I've gotten to Master 1 a couple of times, but the grind is mostly just boring and time consuming. Whatever the state is of the current meta also makes things better/worse.
I just let my rank drop to gold, plat or diamond and just have fun there most of the time. I'll make an effort to climb back if I'm playing a deck I really like.

SP isn't going to move the dial for Snake-Eyes. They generate so much advantage already their current lines with Princess are generally better
Any deck that can easily make IP into a 4 mat Appo and still go +4 doesn't need the SP
What SP does is raise the floor for decks that have bodies but nothing to use them with.
As a Thundra player, Titan's pops basically encourage you to Link it off into something, and SP is the perfect option rewarding you for using a fusion while also being 2 more removal effects

Spaceship archetype where the monsters have quick effect Iron Thunder/Negation for everything in their column. Spells and traps move them. Field spell forces opponents to play outside of the columns. Make is like Galaga.
I want S-Force support that gives them a pend scale or something that has a continuous effect to banish anything else that enters its column and then the rest of the support is shit that can move it or the spell/scale.

Yes, this is the same deck I saw in that Duel Live a few days ago, he even used a trap that let him draw like 9 cards in the opponent's End Phase, then proceeded to normal summon Laundry and protect her with a full backrow.
Toad's not that important for the deck. It's a nice layer of insurance but not a win condition. Note that he only has 1 Toad despite it being at 3 in TCG.

Strongly Branded favored, except when you get hit with IDP or D Barrier and then you can't do anything. Do you play a lot of Bystials? Because they're a huge part of what shit stomps Lab. Kills furniture bullshit and makes the piece of shit card with 3000 def lose its activation window when they activate a Trap. I play Bystials in Dogmatika just because the Lab matchup (and also Branded matchup) is so shit but those cards keep me in the game.

I think if you have a deck that can play on both turns, being able to decide where to stop turn 1 when you get Maxx "C"'d is skill, and is ironically and probably the only real skill on display in MD.
I play Thunder Dragon, the Bystials are handtraps and with the proper GY setup and Regained on the field, you can play like Tearlaments on the opponent's turn. But if you get Maxx "C"'d you have to decide to end on Colossus pass, or try to reach for Lubellion.
There's also the decision of whethe to summon Colossus in defense or Attack. If you summon in attack you can get your shit kicked in Mathmech or Chimera, if you summon in defense Fenrir can run you over even while Impermed
Sometimes you just lose to Maxx "C", but in a lot of cases the game is actually winnable based on your decisions

I play Bystials in Dogmatika just because the Lab matchup (and also Branded matchup) is so shit but those cards keep me in the game.

many of them have replay proof showing games against meta decks in master rank. even if they did the climb up until that point with something else they're still showing that the deck is capable of winning multiple duels at master rank against meta. thereby effectively showing that the deck is capable of doing a full climb legitimately.

I think if you have a deck that can play on both turns, being able to decide where to stop turn 1 when you get Maxx "C"'d is skill, and is ironically and probably the only real skill on display in MD.

I play Thunder Dragon, the Bystials are handtraps and with the proper GY setup and Regained on the field, you can play like Tearlaments on the opponent's turn. But if you get Maxx "C"'d you have to decide to end on Colossus pass, or try to reach for Lubellion.
There's also the decision of whethe to summon Colossus in defense or Attack. If you summon in attack you can get your shit kicked in Mathmech or Chimera, if you summon in defense Fenrir can run you over even while Impermed
Sometimes you just lose to Maxx "C", but in a lot of cases the game is actually winnable based on your decisions
The only deck I can think of that fits would be Branded.
