Yes, but if I do that I assume I can opt not to activate Lil-la's effect when she gets summoned by Sunny, then I can use IP and Lil-la to summon Dagda and do the Ki-sikil into Dagda chain so I can resummon Lil-la back and then use her effect to pop the now set Scythe, right? And that would allow me to have a Sunny on the GY to bounce a card, granted if none of the get banished by Called or D.D. Crow.

How useful would Small World be? Considering you're banishing two monster with the plan of recovering them when normal summoning, but wouldn't that end in pretty much the exact same board if you were to just start the chain with Robina? Also, the only non-Floo card you could use if you somehow brick is Maxx "C" who has the same ATK as Toccan. Maybe I'm overthinking it but it feels too situational.
Very good points, the question is what would I replace them for. I can add one extra Book of Moon and keep only one Maxx "C", maybe I could add my two Droplet and an extra Empen.
Small world is for consistency since it turns any of the little birds, Raiza or apex avian into Robina. The reason to run it is because the deck is a lot less consistent without prosperity and the Earthbound Immortal can help win the mirror match by sending shit in your opponents hand to gy.
If you think everyone is playing bird, then maybe you should remove dimensional shifter.

All the newest TCG-first cards are actually scraps left by the OCG team because they didn't like TCG making actually strong cards like Tour Guide, Maxx C, Burning Abyss and Dante, etc so now they only let them have shit. Picrel, Beetropers came first in TCG but all the art was done by the OCG team.

If half of the archetypes in the game could be half as cool as the average deck on that list then Yugioh would be a much more interesting game. Plunder? Danger? Kaijus? Kozmo? UA? All awesome unique decks.
It's pretty wild to know Genzoman made some artwork for fricking Yu-Gi-Oh when you know his work from another TCG. I fricking loved Mitos y Leyendas when I was a teen.
While I loved that game the set you just posted was pure bullshit, imagine having a field that lets you summon a dragon for free once per turn and it can attack unlike normal summons but you have to destroy it at the end, except that same set introduced a dragon so fricking strong it could win games by itself in a game where your deck are your life points

MyL is the perfect example of a TCG dying because of powercreep. Before the reboot, the duels were actually just a glorified coinflip because you couls consistently FTK with certaim decks.
Set rotation didn't help if I remember correctly, since the game actually started pushing sets too fast
I installed the steam version to try it out and while battling with the preset begginer structure decks is really fun, the whole client is trash and constantly crashes and it feels like it could be easily fixed but just isn't. I even found that some cards are not translated so you have a mix of English cards alongside random Spanish thrown in
Now that's a name I hadn't heard in a while, I remember that game being highly promoted here in Mexico when YGO became popular along stuff like Magic and Duelmasters. It had some really cool art.

Vendreads. I just love Resident Evil. Aromages are really cute and I like the aesthetic of Dream Mirrors. What are they even based off of anyway? I just get this RPG Horror game sorta feeling, with the whole dreams and nightmares motif it seemed to give.
Dream mirrors are just based on various dream gods. Additionally the 3 main deck monsters, Ikelos, Morpheus and Phantasos are kind of implied to be the ideal dream selves of the boy, girl and their dog in some of the dream mirror cards, wheras Neiroy is probably also Oneiros who is the actual master of the dream realm.
Might be based on Little Nemo too, I dunno.

He's not even Icejade support unlike Albaz' previous Fusions that actually interact with the archetypes that gave him the Fusion. Icejades are a mess with each batch doing new gimmicks and none working together. Kind of like Marincess pre Duels of the Deep, but at least Marincess actually got it together with the aforementioned pack and actually became playable. Icejades only exists because of the lore and they didn't bother making them playable. Maybe they'll get a Synchro since Lorewise they are allies with the Swordsouls and Mo Ye got turned into an Icejade that is also a Tuner (picrel) but even then it's not guaranted.

Nope, The Valuable Book EX2 only covered cards up to Alba Strike and her new card was shown after all the ones from Alba Strike. She's and Aegerine are currently MIA since the last Abyss card was the Abyss Beast ones, but they showed the Tri-Brigades after everyone assumed they got killed so she'll probably be back.

