A larger crime than moving into a building made with dried beans is they make you pay for your house before it's built. Full price. And a lot of the time they never actually get your house built, so there's a waiting list of like millions of asiatics over there who keep getting told the house they paid full price for is going to be built next year or the year after that. Every year that goes by the more likely you will be sold a tofu dreg project made out of tongue depressors and steel wool despite you paying tens of thousands USD for a family apartment that now will never exist.
