I have never seen this deck brick.
But in the games where you would want the second search it's usually absolutely backbreaking for the opponent. "grind games" that go to turn 3-4 are very often decided by one player getting just the slightest bit of advantage.
MD Bo1 format is going to paint a different picture.
Also, without Tearlaments Kashtira the deck is hardly a thing. Fenrir will be Tearlaments support in the same way Bystials are. In that they're generic staples that every deck has to run.
Kashtira without Arise-Heart still buttrapes Tearlaments, especially with Kitkallos at 1 >Can run D Shifter >Can run Fissure >Unicorn gets to snipe Kit >Shangri-la gets to banish their Mermaids off the top.
It's basically a hard counter to the deck, and it's going to be much more pronounced in MD than in papercuck formats.
You can use them as an engine in various decks most commonly to get Chaos Ruler+Zombie Vampire, you can use them with Bystials and Assault Synchron as a synchro spam combo deck, or you can play them pure with your main gameplan being to summon Amazing Dragon to bounce 4 on their turn. Pure is still very good.
The main goal is to load up the grave with level 3 psychics, summon Amazing Dragon on your opponents turn to clear their field (up to the number of level 3 psychics in grave) and summon something else on your next turn for a quick kill. That something can be anything but Psychic End Punisher is the usual finisher. I love this deck a lot and I play mostly a pure main deck variant but I'm still playing with the deck and will try other builds soon. You can use Xyz as well, I run a Galaxy-Eyes package in the extra deck and it does come up at times but it's more if and when it's needed.

Yes it has one card combos on most things but you lose to bouncing or your normal summon getting removed frequently, a lot of space for hand traps >and are they capable of keeping up with the opponent's deck in terms of impact on the field?
Hmmmm no not really, in archetype they have an S/T negate (only on your opponent's turn) that is potentially immune to everything and Infinite Impermanence but it makes all of your monsters immune to card effects for the rest of the turn after it resolves, Zealantis paired with Coral Anemone is a full monster banish if you can get that far but it's a far cry from what other decks can put up going first
It's decently good. The sort of deck that randomly will top a tournament here and there. It's definitely good enough for Master Duel, but not a great choice if all you want is to hit Master 1 ASAP.
It's cheap though. They have 2 URs, and you only need one of each. Also you probably want Zeatlantis.
It's very consistent at what it does but it's not much. Resolving Zeatlantis to banish all non water monsters is very satisfying too.
I play barrier statues engine with Adularia of the June Moon because you can easily use it's effect to send equipped link monsters to send Barrier Statue of the Torrents and revive it with Coral Anemone. It's not reliable though.
It's okay, but due to a lack of toadally awesome, its end board potential is more limited and it totally loses its ability to play around Nibiru, which will be incredibly relevant next format. Its end board is generally weak, and its combo often crumbles to many handtraps, or when going second, to having its normal summon interacted with in any way. The end board, despite having few interactions, is pretty hard to remove though due to wave making everything a towers and you can get back some of what you lost the following turn if they manage to break through it.
Its competency is, like with many cyberse decks, its ability to have one card combos and then just run 20 handtraps or board breaking non-engine cards. It can't OTK as easily as @ignister or mathmech and has a much more "fair" endboard, but it doesn't care about bystials unlike those decks and has a better grind game.

Yes. Which is why the millers should be banned while the shufflers are kept around. They are a good form of interaction which is much less accessible when your combo/tear pile cannot mill 20 cards in a turn by breathing.

Sure, if you open your semi'd grass in 60 cards. But even then that's Grass itself being a stupid card and the 18 other things getting milled are what's gonna win the game. Millers are far more consistent and it's not like just the shufflers would make grass decks good.
No, all of these cards are equally fricking broken. Ishizu might just be the biggest mistake ever printed in yugioh. The relationship between the millers and shufflers is symbiotic but even alone they are disasters in their own right. Even at 1 they're bullshit and should just be outright banned. Tearlaments still being a functioning engine and even outright still a deck after a banlist genocide that made hits to Dragon Rulers look like a toothless semi limit is all because Ishizu still exists (and Chaos Ruler but that's not the point).
Sit on TCBOO, reveal Maxx C, Ash, or Bystials in hand. Lots of (Quick Effect) pops and boucnes, a Link-1 that recycles from grave or specials from hand.