After a good couple of loses, I finally caved, bros. I became the villain.
I splashed DPE into my Swordsoul deck, the deck I made purely to get wins in Ranked, and I just went on a tear. 6 wins in a row, and I felt nothing as I proceeded to ruin people's night. I misplayed plenty of times and still won.

Sometimes I just close the app and call it, other times I switch to Swordsoul and turn my brain to auto-pilot. Up to this point, I refused to use DPE and become another meta-bot, but I figured why the hell not. That was the whole point of the deck.

The funny thing about Dragonmaids is that Nibiru rarely ever gets in the way.
If we have enough resources that we're summoning five or more times a turn then we most likely will recur a lot of those resources even if the board gets wiped.

Their main strategy is relying on coin flip exploit to always going first. Without coin flip exploit they need to run tons of handtraps and tech card just like any other deck in case they going second thus prone to get fricked by RNG excavate or bricking in case of Drytroon

Just ran into basically the same guy except he's running a copy of Ghost Belle and Ghost Ogre, but running x3 Imperm and x2 Maxx C.
Basically they're just trying to turbo out the Brave engine and get DPE out at the same time
their best board is Colossus, DPE, Librarian, Baronne, Savage but it depends on the Halqdon Combo
DPE is plan B but if you hard draw fusion destiny then yeah he'll be there

In BO1 format almost no one run a specific card to counter specific deck even in sweaty tryhard bracket like Diamond, they doesn't bother to run tech card like twin twister or token collector despite floodgates, auroradon turbo and adventurer + anything is the most common deck at master duel
Birds have no inherent handtrap that stops them, Lancea is barely a inconvenience and going first Droplet is better than any of the gimmick shit.

The cards are still there, you have to craft them to get them or get lucky since they're relegated to the Master Packs though. They claim they might rerun Selection Packs in the future but I wouldn't hold my breath. Still, if you really wanted to you could pull the majority of cards in new packs every month and craft the remainder, not that it's worth doing really, I expect a lot of people to look at the upcoming packs and b***h about them being wastes of time and having nothing to spend their gems on

YuGiOh has always had cards like this that people can splash in every deck and eventually they get banned or become obsolete. Though, I don't think this combo would ever become obsolete because not only is DPE very versatile and resilient, Dasher and celestial effects are so damn good.

They're not an archetype, but there are a bunch of Level 10 trains that you can use to turbo out the Rank 10s. You can play them as an OTK deck or as part of an Earth Machine pile deck.

I've always been squeamish about maining a machine-type deck because of pic related.
Ignoring the fact that System Down is that card but much better, the real issue is playing against the eternally-rogue Cyber Dragon deck. They will always carry Megafleet and Fortress in their Extra Deck, but you won't.

The only hard counter to machine decks you actually have to worry about is when a Cydra homosexual sucks up your entire field for free and gets to OTK with no resistance from there. We've all been there.

Rate my Zero-EX deck, how would you improve it?
Hard mode: no additional URs.
You don't really make good use of Anchor drill because there's nothing to use it with, take it out and instead add two copies of urgent schedule to bring bodies faster. Since you can't really make good use of the two bodies you'll have most of the time is recommend running torrential tribute to trigger Citadel on your opponent's turn, and Iron draw to draw the rest of your cards and maybe even another iron draw. Metalcruncher isn't going to be the powerhouse it is in earth machines because it limits you to earth, won't give you exactly what you need most of the time and you can only use it on an empty field. You are running only one Ruinforce and Fortress so it won't come up as much. Remember to actually equip gearframe to Citadel for a free pop without killing it, same with overdrive
Adding to this, you might really benefit from a second Ruinforce or Citadel at least, one alone isn't enough to kill in as few turns as possible, Citadel is a stepping stone to start something harder like Railway, but alone it's just a 3000 beatstick. My turn 1 is usually dumping something with Redeployment (hopefully either Fortress, Citadel or Ruinforce), drawing Gearframe and Citadel, summon Gearframe to search unclaspare, special it to throw Fortress to GY, use your iron draw to draw into more cards, hopefully interruptions, then throw Citadel for Fortress, maybe equip it with Gearframe and pass. On your opponent's turn you should bring Citadel and either wipe or keep it on field, then next turn you can actually go for a OTK

the attack gain is an effect that activates, so you can not attempt to activate it while it is in faceup attack position against an empen on board. you cant use the negate either by the same logic
