I played the Switch game and Rush duels are actually very fun. Always having 5 cards every turn and summoning monsters as many times as you want makes the game so much faster. Maximum Summon is also a pretty cool gimmick.

It wouldn't even be such an outlandish idea since in the manga, Fusion monsters (inconsistently) had summoning sickness. Like half the reason the game is so fast nowadays isn't even because of the uncrackable boards, it's just because shitting out lethal is so easy and has been since the old days.