I remember Aluber being like 15 when Despia was mediocre, then shot up to fricking over a hundred dollars before the Albaz SD and catered to under 5 bucks after the 2022 megatins. I am indeed talking about the original DAMA Secret as well. Pretty nutty. I almost pulled the trigger on some super cheap DAMA boxes from a lesser known online seller but held off and the next week GFTP2 announced an Aluber reprint. KoA milks the shit out of its players for the first 2 months but they're better than the OCG on reprints, the one nice thing. I hope thay the Rarity Collection does well in NA and they realize that the OCG rarity system will probably make them more money and keep the playerbase happy as well. Maximum israeliteing is an outdated business model for CCGs, the West still just refuses to take the plunge because of fear.
Master Duel kind of follows the OCG way of doing things. Cheap to get what you want if you get it early on, but if you're late to the party then you will be punished. If they keep adding new secret packs every month though then maybe that'll change.

Investorshit aside, it's because of 3 major factors
1. They barely ever reprint the good shit if at all, so that print run is going to be what lasts pricewise for most cards. Basically imagine if instead of being printed in 11 setlists, Ash Blossom was only printed ONCE. Imagine her price.
2. Their sets are bloated to frick despite releasing at a similar pace to YGO sets. Think the Megatins in set size, but for core boosters. This makes singles worth more for cards that are playable (or even some unplayable shit), with a lot of bulk Rares and useless Mythics being at least a dollar instead of pennies, simply because of it being harder to pull due to bloat.
3. You need 4 copies of a card usually, with some exceptions. This is part of why Commander (a singleton, usually casual format) is more popular.

well think about it. what are they realistically trying to accomplish with it? they clearly opened with it because they didn't get to chaos space and now they need some way to get to another extender that doesn't dark lock them so they can maybe get to spheres or a way to jumpstart their plays because they opened neither tracer nor quick launch. if you ash that shit you're putting them in a position where they already went -1 and potentially gave up their normal summon for nothing if they sent seyfert itself for cost. I cannot stress enough just how valuable it is to ash seyfert if they normal'd it and then sent it for cost.
i know next to nothing of dlink but it seems like it shits out extenders non stop. i wasn't aware of any locks that actually hurt the deck so ill definitely be hitting seyfert from now on

Why Springans cant be good? They're one of the coolest looking archetypes in recent memory alongside Generaiders.
Fundamentally, springans just don't do anything. Like there's no win condition you just put monsters into rotation forever. Like you read Springans Watch and Tallyhoe Springans and Champion Sargass and it's like, "Oh frick these are the most busted archetypal tools ever" but it's all in service of a Rank 4 strategy that does less than a moderately good Suship hand. And then suddenly you realize why Konami was comfortable printing those cards for that archetype.
You can easily get 3-4 monsters on the board without normal summoning and with no locks. There's a ton of shit you can do with that other than make rank 4s.
They need better Xyz monsters with real effects, Champion Sargas is a good direction but frick, I hope the next round of the Branded storyline gives them good support to at least make them playable or more splashable like Icejades.

Don’t worry I bullied some thunder dragons with super poly and then used Ra and made him banish 2 cards from his graveyard 6 times in a row using Ra’s destruction effect.
There is this Level 2 Light Machine monster that allows you to add one banished face down monster as long as it is a machine monster with equal atk and def.

The main goal is to load up the grave with level 3 psychics, summon Amazing Dragon on your opponents turn to clear their field (up to the number of level 3 psychics in grave) and summon something else on your next turn for a quick kill. That something can be anything but Psychic End Punisher is the usual finisher. I love this deck a lot and I play mostly a pure main deck variant but I'm still playing with the deck and will try other builds soon. You can use Xyz as well, I run a Galaxy-Eyes package in the extra deck and it does come up at times but it's more if and when it's needed.

Yes it has one card combos on most things but you lose to bouncing or your normal summon getting removed frequently, a lot of space for hand traps

Hmmmm no not really, in archetype they have an S/T negate (only on your opponent's turn) that is potentially immune to everything and Infinite Impermanence but it makes all of your monsters immune to card effects for the rest of the turn after it resolves, Zealantis paired with Coral Anemone is a full monster banish if you can get that far but it's a far cry from what other decks can put up going first
It's decently good. The sort of deck that randomly will top a tournament here and there. It's definitely good enough for Master Duel, but not a great choice if all you want is to hit Master 1 ASAP.
It's cheap though. They have 2 URs, and you only need one of each. Also you probably want Zeatlantis.

