Olympus started off being interesting but the ending and the story felt like a nothingburger and hearing Warlockracy's voice as narrator was cringe.

I played fallout 1 and 2 when I was a kid, and honestly, seeing this threads being full of samegayging slavs I don't think I would have touched the game if these threads had existed back then and I probably won't be playing fallout ever again. It's not good enough to justify putting up with this.

Nah, the reason is much more banal. Their console games stopped at bootleg NES carts and pirated PSX discs, so most of them are only familiar with PC games, and Fallout is one of the biggest franchises on PC.
