some other small places a semi is correct, Purrely's hits for example actually took the deck out of meta contention because My Friend became RNG. Parallel Exceed is also not that awful because it was used as a Small World bridge before and now can't be if you draw 1. Gamma too, because the 2-1 garnet ratio sucks. But those are basically the only good examples.
Malicious only is an oversimplification on my part, but it's correct in practice normally almost all the time. Purrely is a good example of an exception though, but Exceed does frick all and Gamma I totally disagree with. That card is powerful enough that the 2:1 ratio still is worth. I'll give you another exception that's a hot take though, Fenrir at 2 is absolutely perfection. One turn of followup for that card is fine, I've seen games last longer than 2 fricking turns because of only Fenrir and how it make people play (and how it also BTFOs backrow homosexual monkeflippers)