It's very consistent at what it does but it's not much. Resolving Zeatlantis to banish all non water monsters is very satisfying too.
I play barrier statues engine with Adularia of the June Moon because you can easily use it's effect to send equipped link monsters to send Barrier Statue of the Torrents and revive it with Coral Anemone. It's not reliable though.
It's okay, but due to a lack of toadally awesome, its end board potential is more limited and it totally loses its ability to play around Nibiru, which will be incredibly relevant next format. Its end board is generally weak, and its combo often crumbles to many handtraps, or when going second, to having its normal summon interacted with in any way. The end board, despite having few interactions, is pretty hard to remove though due to wave making everything a towers and you can get back some of what you lost the following turn if they manage to break through it.
Its competency is, like with many cyberse decks, its ability to have one card combos and then just run 20 handtraps or board breaking non-engine cards. It can't OTK as easily as @ignister or mathmech and has a much more "fair" endboard, but it doesn't care about bystials unlike those decks and has a better grind game.
Also sleepy maiden is cute.

No, all of these cards are equally fricking broken. Ishizu might just be the biggest mistake ever printed in yugioh. The relationship between the millers and shufflers is symbiotic but even alone they are disasters in their own right. Even at 1 they're bullshit and should just be outright banned. Tearlaments still being a functioning engine and even outright still a deck after a banlist genocide that made hits to Dragon Rulers look like a toothless semi limit is all because Ishizu still exists (and Chaos Ruler but that's not the point).

I almost pulled the trigger on some super cheap DAMA boxes from a lesser known online seller but held off and the next week GFTP2 announced an Aluber reprint. KoA milks the shit out of its players for the first 2 months but they're better than the OCG on reprints, the one nice thing. I hope thay the Rarity Collection does well in NA and they realize that the OCG rarity system will probably make them more money and keep the playerbase happy as well. Maximum israeliteing is an outdated business model for CCGs, the West still just refuses to take the plunge because of fear.
Master Duel kind of follows the OCG way of doing things. Cheap to get what you want if you get it early on, but if you're late to the party then you will be punished. If they keep adding new secret packs every month though then maybe that'll change.

and there's no point to a collector's product that's cheap and accessible to everyone
they don't reprint things very often to artificially keep prices high, have a reserved list of specific "these are never going to be reprinted" cards, bait scalpers into buying with dozens of slightly different variants of as many cards as possible, and treat the whole thing like an investment instead of a children's card game
Investorshit aside, it's because of 3 major factors
1. They barely ever reprint the good shit if at all, so that print run is going to be what lasts pricewise for most cards. Basically imagine if instead of being printed in 11 setlists, Ash Blossom was only printed ONCE. Imagine her price.
2. Their sets are bloated to frick despite releasing at a similar pace to YGO sets. Think the Megatins in set size, but for core boosters. well think about it. what are they realistically trying to accomplish with it? they clearly opened with it because they didn't get to chaos space and now they need some way to get to another extender that doesn't dark lock them so they can maybe get to spheres or a way to jumpstart their plays because they opened neither tracer nor quick launch. if you ash that shit you're putting them in a position where they already went -1 and potentially gave up their normal summon for nothing if they sent seyfert itself for cost. I cannot stress enough just how valuable it is to ash seyfert if they normal'd it and then sent it for cost.

early dark lock is very important IIRC because it locks them out of romulus which is wind, the dragon ravine searcher
early dark lock also hurts the endboard since they no longer get to make spheres which is LIGHT.
normal summon seyfert is a good sign they're desperate. ash on tracer is also fine if they're doing a barebones tracer -> striker line.

Why Springans cant be good? They're one of the coolest looking archetypes in recent memory alongside Generaiders.
Fundamentally, springans just don't do anything. Like there's no win condition you just put monsters into rotation forever. Like you read Springans Watch and Tallyhoe Springans and Champion Sargass and it's like, "Oh frick these are the most busted archetypal tools ever" but it's all in service of a Rank 4 strategy that does less than a moderately good Suship hand. And then suddenly you realize why Konami was comfortable printing those cards for that archetype.
You can easily get 3-4 monsters on the board without normal summoning and with no locks. There's a ton of shit you can do with that other than make rank 4s.
They need better Xyz monsters with real effects, Champion Sargas is a good direction but frick, I hope the next round of the Branded storyline gives them good support to at least make them playable or more splashable like Icejades.
