Not really. It’s kind of like with dogs, they may perk up occasionally at a noise, and look for a sec, but they don’t pay extended attention. There are exceptions (cat videos and dog videos, where the animals can hear their noises)

Yes but it depends on the game or video. They will pay attention if it resembles a "prey" moving fast on the screen. The "prey" isn't necessarily an animal but rather anything that is moving in some random pattern to trigger their hunting instincts. It could be an animal such as a rat or mosquito, yes, but it could also be a fireball spell or whatever
I took in a stray a couple years ago. Couldn't settle on a name until I realized he was entranced by Metroid Dread. Ignored anything else on TV but stood up like a meerkat and watched Metroid endlessly so I named him Ridley.
