Who would play this shit on consoles though? The duel interface is not suited for controllers. It's like playing Duel Links on PC. It's clearly a phone game and yes it works with controller or keyboard but it's not ideal.

Konami here. We want to keep Yu-Gi-Oh Master Duel a fun and inviting game for all skill levels. We have heard your complaints about the current meta and have taken steps to resolve it:
Tearlaments off limited list.
Egyptian God's permanently added to banlist.
Dark Magician banned in all formats for the foreseeable future.
Blue Eyes white Dragon banned in all formats for the foreseeable future.
Anyone seen not playing Tearlaments, Sprights, or Labyrinth will be issued one warning to do so by the developers. Otherwise a second warning for not using any of these three specifically will result in an indefinite ban.
We here at Konami hope that Yu-Gi-Oh Master Duel remains a fun experience for everyone.
