Yes but it's a UR. We can't always pay the e-girl tax. Also Miscellaneousaurus banishes as a cost (card text has a semi-colon) and the effect specials from the deck so Belle cant stop that. Lancea does stop the Misc effect if you use it ahead of time since they won't be able to pay the cost.
They can get the token out but they have to activate the effect of their continuous spell to search for the omni-negate or the bounce, so Ghost Ogre can blow up the spell to prevent it and if they don't have the other piece on hand all they got was a token.

I would also say EARTH Machine but it'd need to mix in more than the Dreadnoughts to get that title. Really anything that can overlay Xyz on other Xyz for a rankup honestly, combined with summon animations. Links tend to not have animations for consecutive summon type monsters apart from Rokkets/Borrel and Synchro takes too long doing theirs, especially if they pack Chaos Ruler.

Using Book of Moon to prevent Veiler or Imperm from resolving on your starter (Robina or Eaglen) will likely be a common move since they likely won't get their quickplay support card in this set. Also you can use Droplet to do the same thing going second. Won't work on Ash or Gamma though since those cards don't care where their target is or their position at the point of resolution.
You can also do annoying stuff like using Mega Raiza to stack the opponents deck with non threatening stuff.
